The rare project tool that's powerful enough to matter and simple enough that people keep using it.
We migrated a small team's workflow to TaskFlow for a sprint. It struck a good balance: enough structure to plan real work, without the option-overload that makes teams abandon these tools.
Reporting on cheaper plans is thin and the mobile app trails the web experience, but day-to-day it was quick and pleasant. The free tier makes it low-risk to trial.
