This Privacy Policy explains how Face4Store Media (“face4store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit face4store.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you submit, such as your name and email address and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers receive standard request data — including your IP address, browser type, and the page that referred you. Our own analytics turn this into anonymous statistics (see below); we do not store your IP address.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for four purposes:

• Essential cookies that make the Site function.
• Analytics — we measure page views, clicks on outbound partner links, coupon-code copies, and share-button clicks with our own first-party analytics so we can improve our content. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses: visits are counted with an anonymous identifier derived from your IP address and browser. The key used to create it is replaced every day and the old key deleted, so identifiers can't be linked across days or traced back to you afterwards. We keep these anonymous records for up to 13 months.
• Affiliate cookies set by our partners when you click an outbound product link, so a purchase can be attributed to us (see our Affiliate Disclosure).
• Advertising — visitors from the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand also load the Google Ads tag. It sets Google cookies so we can see which of our ads led to a visit to a partner store (conversion tracking), and so Google can show our ads again to people who have visited the Site (remarketing). Visitors from other countries don't load it. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center, and read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works.

How we use your information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our content.
• To respond to your enquiries and send our newsletter if you subscribe.
• To measure aggregate traffic and the performance of our recommendations.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse.

Third parties and affiliate partners

We work with third-party services — including our hosting and content-delivery providers, email tools, affiliate networks, and Google Ads (advertising and conversion measurement) — that may process limited data on our behalf. When you follow an outbound affiliate link, the destination retailer's own privacy policy governs any information you provide there. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing communications. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

Our hosting and service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
