Our verdict

A stainless steel automatic watch with case dimensions of 40 mm, for someone who wants the movement (Sellita SW-200), the glass (sapphire) and the water resistance (up to 100 M) spelled out before paying $3,000. Look elsewhere if you need a strap length, weight or case thickness, none of which the listing gives. The main caveat is that the description is mostly general praise, and the Swiss Made statement and the water resistance rating are the listing's own.

Skip if
You need a strap length, a weight or a case thickness before buying.

Priced at $3,000 with a single variant, the Classic Open Heart Watch is a stainless steel watch with case dimensions of 40 mm and a steel strap. The listing names an open-heart dial, sapphire glass, an automatic movement of the type Sellita SW-200 and water resistance up to 100 M, and it says the watch is Swiss Made. The reference number is given as PLA44085. Most of the prose around these facts is general praise, so the specification lines carry the useful detail.

Options and pricing

There is one option, a single variant at $3,000, so the price does not change with size or finish. The listing gives a stainless steel case, case dimensions of 40 mm and a steel strap, but no strap length, strap width or case thickness. It lists the style as Classic and offers no choice of dial, strap or case finish.

How it compares

No other watch appears among the similar pieces, so the comparison is by price and material. The 18K Gold Dragon Scale Band Ring is also $3,000 and lists a 6.3 mm width and 8.2 g at US Size 7, and the Woven Chunky Silver Bracelet (20 mm) is $3,000 in 925 Sterling Silver. The 18K Rope Hoop Triangle Earrings are $3,050 and list a weight of 13g. None of the three is a watch, and none lists a movement or glass.

Shipping and processing

  • Processing. The store's shipping policy page says to allow 1-3 business days to process an order once payment is confirmed, or 2-4 business days during sales and holiday peaks, and that some products are made to order only, taking 4-6 weeks of processing on average before they ship (checked 2026-11-07).
  • This product page says: "Processing time: 1-3 business days".
  • Delivery. The same page gives average shipping times of 1-5 business days within Canada (Canada Post), 1-5 business days across North America (DHL) and 5-7 business days for international tracked shipments, which it says exclude weekends and holidays. It says tracking activates once the parcel has been scanned at the sorting facility and that crossing the border from Canada can take two days.
  • Duties and taxes. The shipping policy says "Customs taxes, duties or import charges are included." The refund policy says "The return shipping costs as well as duties and taxes (if apply) are the customer's responsibility." Both are quoted as written.

Returns and warranty

  • Returns. The store's refund policy page gives 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be in the condition received, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and in sellable condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact the store first: items sent back without a return request are not accepted. An approved refund goes to the original payment method, but items bought on sale are refunded as store credit (an e-gift card) only (checked 2026-11-07).
  • Not returnable. The same page says custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned. Cancelling an order costs a 7% fee, and the store asks to be contacted within 24 hours of ordering. For exchanges it says the fastest route is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, buy the new one separately. It asks buyers to inspect an order on arrival and to contact the store at once about a defective, damaged or wrong item.
  • Warranty. The store's lifetime warranty page covers manufacturing defects and material failures for the lifetime of the original purchaser, starting at the purchase date: for example loose, damaged or missing stones, broken chains, snapped bracelet strands and malfunctioning clasps or hinges, when caused by a manufacturing defect (checked 2026-11-07). Every claim is reviewed case by case and must be approved.
  • Not covered. The page lists lost or stolen items; scratches, dents and general wear; tarnishing, oxidization and discoloration; damage from chemicals, moisture, chlorine, perfumes, lotions or cleaning solutions; accidents, misuse or improper storage; third-party repairs, alterations, resizing or cleaning; resold items and items from unauthorized sellers; and "Sample sale, clearance, or final sale items, unless otherwise stated".
  • Claims. A claim needs your name, current address, order number or proof of purchase, a description, two clear photos, one photo of the item beside a handwritten note with the order number and, where movement is involved, a video of up to 10 seconds. If a claim is approved the store may repair or replace the piece or issue store credit at its discretion, and it may issue store credit equal to the original value if the piece is no longer available. It offers no rainchecks for discontinued or out-of-stock items.
  • This watch. The product page says: "Factory Warranty: Your Swiss watch is covered by 2 years guarantee running from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects". The lifetime warranty page does not mention watches.

Before you buy

Dynamis Jewelry says it is a family-owned brand based in Canada, run by a husband-and-wife team, Stepan and Yuliia. Its About page says the business grew from Stepan's work as a jeweller, that it specializes in solid 925 sterling silver and gold, inspired by faith, and that many pieces are produced in limited quantities. The FAQ says the pieces are not mass produced, and the About page says the name comes from the Greek word dynamis, meaning strength, power, fortitude and the ability to overcome (checked 2026-11-07).

Two points on the store's own pages disagree. The refund policy gives [email protected] for starting a return, while the FAQ gives [email protected], so check the address before you write. And the warranty page covers items bought from Dynamis Jewelry "or an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer", while the FAQ says authentic Dynamis Jewelry is sold only through the official website and official Dynamis channels and asks buyers to purchase directly from the store.

We have not read any independent review of this piece or of the store. The five-star testimonials on the About page are the store's own selection and were not verified.

What we liked

  • The listing names the movement as automatic and the type as Sellita SW-200, and gives the reference number PLA44085
  • Case dimensions (40 mm), case material (stainless steel) and strap material (steel) are all stated
  • Sapphire glass and water resistance up to 100 M are listed in the specification lines
  • A single variant at $3,000, so there is no size or finish decision to make
  • The specification lines state Swiss Made, as the listing words it

Worth noting

  • The listing gives no weight, strap length, strap width or case thickness
  • Much of the description is general praise, so the specification lines are the only checkable detail
  • No power reserve, accuracy figure or dial color is given
