These three chairs all come from one store, RELAXONCHAIR (relaxonchair.com), a Fullerton, California company that sells its own chairs direct and says they are designed in the USA and made in China. The Jasper costs $1,599, the MK V Plus $2,499 and the YUKON-4D $6,499, as priced on October 23, 2026; our comparison of RELAXONCHAIR massage chairs sets them side by side. Start with the massage mechanism, because that is where they differ. The Jasper has four rollers on a 57 inch SL-track that follows the back and curves under the seat, the MK V Plus six rollers on a 50 inch L-track, and the YUKON-4D a 4D mechanism whose rollers also push in and out, with four depth settings. Airbags rise with the price: 18, 38 and 76. The Jasper and the MK V Plus list a body scan that finds shoulder height before a session.
Programs, heat and recline vary less than the headline numbers suggest. The YUKON-4D and the Jasper list 12 automatic programs and the MK V Plus 9, each with a manual mode; the YUKON-4D adds an 8 minute quick session. Heat is lower back only on the MK V Plus, and on the Jasper per its product page, though its 2024 manual describes backrest and calf heat; the YUKON-4D has heated back rollers and foot heat. The YUKON-4D lists 3 zero-gravity positions and a footrest that extends up to 8 inches, and the Jasper lists 2. Check fit before price. Upright, the YUKON-4D measures 65 x 34 x 51 inches (79 inches long reclined, 2 inches from the wall), the MK V Plus 60 x 34 x 49 (69 reclined, 3.5 from the wall) and the Jasper 56 x 29.5 x 45.9 (67.8 reclined, 3 from the wall). User heights run 4 ft 11 in to 6 ft 6 in, 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 5 in and 5 ft 2 in to 6 ft 2 in. The YUKON-4D and MK V Plus show 300 lb in the spec table and 320 lb in the feature list; the Jasper lists up to 264.5 lb.
Delivery is free by freight to the curb in the continental US, in 5 to 7 business days, with a 2 to 4 hour appointment window and a signature; Alaska and Hawaii cost extra, and P.O. boxes, military addresses and US territories are not served. White Glove delivery, which carries the chair to the room you choose and sets it up, costs $400 on the Jasper and MK V Plus and $500 on the YUKON-4D. A return can be requested within 30 days of delivery if the chair is unused and in its original packaging, minus a 15% restocking fee, and you pay the return shipping; the policy says sale items can't be returned, and the Jasper is shown with a crossed-out $2,999, so ask how that applies. The 3-year limited warranty covers parts and labor in year one, parts only in year two and the main frame only in year three, for the original buyer and home use only.
The manuals matter before you order. The YUKON-4D and Jasper manuals list people who should not use the chair, or only with a doctor's advice, among them people with osteoporosis, spine or disc problems, heart disease or a pacemaker, and pregnant women; the YUKON-4D manual adds people over 80. The MK V manual on the site has no such list. On the MK V Plus, two customers on the store's page found the foot rollers hard or aggressive at first, and the store's FAQ suggests socks or a towel, or turning the foot rollers off.

On the YUKON-4D it means the rollers travel along your back and also push in and out, with four depth settings on the remote. The Jasper's four rollers follow a 57 inch SL-track that curves under the seat, and the MK V Plus has six rollers on a 50 inch L-track that runs under the seat. The YUKON-4D page calls its track a J-Track, while the 2021 manual describes an S-and-L-shaped track that runs under the seat to the glutes.
The Jasper has 18, in the shoulders, arms, waist, calves and feet, with three intensity levels. The MK V Plus has 38, in the shoulders, arms, hands, waist, thighs, calves and feet, also with three levels. The YUKON-4D has 76, from the shoulders and arms to the calves and feet, with five levels.
Upright the YUKON-4D is 65 x 34 x 51 inches and 79 inches long reclined, with 2 inches needed from the wall. The MK V Plus is 60 x 34 x 49 inches, 69 reclined, 3.5 from the wall. The Jasper is 56 x 29.5 x 45.9 inches, 67.8 reclined, 3 from the wall. The YUKON-4D weighs 344 lb, the MK V Plus 234 lb and the Jasper 185 lb.
The Jasper arrives fully assembled. The MK V Plus ships in 1 box (330 lb with the pallet) and you connect the footrest linkage; the YUKON-4D ships in 3 boxes (409 lb) and you attach the armrests and the footrest. Curbside delivery is free, and White Glove delivery, to the room you choose with setup, costs $400 on the Jasper and MK V Plus and $500 on the YUKON-4D.
