Dynamis Sapphire Tree of Life Pendant #2 Review

Number 2 of the three Sapphire Tree of Life listings, this sterling silver pendant carries a Pink lab sapphire in a 32 x 20 mm tree design and costs $275. The listing sells the pendant alone, so it suits someone who prefers a pink stone and will choose a chain separately.

Our verdict

Because the description is repeated across three listings, the specs are the only part specific to this Pink-stone pendant: a lab sapphire, 32 x 20 mm, $275. It fits someone who wants that and will choose the chain separately. Anyone who needs a weight or a stone grade should look elsewhere, since neither is listed.

Best for
A buyer who prefers a Pink stone in a small sterling silver tree pendant and already has a chain to wear it on.

Pink is the stone color in this listing: a Lab Sapphire paired with a 32 x 20 mm sterling silver Tree of Life pendant and a 4.5 x 3.5 mm bail. At $275 for the single variant, it comes without a chain, which the listing says is sold separately. Its description matches two other listings of the same title except for the stone line, and it gives the pendant no weight.

Options and pricing

The listing shows one variant at $275 and no choice of size, finish or stone. Here the stone is a Lab Sapphire (Pink); the separate listings numbered 1 and 3 name Royal blue and Cornflower, both at $275. The pendant is 32 x 20 mm, the bail is 4.5 x 3.5 mm, and the chain is not included.

How it compares

On size, metal and price this listing matches Sapphire Tree of Life Pendant #1, which has a Royal blue stone, and Sapphire Tree of Life Pendant #3, which has Cornflower; all three are $275. A weight is the one thing none of them gives, whereas the Silver Compass Pendant #4 lists 8g at 30x20 mm, also $275.

Shipping and processing

  • Processing. The store's shipping policy page says to allow 1-3 business days to process an order once payment is confirmed, or 2-4 business days during sales and holiday peaks, and that some products are made to order only, taking 4-6 weeks of processing on average before they ship (checked 2026-11-07).
  • This product page says: "Processing time: 1-3 business days".
  • Delivery. The same page gives average shipping times of 1-5 business days within Canada (Canada Post), 1-5 business days across North America (DHL) and 5-7 business days for international tracked shipments, which it says exclude weekends and holidays. It says tracking activates once the parcel has been scanned at the sorting facility and that crossing the border from Canada can take two days.
  • Duties and taxes. The shipping policy says "Customs taxes, duties or import charges are included." The refund policy says "The return shipping costs as well as duties and taxes (if apply) are the customer's responsibility." Both are quoted as written.

Returns and warranty

  • Returns. The store's refund policy page gives 14 days after receiving the item to request a return. The item must be in the condition received, unworn or unused, in its original packaging and in sellable condition, with the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact the store first: items sent back without a return request are not accepted. An approved refund goes to the original payment method, but items bought on sale are refunded as store credit (an e-gift card) only (checked 2026-11-07).
  • Not returnable. The same page says custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and final sale items cannot be returned. Cancelling an order costs a 7% fee, and the store asks to be contacted within 24 hours of ordering. For exchanges it says the fastest route is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, buy the new one separately. It asks buyers to inspect an order on arrival and to contact the store at once about a defective, damaged or wrong item.
  • Warranty. The store's lifetime warranty page covers manufacturing defects and material failures for the lifetime of the original purchaser, starting at the purchase date: for example loose, damaged or missing stones, broken chains, snapped bracelet strands and malfunctioning clasps or hinges, when caused by a manufacturing defect (checked 2026-11-07). Every claim is reviewed case by case and must be approved.
  • Not covered. The page lists lost or stolen items; scratches, dents and general wear; tarnishing, oxidization and discoloration; damage from chemicals, moisture, chlorine, perfumes, lotions or cleaning solutions; accidents, misuse or improper storage; third-party repairs, alterations, resizing or cleaning; resold items and items from unauthorized sellers; and "Sample sale, clearance, or final sale items, unless otherwise stated".
  • Claims. A claim needs your name, current address, order number or proof of purchase, a description, two clear photos, one photo of the item beside a handwritten note with the order number and, where movement is involved, a video of up to 10 seconds. If a claim is approved the store may repair or replace the piece or issue store credit at its discretion, and it may issue store credit equal to the original value if the piece is no longer available. It offers no rainchecks for discontinued or out-of-stock items.

Care and custom orders

  • Care. The FAQ says to use the provided Dynamis polishing cloth to clean the silver or gold areas gently, mild diluted soap with warm water for deeper cleaning, and to dry the piece thoroughly before storing it. It advises avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, chlorine and harsh chemicals (checked 2026-11-07).
  • Tarnish. The FAQ says 925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver with a small amount of alloy and that it can tarnish with moisture, air, skin oils, sweat, lotions, perfumes or chemicals. It calls this normal and not a manufacturing defect, and says tarnish can usually be cleaned with a polishing cloth or proper silver-cleaning care. To reduce it the FAQ recommends storing the piece in a dry place, not wearing it while swimming, showering, exercising or applying lotions, perfumes or hair products, and wiping it with the cloth after wear.
  • In the box. The FAQ says every Dynamis order arrives in signature Dynamis packaging and includes a polishing cloth.
  • Gold versions. The FAQ says the store takes custom orders, including having certain existing Dynamis pieces made in gold, and that gold counts as a custom order. Custom orders start from $2,500, the final price depends on material, size, weight, design complexity and special details, and every custom order is final sale: it cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has begun. Requests go through the store's contact form (checked 2026-11-07).

Before you buy

Dynamis Jewelry says it is a family-owned brand based in Canada, run by a husband-and-wife team, Stepan and Yuliia. Its About page says the business grew from Stepan's work as a jeweller, that it specializes in solid 925 sterling silver and gold, inspired by faith, and that many pieces are produced in limited quantities. The FAQ says the pieces are not mass produced, and the About page says the name comes from the Greek word dynamis, meaning strength, power, fortitude and the ability to overcome (checked 2026-11-07).

Two points on the store's own pages disagree. The refund policy gives [email protected] for starting a return, while the FAQ gives [email protected], so check the address before you write. And the warranty page covers items bought from Dynamis Jewelry "or an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer", while the FAQ says authentic Dynamis Jewelry is sold only through the official website and official Dynamis channels and asks buyers to purchase directly from the store.

We have not read any independent review of this piece or of the store. The five-star testimonials on the About page are the store's own selection and were not verified.

What we liked

  • States the stone color as Pink, which tells it apart from numbers 1 and 3
  • Lists the pendant at 32 x 20 mm and the bail at 4.5 x 3.5 mm
  • Names the stone as a lab sapphire and the metal as sterling silver
  • One variant at $275 keeps the choice simple

Worth noting

  • No weight is listed for this pendant
  • The stone's size, cut and grade are not given
  • Apart from the stone color, the description matches two other listings, so it adds little beyond the specs
  • No chain comes with the pendant

Questions before you buy

What color is the stone in listing number 2?

The stone is listed as a Lab Sapphire (Pink). The listing gives no size, cut or certificate for it.

How does this listing differ from numbers 1 and 3?

Only the stone color differs: this one is Pink, number 1 is Royal blue and number 3 is Cornflower. All three show the same 32 x 20 mm pendant, the same 4.5 x 3.5 mm bail and the same $275 price.

Is a chain included with the Pink pendant?

No. The listing says pendant only and that the chain is sold separately.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

The refund policy gives 14 days after receipt to request a return of an unworn item in its original packaging, with proof of purchase; contact the store first. Return shipping, duties and taxes are the customer's cost. Custom and final sale items cannot be returned, and sale items are refunded as store credit only.

How long until it ships?

The shipping policy says an order is processed in 1-3 business days after payment (2-4 in sales and holiday peaks), then takes on average 1-5 business days within Canada or North America or 5-7 business days internationally; some products are made to order and take 4-6 weeks of processing on average. This product page says: "Processing time: 1-3 business days".

Does the warranty cover tarnish?

No. The lifetime warranty page lists tarnishing, oxidization and discoloration as not covered and calls tarnish a natural characteristic of sterling silver and other metals, not a manufacturing defect. The FAQ says tarnish can usually be cleaned with a polishing cloth.

Can this piece be made in gold?

The FAQ says certain existing Dynamis pieces can be made in gold as custom orders. Custom orders start from $2,500 and are final sale; the store asks buyers to contact it with the details of the idea.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The listing gives no weight, and no stone size, grade or certificate for the Pink lab sapphire.
  • The description is identical across three listings, so nothing in it is specific to the Pink stone.
  • We have not read any independent review of this piece or of the store; the testimonials on the store's About page are its own and were not verified.
  • The refund policy gives [email protected] for returns while the FAQ gives [email protected]; we could not tell which one is current.
  • The warranty page covers items bought from Dynamis Jewelry "or an authorized Dynamis Jewelry retailer"; the FAQ says the pieces are sold only on the official website and official channels.
