Rose Majester's studs start at $99 and its 1.5 ct platinum pair costs $699; JNCY's 1 and 2 carat pairs come with a 30-day return; Lola Ade's natural-diamond studs start at $1,095, with no returns.

Updated October 24, 2026 · 5 reviews compared

This page compares five pairs of diamond stud earrings sold online by three jewelers: JNCY Jewelers in Miami, Rose Majester, whose company was founded in 2023 in Changsha, China, and Lola Ade in Los Angeles. Listings give the total carat weight (ctw) of the pair, so a 1 ctw pair holds two stones of about .50 ct each, and what you compare is that weight, the grades, the metal and the paperwork. The picks run from $99 to $1,995 at their starting prices, as priced on October 23, 2026.

The paperwork differs. JNCY's titles call its studs certified, but the listings name no lab or report; they grade the stones near colorless (F-G) with VS clarity. Rose Majester names IGI: its made-to-order studs include an IGI certificate from 2 ct upward and offer one for $50 below that, and its ready-to-ship platinum pair offers the $50 report as an option. Lola Ade states minimum grades, I color and I1 clarity for its natural studs and G color and VS2 clarity for its lab-grown ones, names no report, and lists minimum weights, so a 1.00 ctw pair may weigh .95 ctw.

Returns: JNCY's refund policy allows 30 days from when the earrings ship, with a free FedEx label on US orders, though its FAQ says 7 days after delivery. Rose Majester allows 30 days from delivery on eligible items with return shipping at your cost; its returns page counts design changes as final-sale special orders and does not say whether an unchanged made-to-order piece can be returned, so ask first. Lola Ade accepts no returns on fine jewelry; a damaged or defective piece must be reported within 14 days for an exchange or repair.

Backs and shipping: JNCY's studs use push backs; Lola Ade offers friction or screw backs (on its lab-grown pair, screw backs start at $450 against $395); Rose Majester's listings describe backs only for its smallest size. JNCY ships free by USPS from Miami, Rose Majester ships free worldwide on most orders with duties included for most destinations, and Lola Ade ships fine jewelry only within the United States.

1. From $99, sizes up to 6 carats

Rose Majester 14K White Gold Diamond Studs, 0.2-6cttw

Made-to-order 14K white gold studs with two round lab-grown diamonds, offered from 0.20 ct (3.0 mm) to 6.00 ct (9.4 mm) and priced from $99 to $1,999, though the listing does not pair each size with its price. Color and clarity are floors, F or better and VS2 or better. An IGI certificate is included from 2 ct up and costs $50 below that. Only white gold is offered, and only the smallest size is said to use silicone push backs, so ask about the backs and about returns before you order.

Best for
A buyer who wants to choose a stud size from 0.20ct to 6.00ct in 14K white gold with stated color and clarity.
Skip if

The title says certified, but the listing names no lab or report and gives no cut grade. What it does have is JNCY's return terms: 30 days with a free FedEx label in the US, per its refund policy.

Best for
Someone who wants prong-set round lab-grown diamond studs at 1.00 total carat weight.
Skip if
You need a cut grade or a named lab or report behind the Certified label.

3. 1.5 carats in platinum for $699

Rose Majester 1.5cttw Round Solitaire Studs in Platinum

Two 0.74 ct round lab-grown diamonds graded D color and VS2 clarity, 1.48 ctw in total although the title says 1.5, ready to ship in platinum at $699, or made to order in gold or platinum. That is less than JNCY asks for its 1.50 ctw pair in 14k gold ($995). An IGI report is a $50 option, and the listing describes no setting, backs or size, so ask before paying. The ready-to-ship pair falls under the 30-day return window, with return shipping at your cost.

Best for
A buyer who wants a plain solitaire stud in platinum with D, VS2 grades stated.
Skip if
You want an IGI report included or stud dimensions and back details in the listing.

As with JNCY's 1 ctw pair, certified appears only in the title and no cut grade is given. JNCY's larger pairs cost $2,400 for 3 ctw and $3,495 for 4 ctw, all with the same 30-day return terms.

Best for
Someone who wants round lab-grown diamond studs totaling 2.00 ctw in white or yellow gold.
Skip if
You need rose gold, a cut grade or a named report in the listing.

The stated minimum is I color and I1 clarity, no grading report is named, and the weights are minimums: a 1.00 ctw pair may weigh .95 ctw. Lola Ade also sells lab-grown studs with a G color, VS2 clarity minimum from $395. Its fine jewelry ships only within the US and cannot be returned.

Best for
A shopper who wants natural diamond studs in 14kt gold and is comfortable with stated minimum color and clarity.
Skip if

How we compared

We compared these earrings from the stores' product listings, as summarized in our full review of each, and from their refund, shipping, warranty and FAQ pages. Those pages were first read on October 19 and 20, 2026, and reloaded on October 24, 2026: thirteen of fifteen were unchanged, and Lola Ade's sales terms and About page, which could not be reloaded that day, are used as read on October 20. We have not handled these earrings; the grades, weights and prices are the listings' own, and we have not seen any grading report.

Where a listing or a store's own pages disagree, this page says so: JNCY's refund window (30 days on its refund policy, 7 days in its FAQ), the certified label in JNCY's titles without a named lab, the 1.5 ct in the title of Rose Majester's platinum pair against 1.48 ctw in its gem line, and the sizes Rose Majester lists without matching prices. The picks are labeled by need, not ranked against each other; each price comes from the pick's review and was last checked on the date shown beside it.

Questions before you buy

What does ctw mean on stud earrings?

Carat total weight: the combined weight of both stones. JNCY's 1 ctw pair has two diamonds of .50 ct each, and Rose Majester's 1.5 ct pair has two of 0.74 ct, 1.48 ctw in its gem line. Lola Ade lists minimums, so its 1.00 ctw size may weigh .95 ctw and its 2.00 ctw size 1.96 ctw.

Which of these jewelers accepts returns?

JNCY's refund policy allows 30 days from when the earrings ship, with a free FedEx label on US orders; its FAQ says 7 days after delivery, so confirm first. Rose Majester allows 30 days from delivery for eligible items, with return shipping at your cost, and treats custom and special orders as final sale. Lola Ade accepts no returns on fine jewelry; report a damaged or defective piece within 14 days for an exchange or repair.

Do the studs come with a diamond report?

JNCY's titles say certified, but its listings name no lab or report. Rose Majester includes an IGI certificate on its made-to-order studs from 2 ct upward and charges $50 for one below that or on its ready-to-ship platinum pair. Lola Ade names no grading report for its natural or lab-grown studs and states minimum grades instead.

Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

GIA says laboratory-grown diamonds have the same crystal structure as natural diamonds, tightly bonded carbon atoms, and nearly the same chemical, optical and physical properties. By eye the difference can be indistinguishable, but gemological laboratories can detect the different growth history with advanced instruments. They are grown by high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

Do they ship outside the US?

JNCY ships to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, South Korea and the United Kingdom for a flat $50 by USPS Priority Mail International, and international buyers pay the return shipping. Rose Majester ships free to over 100 countries on most orders, with duties included for most destinations, including the EU. Lola Ade ships fine jewelry only within the United States.
