Our verdict
Buy it if you want a fridge-freezer that works away from a wall socket, for camping, road trips, a van or backup power, and you can handle a unit of 13.4 kg to 15.4 kg. Skip it if you need a kitchen fridge, a warranty longer than one year on this model, or a delivery to Vietnam that the store confirms. The battery adds about $220 to $229 to the price, and the store's cooling figures do not match each other.

- Campers, van and RV owners, and anyone who needs a fridge-freezer away from a wall socket.
- Skip if
- Shoppers who need a kitchen fridge, a warranty longer than one year, or a delivery to Vietnam that the store confirms.
The LiONCooler Pro is a portable fridge-freezer from ACOPOWER, a company based in City of Industry, California, which also sells solar kits, batteries and inverters. The store sells it in three sizes, 30 L, 40 L and 50 L, either as a fridge only or as a Combo with a 193 Wh battery. The store describes a DC compressor and says the unit needs no ice. This research-based review reads the store's product page, its FAQ, its shipping, refund and warranty pages, and its product data, all checked on November 6, 2026. We did not find an independent test of this model when we wrote it, so the specs and terms here come from the store.
The store's FAQ lists camping trips, road trips, picnics and power-outage backup as typical uses. The all-terrain wheels, telescopic handle and tie-down straps are for moving it between a car, a van and a campsite. The listed weight is 13.4 kg for the 30 L and 15.4 kg for the 50 L, so the wheels and handle matter more here than they would on a light cooler.
The spec table lists a total input power of 50 W, a 10 A fuse and R134a refrigerant. Capacity is listed as 32, 42 and 52 quarts for the 30 L, 40 L and 50 L sizes, and the temperature range is -4°F to 43°F, about -20°C to 6°C. Outside dimensions are 628 x 409 x 403 mm for the 30 L, 628 x 409 x 513 mm for the 40 L and 628 x 409 x 583 mm for the 50 L; the store does not say which side is which. The store also lists a 40 dB low-noise design, LED lighting and app control over Bluetooth on iOS and Android. The box holds the fridge, a DC cable, an AC adapter and a user manual.
There are three charging inputs: a standard 12 V or 24 V DC adapter, a 100 to 240 V AC adapter, and solar panels. The FAQ says that with the battery in the fridge, an AC charge takes about 4.5 hours, and a 90 W solar panel takes 5 to 6 hours. The 193 Wh battery is detachable. The store gives two cooling figures that do not match. Its product page says the battery keeps the fridge cold for up to 10 hours and also mentions a 12-hour cooling capability. Its FAQ says up to 10 hours without direct sun at a 0° setting, and it does not say whether that setting is in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Treat these as the store's claims. We did not read the user manual, which the product page links.
The store's product data, read on November 6, 2026, lists six versions. The fridge-only versions cost $498 for 30 L, $529 for 40 L and $578 for 50 L. The Combo versions, with the battery, cost $718, $758 and $798 for the same sizes. The store marked all six as available when we read them. The price on the product page is the 30 L fridge-only price. The shipping page says buyers outside the US pay any duties and taxes on top of the price.
Shipping depends on where you are. In the continental US, shipping is free and delivery takes 22 to 37 business days. Canada, Hawaii, USA Overseas and Australia also take 22 to 37 business days, priced by address. Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and Latin America take 7 to 19 business days, priced by address. Handling takes 1 to 2 business days before dispatch. The store has warehouses in Walnut, California, Victoria, Canada, and Germany. Its shipping page names Asia, Europe and Oceania, but it does not name Vietnam, the United Kingdom or New Zealand, so buyers in those places should confirm shipping before they order.
The return window is 30 days, and the pages do not agree on where the count starts. The refund policy counts from purchase at the top and from delivery further down, while the warranty page counts from the original shipment date. The unit must be unused, in its original packaging, with a receipt. After the store receives a return, the credit can take 7 to 10 business days to appear on a card statement. The warranty page sets a limited warranty for the original buyer: 12 months for the TesFridge, five years for solar panels and one year for other products. It does not name the LiONCooler Pro. The remedy is an exchange for a product that fails because of a defect, and misuse, abuse and modification are excluded.
The store's smaller model, the LiONCooler Mini, is a 19-quart car fridge-freezer. Its product data lists $378 without a battery and $598 with one, both marked available on November 6, 2026. The Pro's sizes hold 32 to 52 quarts, so the choice comes down to how much space you need and how much you want to spend. We did not compare the Pro with other brands' models, because this run found no independent source to compare it with.
Three points stay open. The store's cooling figures differ, as noted above. We found no independent test of this model when we wrote this review. And we did not read the user manual, so setup, cleaning and maintenance details are not covered here. The warranty and return page gives the store's contact details.
