Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want a battery-powered massage gun with a written spec block and a speed table. Skip it if you need independent noise or battery measurements, or one consistent set of units: the text gives BPM and kilograms while the pictures give rpm and pounds. The recovery and relaxation wording in the pictures is marketing from the store and is outside what this review assesses.

Why 3.0/5: Held back by a thin text description, so most claims rest on marketing pictures, by store terms that leave costs with the buyer, and by the lack of an independent test of this gun.

The MonicaFit 310 is a handheld massage gun sold under the HARISON name as SKU HR-310 at $49.99. Its text spec block lists 20 adjustable gears, a vibration frequency of 1200~3200 BPM / minute, a 2000mAh rechargeable lithium battery, 4 massage heads and a net weight of 0.95KG. The pictures add an 11 MM amplitude, a noise claim of 45 dB or less, a round rear display and a table of five speed bands in rpm.

Options and pricing

The page shows one listing, SKU HR-310, at $49.99 with a crossed-out price of $79.99. The body is dark grey with a round ball head and a white Monicafit label, and 4 attachment heads are shown: round, bullet, fork and flat. The page's additional-information list also names a COMBO SALE attribute with seven values: HR-310 alone, or HR-310 paired with HR-1850, HR-B6, HR-B7, HR-408, HR-407 or HR-608F. The page lists no separate prices for those combinations.

How it compares

At $49.99 this gun costs less than the HARISON HR-424 Foldable Push-Up Board and the HARISON HR-349 Mini Multifunction Stepper, which are each $79.99. The stepper's listing text gives an LCD monitor and a 300LBS capacity and the board's names a digital counter, while this page lists battery, speed and weight figures instead of a capacity.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping policy offers free shipping on all orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days, while the same page says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing; it names no carrier and sends buyers outside the US to email support. Returns: the return policy allows a return within 30 days of delivery, but the customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 working days of processing, and the policy says a full return can take up to two weeks. Warranty and trial: product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months); the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and we found no page that sets out coverage or exclusions. Support: the footer lists +1 800 865 2125 (5:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST) and [email protected] with a Palatine, Illinois address.

Before you buy

The page's own review widget announces 6 reviews with an average of 5.00; of the 6 it displays, 6 carry the label '(store manager)' in the slot where WooCommerce prints '(verified owner)' and none is marked as a verified owner, so we treat none of them as customer evidence. 6 of the 6 review dates shown on the page fall before the domain was registered on 2 July 2024 (the earliest is June 2021). Reputation: Trustpilot has no profile for harisonusa.com; its sister site harisonfitness.com has an unclaimed profile with 3 reviews (TrustScore 3.3), one a 2024 one-star about an unanswered support request. The Better Business Bureau lists Harison Fitness Ltd in Newark, Delaware, not accredited and rated B- for not answering a complaint, with one unanswered complaint about an inversion table (the complainant's claims are unverified). The registry shows harisonusa.com registered on 2 July 2024, while the brand page describes HARISON as founded in Delaware in 1996 and bought in 2016 by a Chinese group, which we could not confirm; the store's privacy page is WordPress's sample text. The same brand and model codes are sold on Amazon, and two more storefronts, harisonfitness.com and harisonfit.com, show the same phone number and Palatine, Illinois address. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database showed no recall naming HARISON or MonicaFit when we searched it on 22 October 2026. The page shows a crossed-out price of $79.99, which is the store's own comparison figure; its pages still carry Father's Day and Mother's Day banners offering up to 70% off storewide. The store's code FACESTORE takes $10 off carts of $100 or more; this item costs $49.99, so on its own it does not qualify (the test cart on 22 October 2026 answered 'minimum spend'), and the review shows no code.

What we liked

  • The text spec block gives 20 gears, 1200~3200 BPM / minute, a 2000mAh battery and 4 heads
  • Net weight, gross weight, product size and packing size are all given in the text
  • A picture lays out 20 levels in five bands of four, with an rpm figure for each band
  • A picture lists a 20-minute auto-off plus short circuit, overcurrent, locked rotor and overheating protection
  • Listed at $49.99, under the $79.99 push-up board and mini stepper

Worth noting

  • Units differ between sources: BPM and KG in the text block, rpm and lbs in the pictures
  • The 570mN force and 3,200 rpm claims carry asterisks with no footnote in the picture
  • No test data is shown for the 45 dB or less noise claim or the 11 MM amplitude
  • The 5-hour battery claim sits beside a separate 30-uses-at-Level-1 claim, so the real runtime is unclear

Questions before you buy

How many speed levels does it list?

The text spec block lists 20 gears adjustable and a vibration frequency of 1200~3200 BPM / minute. A picture shows 20 levels in five bands of four, at 1200, 1800, 2400, 2800 and 3200rpm, with a rear display and plus, minus and power buttons.

What battery does it list?

The text block lists a rechargeable lithium battery of 2000mAh. A picture says it enables a 5-hour battery life on one charge and 30 times of use at Level 1 intensity; both are the store's claims, not measurements.

What size and weight does it list?

The text block lists a product size of 22.5x22.5x6.5cm, a net weight of 0.95KG and a gross weight of 1.35KG. A picture says 2.1 lbs and gives 9in overall and 6.81in for the body without the ball head.

Does HARISON ship to my address, and when does it arrive?

The shipping policy offers free shipping for orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days; it also says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing. For other countries it tells buyers to email [email protected].

What does a return cost?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method.

What warranty comes with it?

Product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months). The warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID, and no page we found sets out coverage terms, so ask [email protected] in writing before you buy.

What we couldn’t verify

  • Units differ: the text block gives the frequency as 1200~3200 BPM / minute and weights as 0.95KG net and 1.35KG gross, while the pictures give 1200 to 3200 rpm and 2.1 lbs. All figures are the store's own.
  • The picture claims of 570mN max force and up to 3,200 rpm carry asterisks with no footnote, and the 5-hour battery claim sits beside a separate 30-uses-at-Level-1 claim.
  • Noise (45 dB or less), amplitude (11 MM) and protection claims appear only in pictures, with no test report shown; the page lists no prices for its COMBO SALE combinations.
  • The shipping policy gives both 7 to 15 days and 10 to 20 business days for delivery, and the return policy keeps 30% of the refund as shipping cost, which the '30-day trial' wording on product pages does not mention.
  • The one-year warranty appears only in product-page copy (some pages say 12 months) and the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID; no page sets out coverage or exclusions.
  • No independent test of this model was found in web searches made on 22 October 2026, so the page's own text and pictures are the only source.
