Ecarpat Roowee 26-Inch Beach Cruiser Bike Review

Under the Ecarpat name, Hycline sells the Roowee as a single-speed beach cruiser from $312.99, and the page pitches it for casual neighborhood riding. It describes an upright riding position, a dual-spring saddle and wide handlebars with foam grips, and its table lists 40 lb and a rider height of 4'8"-5'6". The title and text say 26-inch, yet the table gives a 24 x 2.1 tire size.

Options and pricing

The page lists four colors across four variants: Cyan at $337.99, and Coral, White and Blue at $312.99 each, all in one 26 x 2.125 size option and all in stock when read. A crossed-out $359.00 sits next to the From $312.99 price. The text says 86% of the bike is assembled while the table says 85%, with the pedals, front wheel, handlebars and tire inflation left to the buyer.

How it compares

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping policy covers the continental US only and says the store does not ship outside the United States (the About page mentions DHL and USPS for orders outside the US), yet its table lists a Hawaii and Alaska rate of $25.99 under a heading that excludes both. General-size items ship free over $99.99 (Standard, 4 to 6 days) or for $5.99 below that, with Expedited at $7.99 and 3rd Day at $12.99; bikes and suspension forks count as oversized and ship Standard in 7 to 15 days for $29.99, so a bike's free-shipping banner does not remove that charge. Orders leave within 1 business day with a tracking number, delivery needs a signature, and damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours with photos and video; product pages say the order comes from the nearest of 7 US warehouses, and the About page gives a Stockton, California address. Returns: the refund policy gives 30 days for new, unused items in original packaging, with photos sent first to get a return label; for a change of mind the buyer pays return shipping (the About page calls 30-day returns free), while a defective item can be returned within 30 days without restocking or return fees, and after that the policy offers help with manufacturer warranty support. The refund is processed within 48 hours of approval in the policy and within 24 working hours of the warehouse receiving the item in the FAQ. Warranty: the Terms of Service hold only an as-is disclaimer and are governed by the laws of China; the one-year figure comes from the product pages (a 'Manufacturer Warranty' row on most bike pages and a '1-year warranty' line under the buy box), and no page says what it covers or how to claim.

Before you buy

The page shows no customer reviews of this bike; the store's own review page lists 3,669 reviews, and 23 of the 25 it displays are about tires or tubes. Reputation: on Trustpilot (read on the Australian site) hyclinebike.com is an unclaimed profile with one review, five stars from April 2023 about 700c tires, and nothing newer. The store's review page shows 4.66 stars from 3,669 reviews through a Judge.me widget that we could not verify. The registry shows hyclinebike.com registered on 2 November 2022, while the About page says the site opened in 2019 and the company grew from a repair shop and a tire factory; it gives a Stockton, California address, and the Terms are governed by the laws of China. Web searches on 22 October 2026 found no independent review of the store's complete bikes. The review shows the code FACESTORE. A cart test on 22 October 2026, made without the affiliate link, took 5% off bikes, a trike and parts; if the discount line is missing from your cart, enter FACESTORE at checkout. The page shows a crossed-out regular price; that is the store's own comparison figure.
