Our verdict
Leader Accessories' Upgraded Easy-Setup cover pairs the brand's 5-ply non-woven top (anti-UV composite, waterproof membrane) with two foldable assist poles, so two people can set it without a ladder. It spans eight size bands from 18 to 38 feet, priced $239.99 to $299.99. The product page states no warranty, and Leader's refund policy doesn't accept returns on sale items (this cover is listed below its list price), so measure the trailer carefully before ordering.
- Best for
- Two-person households covering an 18 to 38 foot trailer who want pole-assisted setup and don't need a stated warranty.
- Skip if
- You need a stated warranty, might return a mis-sized order, or ship outside the 48 contiguous states.
Why 3.7/5: Lifted by eight sizes with printed lengths, two foldable assist poles for ladder-free setup and a 5-ply anti-UV top from $239.99. Held back by no stated warranty, no weight or pole detail on the page, three sizes unavailable on Oct 25, 2026 and a sale-price listing.
Leader Accessories sells this as the assist-pole version of its travel trailer line: the same 5-ply top fabric used on the brand's standard gray cover (reviewed separately on this site), plus two foldable poles meant to get the cover over the roof without a ladder. The product page lists eight size bands, from a 246 inch long cover for 18 to 20 foot trailers up to 462 inches for 35 to 38 foot trailers, with examples in between such as 292 inches for 22 to 24 foot trailers and 366 inches for 27 to 30 foot trailers; every size is 102 inches wide and 104 inches tall. As of October 16, 2026, Leader Accessories shows it on sale from $239.99 for the smallest size to $299.99 for the largest, against a $299.99 to $349.99 list price depending on size, about $60 more than the otherwise similar 5-ply cover that ships without poles.
The top panel is, in the product page's words, an extra-thick 5-ply non-woven fabric mixed with an anti-UV composite and a waterproof membrane, over 110g non-woven fabric on the sides. Leader Accessories does not publish independent lab figures, such as a UV-blocking percentage or a water-column rating, for this fabric. Non-woven fabrics are generally more UV-sensitive than woven ripstop or acrylic, which is likely why pricier covers from other brands use ripstop tops instead. The one outside data point we located was anecdotal, not a lab test: an RV owner on a camping forum described a different size of Leader's 5-ply cover, which uses the same top fabric, disintegrating into powder after about 18 months (detailed under the 5-ply sibling review on this site).
Setup centers on the two foldable assist poles: Leader's own instructions describe feeding a pole into a pocket sewn near each end of the top panel so two people can lift the cover into place without climbing on the trailer. A weighted buckle toss-bag routes the two underbelly straps from one side to the other, and a front cross-strap panel, adjustable tension panels, and elasticized hem corners are meant to keep the fit snug in wind. Three zippered panels sized for doors and engine bays let an owner reach the RV without pulling the whole cover off. The box itself is just the cover and these fittings; unlike the 300D sibling, the page lists no duffle bag, ladder cap, or reinforcement patch alongside it. This description comes from the manufacturer; we have not seen it independently measured.
Inside Leader's own lineup, the trade-offs are concrete. The 5-ply cover without poles uses the same top fabric, starts at $179.99, and covers a wider range (14 to 38 feet across ten bands instead of eight), but leaves an installer with only the toss-bag strap method, no pole system. The 300D top cover swaps the non-woven top for 300D ripstop polyester, covers a narrower range (16 to 30 feet across four bands with a gap), starts cheaper at $169.99, and is the only one of the three whose page states a warranty (2 years) plus a bundled duffle bag, ladder cap, and reinforcement patch. Outside the brand, Classic Accessories' Over Drive PermaPRO line, sold directly on classicaccessories.com, starts at $610.95 (list $678.83) as of October 2026, in ripstop fabric with a 5-year limited warranty, roughly three times Leader's price here.
We found no independent, named review or measurement of this specific Easy-Setup model. Until better evidence turns up, treat the durability claims on Leader's page as the maker's own.
Leader Accessories ships this cover only to the 48 contiguous states, with no Alaska, Hawaii, or international delivery. Its refund policy doesn't accept returns on sale items, and this cover is listed below its list price, so check with Leader before ordering if a return might matter.

How it compares
The 5-Ply Travel Trailer RV Cover, Gray review lists the same 5-ply non-woven top and 110g non-woven sides without assist poles, in ten sizes from 14'-16'. Size for size the prices are close. At 18'-20' both list $239.99, and across the seven other shared sizes this cover is between $5.00 cheaper (22'-24' and 35'-38') and $24.00 dearer (20'-22' and 24'-27'). The earlier text's 'about $60 more' matches the gap between this cover's smallest size ($239.99 for 18'-20') and the gray cover's smallest ($179.99 for 14'-16'), which are different sizes. On the prices read on Oct 25, 2026 the poles add at most $24.00 at any shared size, although the gray cover showed only 14'-16' and 18'-20' as available that day, against five of eight sizes here.
The 300D Top Travel Trailer RV Cover, Gray review swaps the non-woven top for 300D ripstop polyester, in four sizes. At the three sizes it shares with this cover it costs $178.99 against $239.99 at 18'-20', $189.99 against $259.99 at 24'-27' and $199.99 against $264.99 at 27'-30'. Its page also lists a 2-year warranty, a duffle bag, a ladder cap and a reinforcement patch, but all four of its sizes were unavailable on Oct 25, 2026. This cover suits two people who want pole-assisted setup on a trailer between 18 and 38 feet and can accept no stated warranty; skip it if a documented warranty matters more than the poles.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy and terms of service. Leader Accessories is both the maker and the store, so there is no separate maker warranty page to check against.
- Where it ships: the 48 continental United States only. No PO boxes and no military addresses (APO, FPO). Confirm the address before ordering, because later changes may cost extra.
- Shipping fee: free on orders of $70 or more, otherwise $10. The policy adds that the store usually runs promotions that make shipping free on most items, without saying which.
- Timing: 1 to 2 business days to process, then 2 to 6 business days in transit, by USPS, UPS or another carrier, with tracking by email. Customized or monogrammed items take 4 or more working days to process. Report a shipping problem within 30 days of ordering.
- Return window: 30 days after you receive the item to request a return or exchange. Contact the store first for the return address; the item goes back in its original packaging and in a state that allows resale.
- Who pays return shipping: the store sends a pre-paid label once it accepts a return, which its policy ties to items that arrive defective, incorrect or incomplete (send the order number, photos and videos). For a return for personal reasons, return freight is at your expense. If the store ships the wrong item, it reimburses the return shipping fee when it receives the item back.
- Refunds: to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the return; the policy says the credit can take up to 7 to 10 more business days. If the value of the products left on the order is under $30, a $10 shipping fee is deducted from the refund; the policy does not say whether that applies to a one-item order returned in full.
- Exchanges and cancellations: an exchange is possible only within 24 hours of ordering, before the package ships, and only if the item is in stock. An order that has been processed cannot be canceled.
- Not returnable: sale items and gift cards, custom or personalized products, perishables, personal care goods and hazardous materials. The policy does not define "sale items".
- Warranty: none stated. The shipping and refund policies do not mention one, the store's /pages/warranty address returned a 404 page on Oct 25, 2026, and section 13 of the terms of service provides products "as is", without warranties of durability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as the store expressly states.
- Prices and errors: the terms let the store change prices without notice and correct errors in descriptions, prices or shipping charges, including by canceling an order after it is placed.
- Contact: [email protected] is the only contact the policies give; the store's /pages/contact and FAQ addresses returned 404 pages.
Where the pages disagree
- Shipping speed: the product page banner says "Free Same-Day Shipping over $70". The shipping policy lists 1 to 2 business days of processing before the 2 to 6 day delivery window, and sets the free-shipping line at "greater or equal to $70".
- Exchanges: the banner says "30-Day Easy Return & Exchange". The refund policy gives 30 days to request a return but allows an exchange only within 24 hours of ordering and before shipment.
- Guarantee wording: the refund page is headed "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee", but the text under it covers defective, incorrect or incomplete items and says returns for personal reasons are at your expense.
For this product, the review's option (Fits 18' - 20' at $239.99) is above the $70 free-shipping line, so the $10 fee does not apply; the page shows a crossed-out $299.99, so the refund policy's exclusion of sale items may cover it (the policy does not define the term); that size was in stock on Oct 25, 2026, while 3 of the 8 sizes were not.
What we liked
- Two foldable assist poles let two people set the cover without climbing on the RV, per Leader's own installation instructions.
- Top panel combines 5-ply non-woven fabric with an anti-UV composite and a waterproof membrane, over 110g non-woven sides.
- Three zippered panels reach RV doors and engine bays without removing the whole cover.
- Eight size bands cover trailers from 18 to 38 feet, all at a fixed 102 by 104 inch opening.
- Weighted toss-bag and tension panels simplify routing the underbelly straps.
Worth noting
- The product page states no warranty period, unlike the 300D sibling cover's 2-year warranty.
- Leader's refund policy doesn't accept returns on sale items, and this cover is currently listed below its list price.
- Ships only to the 48 contiguous states; no Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
- We found no independent test or long-term ownership report specific to this exact pole-equipped model.
Questions before you buy
Does this cover come with a warranty?
Leader Accessories' page for this specific cover states no warranty period as of October 16, 2026. Its 300D sibling cover explicitly lists a 2-year warranty, so confirm directly with the seller if a warranty matters to you.
Can one person install it?
The listing recommends two people using the included foldable assist poles; it is not marketed as a solo installation.
How is this different from Leader's other 5-ply cover?
They share the same top fabric. This version adds two assist poles and costs about $60 more at a comparable size, while the other cover spans a wider 14 to 38 foot range without poles.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure your trailer's overall length and match it to one of the eight bands, from 18-20 feet to 35-38 feet; all sizes are 102 inches wide and 104 inches tall. Leader's sibling pages advise including the bumper but not the hitch, and adding a foot for a roof-mounted AC unit; apply the same logic here.
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
Possibly not. Leader's refund policy says it can't accept returns on sale items, and this cover is currently listed below its list price. The policy does allow an exchange within 24 hours of ordering, before the package ships, so measure first and ask Leader before ordering if a return might matter.
Does it ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental US?
No. Leader Accessories ships to the 48 contiguous states only; it does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

What we couldn’t verify
- The earlier text gives a $299.99 to $349.99 list price; the store data's crossed-out prices run from $299.99 (18'-20') to $449.99 (35'-38'), and $349.99 is the 22'-24' figure.
- The earlier text says this cover costs 'about $60 more' than the gray 5-ply cover at a comparable size; size for size on Oct 25, 2026 both list $239.99 at 18'-20' and the others differ by $24.00 or less either way.
- 'Extra thick 5-ply', 'anti-UV', 'waterproof membrane' and 'water-resistant' are page wording with no rating or test; the lead line says water-resistant while the feature list says waterproof.
- The earlier text's pole instructions (poles fed into pockets sewn near each end of the top) are not in the page text read on Oct 25, 2026, which says only that the foldable poles are included and that 2 people should install.
- The page text gives no weight, no pole dimensions or material, no storage bag, ladder cap or repair patch, and no stated warranty.
- Three of the eight sizes (24'-27', 33'-35' and 35'-38') were unavailable in the store data on Oct 25, 2026; the review's 18'-20' size was available.
- The Classic Accessories prices and warranty and the forum report of a cover breaking down, all in the earlier text, were not rechecked on Oct 25, 2026.
