A 7mm wedding band from Lola Ade with 16 channel-set diamonds totaling .96ct, in lab-grown or natural stones and four metals, with prices from $3,595 to $6,995 depending on metal and diamond type. It suits a buyer who wants a higher stone count and will choose both.

Our verdict
Stone weight is the draw: a wide band with 16 channel-set diamonds for a buyer willing to choose among four metals and two diamond types. Look elsewhere if you need a size below 7 or a single fixed price. The main caveat is the spread: the same design runs from $3,595 to $6,995, so confirm the exact metal and diamond type before ordering.

- Skip if

Why 3.8/5: Lifted by a spec sheet with 7 rows, stated diamond color and clarity and one complimentary resizing in the first 6 months; held back by the store's no-returns, no-refunds policy (a damaged or defective item gets an exchange or repair).
With 16 diamonds totaling 0.96 carats in a channel setting, this wide Lola Ade band is listed at 7.23mm across and 2.58mm thick. Prices run from $3,595 to $6,995 over 88 variants, depending on whether the metal is 14kt gold or platinum and whether the diamonds are lab-grown or natural. Ring sizes 7 to 12 are listed.

Two options set the price. Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the Shipping & Returns page says US orders over $100 ship free and that fine jewelry, diamonds and engagement rings are handcrafted to order and usually fulfilled within 1 to 4 weeks, sent by UPS 2-day shipping with an adult signature required. The FAQ gives other figures, an estimated 4 to 6 weeks for custom rings and generally 6 to 8 weeks of production from payment, and says the checkout page shows an estimate, so confirm the date there. Fine jewelry ships only within the United States according to the FAQ; international orders are limited to the Demi-Fine Collection. Returns: the Shipping & Returns page says the store cannot accept returns on these limited, handmade or made-to-order items; if an item arrives damaged or defective, contact the store within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or repair of the same item, which must be in its original packaging with no sign of wear. The FAQ says all fine jewelry sales are final and that returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, with a repair offered for faulty items, and the sales terms add that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The refund policy page grants a 14-day cooling-off right to orders shipped into the European Union. Resizing: the FAQ says one complimentary resizing is offered within the first 6 months and certain ring styles can be resized up to 2 sizes up or down; after 6 months it costs $80 for gold and $100 for platinum. Warranty: the FAQ says the store guarantees its fine jewelry against manufacturing defects at the time of delivery for life and repairs a confirmed defect at no cost, while damage from wear and tear or trauma is quoted before any work. Excluded examples include scratching, loss of center stones, product loss or theft, discoloration from chemicals or make-up and prongs that wear down over time. Discount code: the sales terms say codes must be entered at checkout, only one code can be used per order and promotions exclude gift cards and custom orders unless stated otherwise; some products can also be excluded, so check that the FACESTORE code takes 10% off this item before you pay.
Before you buy
Lola Ade says it is a Black woman-owned fine jewelry brand based in Los Angeles that sells online only, founded by Pamela Adewoyin James, whom its About page calls a GIA-certified diamond professional and practicing attorney. The page says she has handcrafted jewelry since 2010 and launched an engagement ring collection in 2024. A July 2026 SHEEN Magazine interview tells a similar story, but it is a profile, not a product test, and searches on 20 October 2026 found no Trustpilot, BBB or Reddit page for the store. The store's own reviews page shows 40 reviews, 38 of them five-star and 2 four-star; that widget is the store's display and was not verified. Its giving program ("a portion of every fine jewelry purchase" supports clean water access in Africa, and a portion of each engagement ring sale per its community page) names no amount. The FAQ says the store's diamonds come from suppliers that follow strict ethical standards, are conflict-free and comply with the Kimberley Process; it publishes no supplier list. There is no showroom, so you cannot see a piece in person, and the pages disagree on production time and on whether a damaged item gets an exchange or only a repair; ask for the estimate and the remedy in writing before you order.
What we liked
- The listing counts 16 diamonds at .96ct total, with minimum color and clarity of GH, SI
- Lab-grown and natural diamonds are both offered, and platinum is offered next to three gold colors
- Width and thickness are listed to two decimals: approximately 7.23mm and 2.58mm
- Price ranges by metal and by diamond type are laid out in the variant list
Worth noting
- The final price depends on two choices, metal and diamond type, and the page shows only ranges for each
- One grade line (GH, SI) covers both diamond types, and no grading report is named
- Ring sizes below 7 are not listed
- The listing calls the diamonds brilliant but names neither their cut nor their shape

What is the band width, given the 7mm in the title?
The listing gives an approximate width of 7.23mm and an approximate thickness of 2.58mm, although the title and description say 7mm.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. The Shipping & Returns page says the store cannot accept returns on its handmade, limited or made-to-order items, and the FAQ says all fine jewelry sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact the store within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or repair.

Does Lola Ade resize rings?

Is financing available?
The FAQ says financing is available through Shop Pay and tells buyers to contact Shop Pay for details; it lists no terms or rates, so check them at checkout.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
GIA says laboratory-grown diamonds have the same crystal structure as natural diamonds, tightly bonded carbon atoms, and nearly the same chemical, optical and physical properties. By eye the difference can be indistinguishable, but gemological laboratories can detect the different growth history with advanced instruments. They are grown by high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD).

What we couldn’t verify
- The title and description say 7mm while the spec line gives 7.23mm, and the description calls it a gold band although platinum is also an option.
- One minimum color and clarity line (GH, SI) is given for both diamond types and no grading report is named.
- Independent testing of this piece: none found; the only outside coverage located is an interview-style profile of the founder (SHEEN Magazine, July 2026).
- The store's pages disagree on production time (1 to 4 weeks, 4 to 6 weeks, 6 to 8 weeks) and on exchange versus repair for a damaged item.
- The store's 40-review widget and its clean-water giving claim are its own statements and were not verified.
- Whether the FACESTORE code applies to this item was not tested; the sales terms exclude custom orders and some products.
