Moondrop Pudding TWS ANC Earbuds Review
Real-time adaptive ANC, a 10mm dynamic driver, Bluetooth 6.0 and LHDC V are the headline items on this true wireless earbud, listed at $49.99 in four colors. It suits buyers who want a 10-band parametric EQ in the Moondrop app.

Our verdict
Choose it if you want ANC, a named codec (LHDC V) and a 10-band app EQ at $49.99. Look elsewhere if you need a clear battery figure, an IP rating or a codec list beyond LHDC V, since the page words the case battery two ways and names no other codec. Every figure and the ANC claims are the maker's own.
- Best for
- Buyers who want ANC, LHDC V and a 10-band app EQ in one true wireless set.
- Skip if
- You need an IP rating, a weight or a codec list beyond LHDC V.
Why 3.4/5: A named codec, a THD figure and stated battery hours in the feature text lift it; the missing specification list, a case battery figure worded two ways, store pages that disagree with one another on their terms and no independent test checked for this review hold it back.
At $49.99, the Moondrop Pudding is a true wireless earphone with a 10mm dynamic driver, real-time adaptive ANC and Bluetooth 6.0. The page names the LHDC V codec, a 10-band parametric EQ in the Moondrop app and a THD figure of ≤0.05%, and says Moondrop tuned it toward its VDSF target on a B&K5128 rig. Battery is given as 12.5h on the earbuds, with the case extending that to 41 hours.

Options and pricing
Four colors, all at $49.99 and all orderable at the time of reading, are listed: Pudding Abyss Gray, Pudding Latte White, Pudding Yellow and Pudding Latte Beige. No bundles, cases or cables are listed, and the box contents are not described. The page notes that LHDC can be switched on in the Moondrop app and that doing so may shorten battery life.
How it compares
At $49.99 the Pudding matches the Moondrop PILL 13mm Dynamic Driver BT 6.0 OWS Earbuds, which lists a 13mm driver and an AI noise-reduction microphone, and sits above the Moondrop Space Travel 2 Bluetooth 6.0 True Wireless Earbuds from $29.99. The DUNU DTW 300 Bluetooth 5.4 True Wireless Earbuds at $59 state 50dB for their ANC, where the Pudding page gives no decibel number. The Pudding fits buyers who want a named codec and a 10-band EQ; the DTW 300 fits those who want a stated ANC depth.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Real-time adaptive ANC with an ear-canal microphone and a transparent mode, per the page
- LHDC V named, with the app switch and a battery note explained
- 10-band PEQ and second-generation interactive DSP in the Moondrop app
- THD ≤0.05% and a 22nm chipset listed
- Four colors at one price
Worth noting
- The case battery figure is worded two ways: '41H(Charging Case)' in the feature list and a 41-hour total in the text
- The page says LHDC may shorten battery life but gives no figure
- No codec other than LHDC V is named
- The low-latency game mode has no millisecond figure
- The page gives no IP rating or weight, and no figure for the Bluetooth range
Questions before you buy
How is LHDC V switched on?
The page says LHDC V is enabled through the Moondrop application and warns that LHDC protocols may increase power consumption and shorten battery life. It gives no figure for the effect.
What battery figures does the Pudding list?
The feature list reads '12.5H(earbuds)+41H(Charging Case)', while the text gives about 12.5h on the earbuds and says the case extends this to a total of 41 hours. The two wordings differ on whether 41 hours is the case alone or the total.
What EQ and tuning options are listed?
A 10-band PEQ, second-generation interactive DSP and a Sound Target ID profile built from online interactive DSP data, all in the Moondrop app.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- Battery: the feature list reads '12.5H(earbuds)+41H(Charging Case)', while the text says the case extends 12.5h to a total of 41 hours; it is unclear whether 41 hours includes the earbuds.
- The page claims its ANC beats standard hybrid ANC and isolates the wearer completely; no measurement is given in the page text. THD≤0.05% has no frequency or level.
- The game mode has no latency figure, and the page gives no IP rating, weight or codec besides LHDC V.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
