Our verdict

Suited to buyers who need a coaxial digital RCA cable in a length from 1m to 5m and are fine with specifications that exist only in pictures. Look elsewhere if you need the conductor settled as OFC or silver-plated OCC, or want lengths stated outside the option names. The main caveat is that the pictures describe the conductor two ways and that their sound wording (calm low, thick middle, transparent high) is claim only.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text, by claims that sit in pictures rather than text, by the store's own terms contradicting each other, and by no independent test checked for this review.

SKW's HC-01 is a digital coaxial (SPDIF) cable with RCA connectors at both ends, listed from $13.99 for the 1m length. The pictured parameters give a 6.5MM diameter, emerald green color, OFC material, a gold-plated joint, a copper alloy shell and metal plus aluminum foil shielding, and a separate picture gives an impedance of 75Ω.

Options and pricing

One color option, HC-01 (Red), comes in five lengths that were all orderable when the page was read: 1m at $13.99, 1.5m at $15.99, 2m at $17.99, 3m at $21.99 and 5m at $29.99. The pictured parameters give the color as Emerald green rather than red, and the package as a gift box. The pictures read give no cable length of their own, so the lengths rest on the option names.

How it compares

The SKW HC04 OFC 2RCA to 2RCA Audio Cable starts From $23.99 and the FiiO LR-RCA4 Dual RCA Analog 5N Silver-Plated Pure Copper Audio Cable starts From $24.99, with a spec line reading LR-RCA4L: 150CM. Their names point to RCA audio and dual RCA analog use, while this HC-01 is named a digital coaxial SPDIF cable from $13.99. Choose the HC-01 for a coaxial digital link; the FiiO's name points to analog RCA pairs.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

Cables and adapters get three months of warranty from the order date, against one year for DACs, amps and IEMs; a note on the same page also excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while the FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement and the buyer pays the shipping. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The pictured parameters list a Digital Coaxial Audio Cable with OFC material, a gold-plated joint and a copper alloy shell
  • A picture gives a 75Ω impedance, and another names the SPDIF and COAXIAL connector it suits
  • Five length options, from 1m at $13.99 to 5m at $29.99
  • A pictured layer list names a High Purity OFC conductor, a foaming layer, a nylon net and cotton net layer, a metal braid layer and a PVC protective layer

Worth noting

  • The pictures call the conductor OFC in the parameters and layer list but Silver Plated OCC in another picture
  • The only option is named HC-01 (Red), while the pictured parameters give the color as Emerald green
  • The lengths rest on the option names alone; the pictures read give no cable length of their own

What we couldn’t verify

  • CONFLICT in the pictures: one calls the conductor a Silver Plated OCC Copper Conductor, while the pictured parameters and the layer list say OFC and High Purity OFC.
  • The pictures' sound wording (calm low frequency, thick middle, transparent high; not harsh, very natural) and their claim that the shielding reduces noise are claims, and the pictures read give no measurement for them.
  • The option is named HC-01 (Red) but the pictured parameters give Emerald green; nine of the page's 15 pictures were not read for this review.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's warranty page excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while its FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition.
