TOPPING B200 Mono Power Amplifier Review
A mono power amplifier with a discrete NFCA circuit, three sets of balanced inputs and a 200W output claim, listed at $599 in Silver or Black. The page says two B200s are needed for a stereo system.

Our verdict
Suited to a one-amplifier-per-speaker setup with TOPPING's D90 II SABRE or Pre90, where a discrete mono amplifier with three balanced inputs and a 12V trigger is wanted at $599. Look elsewhere if you need a single stereo box or published power at a load and noise figures, none of which the page text gives. The main caveat is the unclear price basis: the page says two B200s make a stereo system but not how many the price buys.
- Best for
- Owners of TOPPING's D90 II SABRE or Pre90 who want one mono amplifier per speaker.
- Skip if
- You want a single stereo amplifier or a 200W figure stated with a load.
Why 3.4/5: A page with no specification list as text and terms the store contradicts itself on hold it back, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.
Built as a single-channel amplifier, the TOPPING B200 uses an NFCA discrete circuit and is listed at $599 in Silver or Black. The page text quotes 200W of output without a load, three sets of XR/TRS balanced inputs, high and low gain options and a 12V trigger input, and it says a stereo system needs two B200s.

Options and pricing
Two colors are listed, B200-Silver and B200-Black, both at $599 and both open to ordering when the page was read. The page says two B200s are required to drive two passive speakers, but its text does not say whether the listed price covers one amplifier or two, and it names no included cables or in-the-box list. It names the D90 II SABRE DAC and the Pre90, which it says offers volume control, remote operation and several inputs, as partners.
How it compares
The TOPPING LA90 Discrete Ultra-high Performance Power Amplifier at $799 shares the NFCA discrete circuit in its spec line, while the B200 at $599 says Mono in its title, so a stereo pair means two B200 units. The TOPPING PA5 Fully Balanced Class D Power Amplifier at $226.85 lists a fully balanced Class D architecture in its spec line, a different circuit description from the B200's NFCA discrete one. The B200 suits a one-amplifier-per-speaker setup with the TOPPING partners its page names.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Discrete NFCA amplifier circuit, per the page
- Three sets of balanced inputs and a high/low gain choice
- A 12V trigger input for linked power on and off with other devices
- The page names two partners: the D90 II SABRE DAC over XLR, and the Pre90 with its volume control and several inputs
Worth noting
- A mono amplifier: the page says a stereo system needs two B200s and does not say whether the price covers one or two
- The 200W output has no stated load, and no distortion, noise, size or weight figure is given in the page text
- DNR and SNR are called impressive with no figures, and the page text has no specification section
- The inputs are written 'XR/TRS' on the page and are not defined further
Questions before you buy
Is the B200 a stereo amplifier?
No. The page calls it a mono pure power amplifier and says two B200s are required to drive two passive speakers in a stereo system. It does not say how many units one listed price covers.
What inputs and extras does it list?
Three sets of XR/TRS balanced inputs (the page's spelling), high and low gain options and a 12V trigger input that links power on and off with other devices.
Which partner products does the page name?
The D90 II SABRE DAC over XLR balanced cables, which the page says makes one of the lowest distortion DAC-plus-amplifier combinations available, and the Pre90, which it says offers precise volume control, remote operation and multiple input ports, in a set of 1x Pre90 and 2x B200.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The 200W output has no load or distortion level, and DNR and SNR are called impressive with no figures; the page text has no specification section.
- The page says a stereo system needs two B200s but does not say how many amplifiers the $599 price covers.
- The inputs are written 'XR/TRS' and not defined as XLR; the claim of one of the lowest distortion combinations with the D90 II SABRE has no figures.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
