xDuoo LINK3 USB DAC/Amp Review
A portable USB DAC/amp from xDuoo with two ES9039Q2M DAC chips, a microSD slot listed up to 2TB and an output of up to 1000mW per channel in Super Power mode, listed at $219. It suits listeners who want 3.5mm and 4.4mm outputs and a TFT display.

Our verdict
A match for listeners who want a microSD slot, a power-only USB-C input and a stated output of up to 1000mW per channel in one USB DAC/amp at $219. Look elsewhere if you need a load stated for the 1000mW and 700mW figures or a weight and size. The 1000mW figure needs external power and the 4.4mm port, and every figure is the store's own.
- Best for
- Listeners who want a USB DAC/amp with a microSD slot, a power-only USB-C input and a 4.4mm output.
- Skip if
- You need the 1000mW per channel figure given at a stated load, or a weight and size.
Why 3.4/5: Having no specification list as text, store terms that conflict with each other and figures with no independent test checked for this review all hold it back.
A microSD card slot, which the page calls a new feature for portable USB DAC/amps, is the headline of the xDuoo LINK3, listed at $219. The page says it takes cards up to 2TB, read through the connected phone or computer. The page pairs two ES9039Q2M DAC chips with a 16-core XMOS XU316 processor for 32-bit/768kHz PCM and native DSD512, and lists 3.5mm and 4.4mm outputs, with up to 1000mW per channel in Super Power mode.

Options and pricing
One option is listed, named LINK3, at $219, and it was orderable when the page was read. The page mentions a detachable USB Type-C connector cable and two USB-C ports, but the page text lists no case or in-the-box section and does not say whether a microSD card is included.
How it compares
The FiiO QX13 starts at $219.99 against $219 here and names an ES9027SPRO DAC in its title. The Moondrop Moonriver 3 is $219.99 and the FiiO BTR17 is $199.99; their titles name CS43198 and ES9069Q DAC chips, two of each. The LINK3 page lists a microSD slot and a power-only USB-C port, which suits listeners who want to carry a music library on the unit; the others suit buyers who prefer a different DAC chip.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Two ES9039Q2M DAC chips and an XMOS XU316 processor with PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512, per the page
- microSD slot listed up to 2TB, read through the connected phone or computer
- A separate power-only USB-C port, and a detachable USB Type-C cable is mentioned
- Output listed at 1000mW per channel in Super Power mode and 700mW per channel in normal power mode
- 100-level digital volume control that works independently of the source device
Worth noting
- Neither power figure has a stated load in the page text
- The 1000mW figure needs external power and the 4.4mm balanced port, which the feature list does not say
- Specs have to be pieced together from bullets and paragraphs, since no specification list as text is given
- The page text has no weight, size or box contents
Questions before you buy
What does the microSD slot do?
The page says the slot supports cards up to 2TB and that the card is accessible through the connected source device, a smartphone or PC, so the unit can carry a music library.
What is Super Power mode?
Per the page, it is reached by connecting an external power adapter to the power-only USB-C port. The page gives up to 1000mW per channel through the 4.4mm balanced port in that mode and 700mW per channel in normal power mode, with no load stated in the page text.
What do the LED and display show?
The page says the LED glows red, green, yellow and white depending on the playback bitrate, and the TFT display shows active settings, with font color customization.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The page text gives no load for the 1000mW per channel (Super Power mode) and 700mW per channel (normal mode) figures; the feature list gives 1000mW without naming the mode or the port.
- The dynamic range of 130dB and THD+N of -120dB are the page's own figures, with no measurement conditions in the page text.
- The page text gives no weight, size or in-the-box list and does not say whether a microSD card is included.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
