HARISON Weight Benches Compared: Adjustable, Folding and Storage Benches and a Power Tower

From the $129.99 folding HR-608G to the $319.99 HR-609 and HR-610, each page gives a weight limit that differs from its own attribute list: 800 lbs, 660 lbs or 120 kg in the text or pictures against 400 Lb+.

Updated October 25, 2026 · 4 reviews compared

This page compares four weight benches from HARISON, an online fitness store at harisonusa.com that gives a Palatine, Illinois address: the HR-608G folding bench, the HR-609 adjustable bench with attachments, the HR-610 storage bench and the HR-30813 power tower set, which includes a detachable bench. They cost $129.99 to $319.99, as priced on October 23, 2026. We have also reviewed two items that are not benches: the HR-30812 squat rack at $299.99, which leaves out the barbell, plates and benches, and the HR-325 six-tier dumbbell rack at $89.99, which leaves out the dumbbells. Every product figure here is the store's own: we have not assembled or loaded these benches, and our web searches on October 22, 2026 found no independent test that measured any of them.

The weight limit is the first thing to check, because each page gives two figures that differ. Each page's attribute list says 'Max User Weight: 400 Lb+'. The HR-608G's text says 800 LBS, the HR-609's says 800 lbs in four places, the HR-30813's says 660 lbs and 'Over 660LBS', and the HR-610's pictures say up to 120 kg, which is below 400 lb. None names a test, lab or standard behind its figure. Only the HR-609 gives full dimensions and a weight in its text (68 x 23 x 55 inches, 51 pounds); the HR-610 gives them in pictures (1100*290*415mm, 27.5Kg net); the HR-608G gives neither, and the HR-30813 gives a height range and 115 lbs for the tower but no footprint. Assembly is described on three pages: 3 mins for the HR-608G, mostly pre-assembled for the HR-609 and an installation guidance video promised by the HR-30813.

Returns are the part of HARISON's terms to read twice. The return policy, read on October 22, 2026, allows a return within 30 days of delivery. But the customer pays the return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing when the bench comes back. Refunds go to the original payment method within 2 working days of processing, and the policy says a full return can take up to two weeks. HARISON reserves the right to assess the returned product and either grant or deny a refund. Product pages promise a 30-day trial and do not mention the 30% deduction.

Shipping to US addresses is free; the policy estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days and also says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing. Product pages promise a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts, but the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and no page we found sets out coverage or exclusions. The store's domain was registered on July 2, 2024, while its brand page says HARISON was founded in Delaware in 1996, which we could not confirm. No review on these pages is marked as a verified owner; on the HR-610 and HR-30813 pages every review shown carries the label '(store manager)'. The code FACESTORE takes $10 off orders of $100 or more but works on only some listings; the reviews of all four picks show it.

HARISON HR-608G Adjustable Weight Bench

A foldable adjustable bench at $129.99 with 10 back levels, 3 seat levels and a 30-degree hook foot adjustment. The page says it folds in about 3 seconds, by pulling an elastic pin and setting the back cushion to its maximum angle, and that assembly takes 3 mins with no specialized tools; both are its own claims. It lists 800 LBS in its text but 400 Lb+ in its attribute list, and gives no dimensions, bench weight, folded size, color or box contents. Its review shows the code FACESTORE.

The specification block gives 68 x 23 x 55 inches and 51 pounds. In answer to a question about the leg extensions, the Q&A says the bar takes standard-size weights and comes with a sleeve that converts it to Olympic. The page says 800 LBS in four places and 400 Lb+ in its attribute list, calls the steel commercial thickness yet not for commercial use, and calls the bench foldable without a method. Its review shows the code FACESTORE.

How we compared

We compared these benches from the store's product pages, as summarized in our full review of each, and from HARISON's shipping and return policies and its brand, service and warranty registration pages, all first read on October 22, 2026, when we also checked the domain registry, the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot and the US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database. The return, shipping, warranty registration and brand pages were reloaded on October 25, 2026 and were unchanged. We have not assembled or loaded these benches: every product figure is the store's own, taken from page text where there is any and from the page's pictures where there is not (the HR-610's page has no text description), and web searches that day found no independent test that measured any of them.

Where a listing or the store's own pages disagree, this page says so. The main cases: the weight limit on all four pages, given in the text or pictures against an attribute list that says 400 Lb+; the HR-609's steel, called commercial thickness on a page that says it is not intended for commercial use, and its foldable heading with no folding method; the HR-610's built-in APP intelligence system, which no picture shows, and its leather, called both selected high-quality leather and eco-friendly PU sports leather; the shipping policy's 7 to 15 days against 10 to 20 business days (the HR-609's text adds a 3-7 day estimate); and the product pages' 30-day trial against a return policy that keeps 30% of the refund. Crossed-out prices, such as $799.99 beside the HR-610's $319.99, are the store's own comparison figures, shown while its pages still carry Father's Day and Mother's Day banners offering up to 70% off, so this page uses current prices only. The picks are labeled by need, not ranked against each other; each price comes from the pick's review and was last checked on the date shown beside it.

Questions before you buy

What weight limit do HARISON weight benches list?

Each page's attribute list says Max User Weight: 400 Lb+, but the pages' own text differs. The HR-608G and HR-609 say 800 LBS (the HR-609 in four places), the HR-30813 says 660 lbs and Over 660LBS, and the HR-610's pictures say up to 120 kg, which is below 400 lb. None names a test, lab or standard behind its figure, so ask HARISON in writing which one applies.

Do HARISON weight benches fold?

The HR-608G page says it folds in about 3 seconds: pull the elastic pin and set the back cushion to its maximum angle. It gives no folded size. The HR-609 page has a heading that calls it foldable but gives no method or size, and the HR-30813 listing says foldable, compact design and a collapsible bench, also with no folded dimensions. For the HR-610, our review records a storage box and no folding feature.

Which HARISON bench comes with a leg extension, preacher pad or barbell rack?

The HR-609: its page lists a leg extension, a removable preacher stand and a barbell rack, and, in answer to a question about the leg extensions, its Q&A says the bar takes standard-size weights and comes with a sleeve that converts it to Olympic. The HR-608G text calls it a bench with leg extension and lists a 30-degree hook foot adjustment but gives no attachment details. The HR-30813 adds a pull-up bar and dip station, and the HR-610 is a storage box. The HR-30812 squat rack leaves out the barbell, plates and benches.

How much assembly do HARISON weight benches need?

The HR-608G page claims 3 mins and no specialized tools. The HR-609 page says most of the bench is pre-assembled and you fit the front support tube and foam rollers. The HR-30813 text promises an installation guidance video but gives no detail on it, and our review of the HR-610 records no assembly information. All of these are the store's claims; we have not assembled any of them.

What are HARISON's return and warranty terms for a bench?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but you pay the return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing. Product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some say 12 months), but the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and no page we found sets out coverage or exclusions.

What do outside records say about HARISON and harisonusa.com?

Not much. On October 22, 2026 Trustpilot had no profile for harisonusa.com, and the Better Business Bureau listed Harison Fitness Ltd of Newark, Delaware as not accredited and rated B- for not answering a complaint. The domain was registered on July 2, 2024, yet 129 of the 155 review dates shown on the HR-609 page, the earliest in October 2020, and 29 of the 80 on the HR-30813 page fall before it. The brand page says HARISON was founded in Delaware in 1996, which we could not confirm.
