Our verdict
A fit for home lifters who want one bench that lists a leg extension, preacher pad and barbell rack, with 800 LBS in its specification. Look elsewhere if you need a single capacity figure, a folded size or a plain bench without attachments. The main caveat is that the text and the attribute list give different capacities, and the steel is called commercial thickness on a bench the page says is not for commercial use.

Why 3.1/5: Lifted by a long description with a specification block of sizes, weights, positions and capacity. Held back by a crossed-out price well above the current one, old sale banners, store terms that burden the buyer and no independent profile or test.
Listed at $319.99 as the black HR-609, this adjustable weight bench comes with a leg extension, a preacher pad and a barbell rack, according to its page. The specification block gives an 800 LBS capacity, 68 x 23 x 55 inches and 51 Pounds, and the text lists 6 backrest positions, 5 seat positions and a powder-coated steel frame. The attribute list shows 400 Lb+ instead.

Options and pricing
The page offers the black HR-609 only, at $319.99, with a crossed-out price of $739.99 shown beside it. The specification block gives the color as Black, red and the size as Large Size. The text names a removable preacher stand, a leg extension attachment and a barbell rack with the bench, and says most of it is pre-assembled, leaving the front support tube and the foam rollers to fit. Its Q&A, answering a question about the leg extensions, says the bar takes standard (non-Olympic) sized weights and comes with a sleeve that converts it to Olympic.
How it compares
The HARISON HR-610 Multi-Functional Weight Bench is listed at the same $319.99 but is a fitness-box bench with storage and a 7-gear backrest, sized 1100*290*415mm and 27.5Kg net in its pictures, against this bench's 68 x 23 x 55 inches and 51 Pounds. The HARISON HR-608G Adjustable Weight Bench costs $129.99 and also carries 800 LBS in its headline, as this bench does in its specification. The HARISON HR-30813 Weight Bench Power Tower Set is $199.99 and bundles a pull-up bar and dip station with a bench.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping policy offers free shipping on all orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days, while the same page says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing; it names no carrier and sends buyers outside the US to email support. Returns: the return policy allows a return within 30 days of delivery, but the customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 working days of processing, and the policy says a full return can take up to two weeks. Warranty and trial: product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months); the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and we found no page that sets out coverage or exclusions. Support: the footer lists +1 800 865 2125 (5:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST) and [email protected] with a Palatine, Illinois address.
Before you buy
The page's own review widget announces 152 reviews with an average of 4.97; of the 150 it displays, 9 carry the label '(store manager)' in the slot where WooCommerce prints '(verified owner)' and none is marked as a verified owner, so we treat none of them as customer evidence. 129 of the 155 review dates shown on the page fall before the domain was registered on 2 July 2024 (the earliest is October 2020). Reputation: Trustpilot has no profile for harisonusa.com; its sister site harisonfitness.com has an unclaimed profile with 3 reviews (TrustScore 3.3), one a 2024 one-star about an unanswered support request. The Better Business Bureau lists Harison Fitness Ltd in Newark, Delaware, not accredited and rated B- for not answering a complaint, with one unanswered complaint about an inversion table (the complainant's claims are unverified). The registry shows harisonusa.com registered on 2 July 2024, while the brand page describes HARISON as founded in Delaware in 1996 and bought in 2016 by a Chinese group, which we could not confirm; the store's privacy page is WordPress's sample text. The same brand and model codes are sold on Amazon, and two more storefronts, harisonfitness.com and harisonfit.com, show the same phone number and Palatine, Illinois address. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database showed no recall naming HARISON or MonicaFit when we searched it on 22 October 2026. The page shows a crossed-out price of $739.99, which is the store's own comparison figure; its pages still carry Father's Day and Mother's Day banners offering up to 70% off storewide. The review shows the code FACESTORE. A cart test on 22 October 2026, made without the affiliate link, took $10 off this item; the code only works on carts of $100 or more and the store rejects it for some products, so check for the discount line in your cart.
What we liked
- The specification block lists item and package sizes and weights, 68 x 23 x 55 inches and 51 Pounds for the bench itself
- The title and text list a leg extension, a preacher pad and a barbell rack with the bench
- 6 backrest positions and 5 seat positions are listed, plus seat angle and height adjustment and a bottom balance adjustment knob
- The page's Q&A, on a question about the leg extensions, says the bar takes standard-size weights and comes with a sleeve that converts it to Olympic
- Most of the bench is pre-assembled, per the page; the front support tube and foam rollers are fitted by the buyer
Worth noting
- The attribute list says Max User Weight 400 Lb+ while the text and specification say 800 LBS
- The text calls the steel commercial thickness yet states the bench is not intended for commercial use
- A heading calls it foldable, but the page gives no folding method or folded size
- The single size line (68 x 23 x 55 inches) does not say which setup it measures

What we couldn’t verify
- Capacity: the short description, description, specification block and Q&A say 800 lbs, but the attribute list shows "Max User Weight: 400 Lb+"; the page does not reconcile them.
- The text calls it "Commercial thickness steel" that passed "all kinds of weight tests" with no test named, yet also says "This product is not intended for commercial use"; a heading calls the bench foldable but no folded size is given.
- The page text also carries policy-like lines: a 30-day return line, a 12-month coverage line, and a 3-7 day delivery estimate against 7-15 days in its Q&A; they are the page's wording and are not confirmed here.
- The shipping policy gives both 7 to 15 days and 10 to 20 business days for delivery, and the return policy keeps 30% of the refund as shipping cost, which the '30-day trial' wording on product pages does not mention.
- The one-year warranty appears only in product-page copy (some pages say 12 months) and the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID; no page sets out coverage or exclusions.
- No independent test of this model was found in web searches made on 22 October 2026, so the page's own text and pictures are the only source.
