DUNU Titan S IEMs Review
A single dynamic driver IEM listed at $59.99 in Grey or Silver, with 32Ω at 1kHz and 110dB in its specification section. It suits buyers who want an over-ear cable fit on 2-pin connectors with a 3.5mm plug.

Our verdict
Suited to buyers who want a single dynamic driver IEM at $59.99 with a stated impedance, sensitivity and frequency range and a 3.5mm cable on 2-pin connectors. Look elsewhere if you need a balanced plug, a confirmed driver size or a finish that matches the description. Every figure comes from the store's page, whose driver size (10mm or 11mm) and finish wording do not match its own title and options.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a single dynamic driver IEM with stated impedance and sensitivity and a 3.5mm cable.
- Skip if
- You need a balanced plug or a confirmed driver size.
Why 3.5/5: Held back by the store's own terms contradicting each other and by figures that no independent test was checked for here; every number rests on the store's page.
DUNU's Titan S is a single dynamic driver IEM listed at $59.99, and the page presents it as a reboot of the earlier Titan series with cyberpunk-themed zinc alloy ear cavities. Its specification section gives 32Ω at 1kHz, 110dB, under 0.3% THD and 5Hz-40kHz, and the text describes a polycondensate LCP diaphragm, a CCAW voice coil and an N52 magnet. The page names the driver as 11mm while the store title says 10mm.

Options and pricing
Two colors are listed, Grey and Silver, each at $59.99 and both orderable when the page was read. The page shows a crossed-out price of $79.99 next to $59.99. The description talks of a Sandstone Black finish in black and red, which does not match either option name. The cable has a 3.5mm termination plug and 2-pin connectors per the page; no balanced plug, ear tip count or case is named in the text.
How it compares
At the same $59.99, the Moondrop LAN II / LAN 2 10mm Dynamic Driver IEMs have a spec line naming a glass dome composite diaphragm where the Titan S page names an LCP diaphragm. The DUNU Titan S2 Dual-Chamber & Magnetic Circuit Dynamic Driver In-Ear Earphones are $63.20 from the same maker, and both pages carry the note about a third-party curve. The Titan S fits buyers who want a stated 3.5mm termination at $59.99; check the siblings' pages for their plugs.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Specification section gives 32Ω @ 1kHz, 110dB, under 0.3% THD and 5Hz-40kHz
- N52 neodymium magnet and a CCAW voice coil behind a polycondensate LCP diaphragm, per the page
- 2-pin connectors for the cable and an over-ear wearing design, per the page
- Nozzle size is stated as 5.13mm
Worth noting
- The driver is 11mm in the page text and 10mm in the store title
- The description's Sandstone Black finish in black and red does not match the Grey and Silver options
- Only a 3.5mm plug is named in the page text: no balanced option, and the 2-pin connector size is not given
- No ear tips, case or weight are named in the page text
Questions before you buy
What are the Titan S impedance and sensitivity?
The specification section gives 32Ω @ 1kHz and 110dB, along with a 5Hz-40kHz frequency response and THD under 0.3%. The page text gives no reference level for the sensitivity, so it does not say how loud it plays at a given power.
Which plug and cable does it use?
The page names a monocrystalline copper and silver-plated copper mixed cable with a 3.5mm termination plug and 2-pin connectors, worn over the ear. It names no balanced plug and does not give the 2-pin size.
Is the driver 10mm or 11mm?
The page disagrees with itself: the store title says 10mm, while the features and description say 11mm. The page text does not say which is right.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The driver is 10mm in the store title and 11mm in the features and description; the page text gives no reference level for the 110dB sensitivity.
- The description talks of a Sandstone Black finish in black and red, while the options are Grey and Silver; the page text does not say how they relate.
- A note says a curve is measured by a third party and is for reference only; it names no party and the text gives no figure from it. Tuning words (neutral, warm, mid-forward) are the store's tags.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
