DUNU Titan X IEMs Review
A 10mm dynamic driver IEM with a dual-chamber, dual-magnet driver unit and a metallic alloy shell, listed from $32.99 in Gray or Silver with a 3.5mm or Type C cable. It suits buyers who want a Type C version with a built-in DSP chipset and microphone.

Our verdict
A fit for buyers who want a 10mm dual-chamber dynamic IEM in Gray or Silver, with a Type C version that adds a DSP chipset and microphone, from $32.99. Look elsewhere if you need a listed impedance, sensitivity or frequency range, or a measurement from outside the store. The caveat is that the page text has no specification list, so power needs cannot be judged from it.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a dual-chamber 10mm dynamic IEM with a Type C option that has a DSP chipset.
- Skip if
- You need a listed impedance, sensitivity or frequency range to match it to a source.
Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page text with no specification list, which leaves power needs unclear; also by the store's own terms contradicting each other and by the lack of an independent test of this model checked for this review.
DUNU's Titan X pairs a 10mm dynamic driver, which the page describes as dual-chamber and dual-magnetic with a hybrid diaphragm of a high-rigidity dome and a flexible suspension, with a metallic alloy shell. It starts at $32.99 for the 3.5mm version. The page describes the 3.5mm cable as OCC silver-plated copper in a 4-strand braid with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, and says the Type C version adds a built-in DSP chipset and a microphone. The page text gives no impedance, sensitivity or frequency response figures.

Options and pricing
Eight options are listed and all were orderable when the page was read: Gray or Silver, each with a 3.5mm cable at $32.99 or a Type C cable at $34.99. Two more per color add S&S Eartips (SML), at $45.98 with the 3.5mm cable and $47.98 with the Type C cable; the page text does not describe the S&S eartips beyond the name. It shows a crossed-out price of $34.99 next to $32.99, with crossed-out prices on the rest. The package text names a carry pouch and nine pairs of silicone ear tips with a 3.5mm or Type C stock cable.
How it compares
The KEFINE Loric 10mm Dynamic Driver In-Ear Monitors are listed from $28.99 and the Moondrop POSITION 10mm Dynamic Driver Gaming IEMs are $34.99, the same price as the Titan X Type C version. The Moondrop Marigold 10mm Dynamic Driver USB-C IEMs is $39.99 and its name says USB-C. The Titan X suits a buyer who wants a choice of Gray or Silver and of a 3.5mm or Type C cable, with the DSP chipset on the Type C version; the page text gives no power figures to match against a source.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Dual-chamber, dual-magnet 10mm dynamic driver with a hybrid diaphragm, per the page
- 3.5mm version on a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable, and a Type C version with a built-in DSP chipset and microphone
- Package text names a carry pouch and nine pairs of silicone ear tips
- Eight options in Gray or Silver, with or without extra S&S Eartips (SML)
Worth noting
- The page text lists no impedance, sensitivity, frequency response or THD figures
- The text says three types of ear tips are included but names only Candy and Balance, and separately lists nine pairs
- The braided OCC cable is described only for the 3.5mm version; the Type C cable and the DSP chipset model are not described further in the page text
- The page text gives no weight or cable length

What is different about the Type C version?
The page says the Type C version has a built-in DSP chipset and an in-built microphone for calls and meetings. The page text does not name the chipset or give any figures. The Type C option is $34.99, against $32.99 for 3.5mm.
What comes with it?
The package text lists the pair, a carry pouch, nine pairs of silicone ear tips and a 3.5mm or Type C stock cable. Two options per color add S&S Eartips (SML) at $45.98 or $47.98, and the page text does not describe them.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. What we couldn’t verify
- The page text gives no figure for impedance, sensitivity, frequency response or the Type C DSP chipset, and describes the in-built microphone without any specification.
- Tuning and sound claims (three-dimensional soundstage, balanced three-frequency response, directional cues for gamers) are the page's wording with no measurement in the page text; the store's tags say Balanced Sound and Reference Tuning.
- The text says three types of ear tips are included and names Candy and Balance, while the package text says nine pairs of silicone ear tips; what the S&S Eartips (SML) options add is not explained in the page text.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
