Our verdict

A fit for someone who wants to try several tip types and sizes from one $12.99 pack and does not need a stated nozzle size. Look elsewhere if you need tips made for a named nozzle diameter, one size in quantity or a material stated for each tip type. The weight is read two ways in the pictures, and this review did not check any independent test of the model.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page whose text gives no specification list, with most claims in pictures, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures no independent test was checked for.

Twelve pairs of ear tips in five types make up the FiiO HS19 pack, listed at $12.99. The page text and the pictured contents table name Balanced, Vocal and Bass tips in S, M and L at 3 pairs each, plus Memory Foam in M at 2 pairs and Bi Flange in M at 1 pair. The pictures add a frosted black PP plastic storage case measuring 93x79x16mm and a weight of about 34g, which they attribute to the case in one place and to case plus tips in another. The pictures read give no nozzle diameters and no tip material beyond the word silicone in the store title.

Options and pricing

A single option, HS19, is listed at $12.99 and was orderable when the page was read. Per the page text it holds Balanced, Vocal and Bass tips in S, M and L at 3 pairs each, Memory Foam tips in size M at 2 pairs and Bi Flange tips in size M at 1 pair, which the store title gives as 12 pairs. The pictures show the tips in a PP plastic storage case, and a pictured footnote says pictures are for reference only and the actual product may vary.

How it compares

The SHANLING SE100 Silicone Eartips For 4.9-6.5mm Nozzle is $9.90 and the DUNU S&S Pro Silicone Eartips For 4.6mm-6.5mm Nozzle is $13.90; both names give a nozzle range, while the HS19 title and the pictures read give none. At $12.99 for 12 pairs, the HS19 suits someone sampling several tip types before settling on one. The SHANLING and DUNU suit buyers who already have a nozzle size in their stated ranges.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

FiiO's own notice "A letter to FiiO fans" (undated) lists HiFiGo among sellers it has not authorized and recommends buying FiiO products from local agents. FiiO says it still services genuine products bought from such sellers if the buyer emails [email protected], but the buyer pays the freight and duties if a unit must go back to China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • 12 pairs in five types (Balanced, Vocal, Bass, Memory Foam, Bi Flange) for $12.99, per the page text and the pictured contents table
  • Balanced, Vocal and Bass tips each come in S, M and L, so three sizes can be tried per type
  • The pictures show a PP plastic storage case holding the tips, with its dimensions given as 93x79x16mm
  • The pictured specifications give a weight of about 34g and the case dimensions

Worth noting

  • The pictures read give no nozzle diameters, and the page text names no earphone models
  • The 34g weight is given for the storage case in one picture and for case plus tips in the specification picture
  • Memory Foam and Bi Flange tips come in size M only, at 2 pairs and 1 pair
  • Neither the page text nor the pictures read explain how the Balanced, Vocal and Bass types differ

Questions before you buy

What is in the FiiO HS19 pack?

The page text lists Balanced, Vocal and Bass tips in S, M and L at 3 pairs each, Memory Foam tips in M at 2 pairs and Bi Flange tips in M at 1 pair. The store title says 12 pairs, and the pictures show them in a black frosted PP plastic storage case.

What are the case size and weight?

The pictured specifications give 93x79x16mm and about 34g, labelled storage case + ear tips. Another picture ties the 34g to the storage case alone, so the figure is read two ways.

Does the page give a nozzle size?

No. The page text and the pictures read give no nozzle or tip diameter and name no earphones, and the pictures print no tip material beyond the word silicone in the store title.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

Is there a warranty on accessories like this?

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify

  • CONFLICT in the pictures: one gives the 34g weight to the storage case alone, while the specification picture gives it as storage case + ear tips.
  • The pictures read print no nozzle or tip diameters and no tip material; the store title says silicone while one listed type is Memory Foam. They give no figure for their fit and sound statements (the right fit for your sound preferences).
  • A pictured footnote says pictures are for reference only and the actual product may vary; one picture was not opened because a text scan found no text in it.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • FiiO's undated seller notice lists HiFiGo as an unauthorized seller; FiiO says it still services genuine units, with freight and duties paid by the buyer.
  • HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
