SHANLING SE100 Silicone Eartips Review
An ear tip from SHANLING, called silicone in the store title, at $9.90 per one-pair option, with a pictured size note for 4.9-6.5mm nozzles and widths of 11 mm, 12 mm and 13 mm. It suits owners who need one spare pair and can work from a page made of pictures.
Our verdict
A fit for someone who wants one spare pair for a nozzle in the pictured 4.9-6.5mm range at $9.90 and is content to work from pictures alone. Look elsewhere if you need a stated material, heights for every size or an explanation of the Blue Edition option. The description is pictures only, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.
- Best for
- Owners of earphones with a 4.9-6.5mm nozzle, the range in the pictured size note, who want one spare pair.
- Skip if
- You need a stated tip material, a height for every size or a pack of several pairs.
Why 3.3/5: Held back by a description that is pictures only with no specification list as text, so every spec figure sits in pictures, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures no independent test was checked for.
The SHANLING SE100 is an ear tip sold in one-pair options at $9.90 each, and the store title calls it silicone. Its description is pictures only: they print a size note giving an ideal nozzle diameter of 4.9-6.5mm, with widths of 11 mm for S, 12 mm for M and 13 mm for L. Beyond that the pictures read for this review are mostly photos, with no material, comfort or sound wording and no list of what the box holds.

Options and pricing
Four options are listed at $9.90 each, all orderable when the page was read: SE100-S (1 Pair), SE100-M (1 Pair), SE100-L (1 Pair) and SE100 Blue Edition L (1 Pair). The pictures read for this review do not say what sets the Blue Edition apart from the L option. The pictured box is printed 'SHANLING EARTIPS' and its window shows two tips; no pack contents list is printed.
How it compares
The DUNU S&S Pro Silicone Eartips For 4.6mm-6.5mm Nozzle is $13.90 and names a 4.6mm-6.5mm range, against 4.9-6.5mm here at $9.90. The FiiO HS19 Silicone Replacement Eartips (12 Pairs) is $12.99 for a 12-pair pack and names no nozzle range. The SE100 suits a single spare pair at the lowest of the three prices; the HS19 suits buyers who want many pairs to try.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- Every option is $9.90 and all four were orderable when the page was read
- The pictures print widths for the three sizes (S 11 mm, M 12 mm, L 13 mm) and an ideal nozzle diameter of 4.9-6.5mm
- Each option is named as one pair, so a single size can be bought on its own
Worth noting
- No tip material is printed in the pictures read; only the store title says silicone
- A height of 9 mm is printed beside the L drawing only, with none for M or S
- The pictures read give no pack contents list and do not explain the Blue Edition option
