Our verdict

Fits buyers who want a 3.5mm or 4.4mm plug with 2pin or MMCX ends on a cable the pictures label Litz silver plated 6N OCC, at one $55 price. Look elsewhere if you need one consistent purity grade, a 2.5mm option or a stated list of what is in the box. One pictured caption says 5N, the DAC plugs have no option, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.3/5: Weighed down by a page with no specification list as text and most claims in pictures, by store terms that contradict each other, and by no independent test of this model checked for this review.

Four options at $55 each make up the HAKUGEI White Snow, an upgrade cable whose pictured parameters give Litz silver plated 6N OCC with anti-static fibers in centre, a structure of '2 bundle, every bundle has 4 line cable, every line contains 30cores*0.05mm litz silver plated 6Nocc', a jacket with PE insulation inside and a white nylon fiber shielding net outside, and a length of 1.2meters.

Options and pricing

Four options are listed at $55 each, all orderable when the page was read: 3.5mm to 2pin, 4.4mm to 2pin, 3.5mm to MMCX and 4.4mm to MMCX. The pictured plug line also names DAC Type-c 5686 pro and DAC Lightning C100 plugs, which no option name carries, and the pictures read do not say how a buyer picks the plug or connector. They print no in-the-box list.

How it compares

The HAKUGEI Rosy Clouds Litz Silver-Plated OCC Earphone Upgrade Cable is $53 and its name gives no purity grade, while this cable's store title says 6N OCC at $55. The HAKUGEI Saja Litz 6N OCC Copper Earphone Cable is from $54 and its name lists 2.5 / 3.5 / 4.4, whereas this page's options name only 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs. The White Snow suits buyers who want a silver-plated name at $55; the Saja suits those who want a 2.5 option named.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

Cables and adapters get three months of warranty from the order date, against one year for DACs, amps and IEMs; a note on the same page also excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while the FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement and the buyer pays the shipping. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Four options at one price, $55, cover 3.5mm or 4.4mm plugs with 2pin or MMCX ends
  • The pictured parameters give 30cores*0.05mm for every line and describe the jacket layers
  • The pictured plug line names rhodium plated 4.4 and 3.5 plugs as well as DAC plugs

Worth noting

  • The purity reads 6N in the store title and the pictured parameters but 5N in the English caption of one pictured tile
  • The DAC plugs in the pictured plug line match no option name
  • The pictures read leave the plug and connector choice unexplained and print no in-the-box list
  • 4 of the page's 10 pictures were not opened, and the labels of one sound chart were too small to read

What we couldn’t verify

  • The store title and two pictures say 6N, but the English caption of one feature tile reads 'litz 5N OCC copper' while its Chinese caption says 6N single crystal copper; the pictures do not say which grade is meant.
  • The pictured plug line lists DAC Type-c 5686 pro and DAC Lightning C100 plugs that no option name carries; the pin line calls the 2pin connector a 'HAKUGEI patent' silver copper alloy, a claim not checked here.
  • The pictured sound claims (a brighter voice, a silky sound, mellow low frequency) come with no measurement in the pictures read, and a customization line gives no price or limits; 4 of the page's 10 pictures were not opened.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's warranty page excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while its FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition.
