HAKUGEI Saja Litz Copper Cable Review
From $54, this cable pairs 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX ends with 2.5mm, 3.5mm or 4.4mm options, plus two 3 to 1 options at $62. Its pictures label the material Cotton mixed litz 6N occ copper and show three right-angle plugs. It suits buyers who want plug choices.

Our verdict
A match for buyers who want a cable the pictures label Cotton mixed litz 6N occ copper, with 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX ends and a choice of 2.5mm, 3.5mm or 4.4mm plugs. Look elsewhere if you need to know which option includes the modular plug, how to pick an ear connector, or a stated in-the-box list. The structure and sound claims come from pictures, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.3/5: Pulled down by missing specification text with most claims left in pictures, by store terms that contradict each other, and by no independent test of this model checked for this review, so the figures are the store's own.
The HAKUGEI Saja starts at $54 as an earphone upgrade cable whose pictured parameters give the material as Cotton mixed litz 6N occ copper, a structure of '4 cable braided single cable 21awg with centra cotton wire' with a single cable of 160cores, a PVC RoHS jacket and 1.25meters. Photos show three right-angle plugs, a 3.5, a 2.5 and a 4.4 style, that fit the cable.

Options and pricing
Eight options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: 2.5mm 2Pin 0.78, 3.5mm 2Pin 0.78, 4.4mm 2Pin 0.78, 2.5mm MMCX, 3.5 MMCX and 4.4 MMCX at $54, and 3 to 1 2Pin 0.78 and 3 to 1 MMCX at $62. They print no in-the-box list; a packaging photo shows a white metal case, a foam tray, a box holding plug modules and a card.
How it compares
The HAKUGEI White Snow Litz Silver-Plated 6N OCC Headphone Upgrade Cable is $55 and the HAKUGEI Rosy Clouds Litz Silver-Plated OCC Earphone Upgrade Cable is $53; both names say Silver-Plated, while the Saja's says Copper and is from $54. The HAKUGEI Lothar 7N OCC Copper Earphone Cable is from $66 and its spec line also names Type-C and Lightning, which the Saja's option names do not.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
Cables and adapters get three months of warranty from the order date, against one year for DACs, amps and IEMs; a note on the same page also excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while the FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement and the buyer pays the shipping. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictured structure lines give 21awg, 160cores for a single cable and a 'centra cotton wire'
- Photos show three right-angle plugs (3.5, 2.5 and 4.4 style) that fit the cable, and the pictured plug line reads 3.5/2.5/4.4 Bend Modular plug
- Eight options: six at $54 with 2.5mm, 3.5mm or 4.4mm plugs and 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX ends, and two 3 to 1 options at $62
Worth noting
- The pictures read do not say which options include the modular plug, including whether the two 3 to 1 options do
- The pictured ear-connector line ('0.78 2pin, mmcx ie300,ie600,ie900, qdc, A2DC, Pentaconn Acoustune') goes beyond the 2Pin 0.78 and MMCX options and does not say how a buyer picks
- The conductor is labelled 6N occ copper in the parameters and 6N single crystal copper in a pictured claim
- 6 of the page's 12 pictures were not opened for this review

Not in the pictures read: the option names are 3 to 1 2Pin 0.78 and 3 to 1 MMCX at $62 each, and the pictures describe a 3.5/2.5/4.4 Bend Modular plug, called 3-in-1 in a Chinese line, without saying which options include it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The store title names only 2Pin 0.78 / MMCX, while two pictures list more ear-connector types (mmcx ie300,ie600,ie900, qdc, A2DC, Pentaconn Acoustune) and say other connectors can be customized; the pictures do not say how a buyer picks one.
- The pictured parameters label the conductor 6N occ copper, while a pictured claim calls it 6N single crystal copper; the pictures read show no measurement for the sound claims (thick and transparent, spacious and elastic bass) or for the 'anti-static pure cotton core to reduce noise' claim.
- The pictures describe a 3.5/2.5/4.4 Bend Modular plug (a Chinese line says 3-in-1) but do not say which options include it, whether the two 3 to 1 options at $62 or the six single-plug options at $54; 6 of the page's 12 pictures were not opened.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's warranty page excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while its FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition.
