Our verdict

A reasonable match for home users who want a magnetic elliptical with a listed 21" stride and 350 lbs capacity at $399.99, with the figures agreeing between text and pictures. Look elsewhere if you need a machine weight, power details or any outside measurement of noise and capacity. The main caveat is that the detail beyond the short text comes from the store's own pictures, with no outside test or source.

Why 2.9/5: Held back by a page with only a short text, so most facts come from marketing pictures, by a crossed-out price the page does not support, by old sale banners and store terms that leave costs with the buyer, and by the lack of an independent profile or test of this model.

The HARISON HR-E1190 Eco is a magnetic elliptical machine listed at $399.99 as separate Black and White listings. Its short page text lists 16 resistance levels, a 21" stride, a 20 lbs flywheel and a 350 lbs frame, and its pictures add a color LCD, a HARISON Bluetooth app and size labels of 64"H, 45.69"D and 23.62"W. A picture headline calls it a "light-commercial elliptical for home", a label the page does not define.

Options and pricing

The store sells the HR-E1190 as two listings, SKU HR-E1190 Black and SKU HR-E1190 White, each at $399.99, and the page shows a crossed-out price of $799.99. The pictures give both the same figures: the Black set shows a black and dark grey machine with a white ring on the flywheel cover, the White set a white machine with a grey ring, grey grips and grey and silver tubes. A small-print tip says an iPad is not included.

How it compares

The HARISON HR-E1120 Eco Elliptical Machine is listed at $999.99 with 16 magnetic levels, a listed 330 lbs and a height range of 4'0" to 6'7", while this model is listed at $399.99 with 16 levels, 350 lbs and users up to 6'4". The HARISON HR-E305 Tech Electromagnetic Elliptical costs $119.99 and is listed as an under desk leg exerciser with 12-level adjustable speed and resistance bands, a different kind of machine from this one with its listed 21" stride.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the shipping policy offers free shipping on all orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days, while the same page says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing; it names no carrier and sends buyers outside the US to email support. Returns: the return policy allows a return within 30 days of delivery, but the customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 working days of processing, and the policy says a full return can take up to two weeks. Warranty and trial: product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months); the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and we found no page that sets out coverage or exclusions. Support: the footer lists +1 800 865 2125 (5:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST) and [email protected] with a Palatine, Illinois address.

Before you buy

The page's own review widget announces 216 reviews with an average of 4.99; of the 216 it displays, 114 carry the label '(store manager)' in the slot where WooCommerce prints '(verified owner)' and none is marked as a verified owner, so we treat none of them as customer evidence. 25 of the 212 review dates shown on the page fall before the domain was registered on 2 July 2024 (the earliest is July 2022). 4 show an impossible year. Reputation: Trustpilot has no profile for harisonusa.com; its sister site harisonfitness.com has an unclaimed profile with 3 reviews (TrustScore 3.3), one a 2024 one-star about an unanswered support request. The Better Business Bureau lists Harison Fitness Ltd in Newark, Delaware, not accredited and rated B- for not answering a complaint, with one unanswered complaint about an inversion table (the complainant's claims are unverified). The registry shows harisonusa.com registered on 2 July 2024, while the brand page describes HARISON as founded in Delaware in 1996 and bought in 2016 by a Chinese group, which we could not confirm; the store's privacy page is WordPress's sample text. The same brand and model codes are sold on Amazon, and two more storefronts, harisonfitness.com and harisonfit.com, show the same phone number and Palatine, Illinois address. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database showed no recall naming HARISON or MonicaFit when we searched it on 22 October 2026. The page shows a crossed-out price of $799.99, which is the store's own comparison figure; its pages still carry Father's Day and Mother's Day banners offering up to 70% off storewide. The review shows the code FACESTORE. A cart test on 22 October 2026, made without the affiliate link, took $10 off this item; the code only works on carts of $100 or more and the store rejects it for some products, so check for the discount line in your cart. The store lists this model on 2 separate pages; this review covers them all and the buy button goes to the first.

What we liked

  • The page text and the pictures agree on 16 magnetic levels, a 21" stride and a 350 lbs capacity
  • Size labels of 64"H, 45.69"D and 23.62"W are given in the pictures
  • The pictures show transport wheels, an adjustable leveler, non-slip pedals and an iPad holder
  • The pictures describe it as 90% pre-assembled and show the handlebars, pedals and two base tubes as separate parts
  • The pictures name the HARISON app, with Kinomap and Zwift compatibility

Worth noting

  • The page text is short; the display, app, size and noise details come from pictures only
  • A ruler in one picture reads 15.5 INCHES next to the 21" stride, and the picture does not say what it measures
  • Two heart icons sit on the grips with no text saying whether they read pulse
  • No machine weight or power source is listed
  • Noise appears only as a below 20DB label in one picture, with no stated method

What we couldn’t verify

  • Pictures promise a free Bluetooth app and free fitness classes (no duration or terms given), full installation assistance with a "start workout in 15 mins" claim, 24h customer service, a 12 months warranty and a step-by-step installation tutorial. The page text makes none of these promises.
  • A gallery ruler reads 15.5 INCHES beside the 21" stride and the picture does not say what it measures. Two heart icons on the grips are unexplained. The "light-commercial" headline and the noise label (below 20DB) are claims with no stated basis.
  • The shipping policy gives both 7 to 15 days and 10 to 20 business days for delivery, and the return policy keeps 30% of the refund as shipping cost, which the '30-day trial' wording on product pages does not mention.
  • The one-year warranty appears only in product-page copy (some pages say 12 months) and the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID; no page sets out coverage or exclusions.
  • No independent test of this model was found in web searches made on 22 October 2026, so the page's own text and pictures are the only source.
