Our verdict
Suited to home riders who want a magnetic upright bike with a rear dumbbell rack, a 5-level dial and several seat and handlebar steps, and who can live with a pictures-only page at $559.99. Shoppers who need one consistent rider height range, a written specification, or the bike's own weight and flywheel size should look elsewhere. Keep in mind that the pictures disagree on height and inseam, and that no independent test of this model was found.
- Best for
- Home riders who want a magnetic upright bike with a rear dumbbell rack and a Bluetooth app option.
- Skip if
- A single consistent rider height range or a written specification is a requirement for you.
Why 3.0/5: Pictures that list seat and handlebar steps, a 5-level dial and named apps lift it a little. Height and inseam ranges that disagree, a page with no text, store terms and reputation covered elsewhere and the lack of an independent test hold it back.
With a wire dumbbell rack behind the seat, the HR-X8 Tech is an upright magnetic exercise bike listed at $559.99. The page has no text description; its 12 description pictures and its gallery show a tension knob with 5 levels, an 11-level seat, an 8-level handlebar, a tablet holder and Bluetooth support for the Kinomap, Zwift and Spax apps. The pictures also state a 400 lbs capacity.

Options and pricing
SKU HR-X8 is the only version the page lists, at $559.99, and a crossed-out $799.99 appears next to that price. The pictures show a black frame with grey side covers, a red ring around the crank and a silver covered rear flywheel, and mention no other color or size. Small print says the dumbbells are not included, and some photos show a tablet in the holder without saying that one comes with the bike.

Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping policy offers free shipping on all orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days, while the same page says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing; it names no carrier and sends buyers outside the US to email support. Returns: the return policy allows a return within 30 days of delivery, but the customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method within 2 working days of processing, and the policy says a full return can take up to two weeks. Warranty and trial: product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months); the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID as proof of purchase, and we found no page that sets out coverage or exclusions. Support: the footer lists +1 800 865 2125 (5:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST) and [email protected] with a Palatine, Illinois address.
Before you buy
The page's own review widget announces 20 reviews with an average of 5.00; of the 20 it displays, 20 carry the label '(store manager)' in the slot where WooCommerce prints '(verified owner)' and none is marked as a verified owner, so we treat none of them as customer evidence. 4 of the 20 review dates shown on the page fall before the domain was registered on 2 July 2024 (the earliest is March 2024). Reputation: Trustpilot has no profile for harisonusa.com; its sister site harisonfitness.com has an unclaimed profile with 3 reviews (TrustScore 3.3), one a 2024 one-star about an unanswered support request. The Better Business Bureau lists Harison Fitness Ltd in Newark, Delaware, not accredited and rated B- for not answering a complaint, with one unanswered complaint about an inversion table (the complainant's claims are unverified). The registry shows harisonusa.com registered on 2 July 2024, while the brand page describes HARISON as founded in Delaware in 1996 and bought in 2016 by a Chinese group, which we could not confirm; the store's privacy page is WordPress's sample text. The same brand and model codes are sold on Amazon, and two more storefronts, harisonfitness.com and harisonfit.com, show the same phone number and Palatine, Illinois address. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission's recall database showed no recall naming HARISON or MonicaFit when we searched it on 22 October 2026. The page shows a crossed-out price of $799.99, which is the store's own comparison figure; its pages still carry Father's Day and Mother's Day banners offering up to 70% off storewide. The review shows the code FACESTORE. A cart test on 22 October 2026, made without the affiliate link, took $10 off this item; the code only works on carts of $100 or more and the store rejects it for some products, so check for the discount line in your cart.
What we liked
- A rear wire rack for dumbbells is shown, with small print saying dumbbells are not included
- The pictures give 5 resistance levels on a dial marked STOP and 1 to 5, plus 11 seat levels and 8 handlebar levels
- The page's feature list shows Bluetooth and magnetic tension, and pictures name the Kinomap, Zwift and Spax apps
- Pictures show a covered rear flywheel, a 2.7-inch thick seat cushion and caged pedals with a closed strap
- Seat, handlebar and base crossbar measurements and a 6.26 sq. ft floor area are marked in the pictures
Worth noting
- The pictures disagree on rider height: 145cm/4'9" or 142.5cm/4'8" at the low end, 193cm/6'4" or MAX 195cm/6.4ft at the top
- The inseam range also differs between two pictures: 67.3cm/26.5"-92.7cm/36.5" and 66cm/26.5" - 93cm/36.5"
- Almost nothing is written out: 12 description pictures and a gallery carry every spec figure, with no description text to check them against
- No bike weight, flywheel weight or drive type is given, and it is unclear whether the bike has its own display
- At $559.99 it is priced above each of the other bikes compared on this page
Questions before you buy
How many resistance levels does it list?
The pictures show 5 levels, from LEVEL 1 to LEVEL 5, on a red tension knob whose dial reads TENSION CONTROL with STOP and 1 to 5. The page's feature list also names magnetic tension.
What rider height and inseam does it list?
The pictures disagree. One gives 145cm/4'9"-193cm/6'4", another 142.5cm/4'8" - 193cm/6'4", and an icon reads MAX 195cm/6.4ft. The inseam is 67.3cm/26.5"-92.7cm/36.5" in one picture and 66cm/26.5" - 93cm/36.5" in another.
Does it have a dumbbell rack, and which apps does it name?
The pictures show a rear wire rack holding two dumbbells, with small print that dumbbells are not included. They name the Kinomap, Zwift and Spax apps over Bluetooth and show a holder for a tablet.
Does HARISON ship to my address, and when does it arrive?
The shipping policy offers free shipping for orders in the United States and estimates delivery at 7 to 15 days; it also says most orders arrive within 10 to 20 business days after 3 to 5 business days of processing. For other countries it tells buyers to email [email protected].
What does a return cost?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping, 30% of the refund is kept as the original shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee can apply if parts are missing; refunds go back to the original payment method.
What warranty comes with it?
Product pages promise a 30-day trial and a one-year warranty that covers free replacement of spare parts (some pages say 12 months). The warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID, and no page we found sets out coverage terms, so ask [email protected] in writing before you buy.

What we couldn’t verify
- Rider fit: the pictures give the height range as 145cm/4'9"-193cm/6'4", 142.5cm/4'8" - 193cm/6'4" and MAX 195cm/6.4ft, and the inseam as 67.3cm/26.5"-92.7cm/36.5" or 66cm/26.5" - 93cm/36.5".
- Picture-only claims that no text repeats: a 400 lbs capacity, a covered rear flywheel and an icon reading EMERGENCY STOP.
- No bike weight, flywheel weight or drive type is given; the pictures list six data fields (TIME, SPD, DIST, CAL, ODO, PUL) without saying whether the bike has its own display or relies on a tablet.
- The shipping policy gives both 7 to 15 days and 10 to 20 business days for delivery, and the return policy keeps 30% of the refund as shipping cost, which the '30-day trial' wording on product pages does not mention.
- The one-year warranty appears only in product-page copy (some pages say 12 months) and the warranty registration page asks for an Amazon order ID; no page sets out coverage or exclusions.
- No independent test of this model was found in web searches made on 22 October 2026, so the page's own text and pictures are the only source.
