Our verdict

A buyer who wants a hybrid IEM at $152.10 with a 3.5mm or 4.4mm plug choice and text figures for resistance and sensitivity is the fit here. Look elsewhere if the page's conflicting frequency range, wireless line and shell material matter to you, or if you need measurements from someone other than the store. Every figure here is the page's own.

Why 3.4/5: What holds the rating down: a short page text whose claims sit mostly in pictures rather than text, the store's own terms that contradict each other, and no independent test checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.

With a crossed-out $169 beside $152.10, the JUZEAR FLAME is a hybrid in-ear monitor that HiFiGO lists in two plug options. The specification text gives a 1DD+4BA configuration, 48Ω resistance and 112dB sensitivity, and the pictures read add a net weight of 5.9g and a choice of 3.5mm or 4.4mm plug.

Options and pricing

Two options are listed, Flame 3.5MM and Flame 4.4MM, both at $152.10 with a crossed-out price of $169 shown on the page, and both were orderable when read. A pictured table gives the plug type as 3.5 or 4.4 and marks it optional. The pictured box list reads Headphone x2, silver-plated headphone cable x1, PU headphone bag x1, earmuff x1 and package x1, with a footnote saying that any change may not be notified separately.

How it compares

The Tanchjim KASIER 1DD + 4BA Hybrid In-Ear Monitors also name a 1DD + 4BA layout and cost $129.99 against $152.10 here. The TIPSY M3 1DD+2BA Hybrid Drivers In-Ear Earphone names 1DD+2BA and costs $219. Neither sibling's name gives a resistance figure, so no resistance comparison is made here. The FLAME suits a buyer who wants a 1DD+4BA hybrid with a 3.5mm or 4.4mm choice; the KASIER suits one watching the price.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The specification text lists resistance (48Ω), sensitivity (112dB) and a 1DD+4BA configuration
  • A choice of 3.5mm or 4.4mm plug is listed at the same $152.10 price
  • A pictured table gives a net weight of 5.9g and THD of ≤1.4%
  • An exploded-view picture labels a PSC 10mm DD with a PU+ silk composite diaphragm and names a Sonion 2300 unit
  • A pictured box list names a silver-plated headphone cable and a PU headphone bag

Worth noting

  • Frequency response is 20 - 2000Hz in the specification text and 20Hz - 20kHz in a pictured table
  • The text says Wireless Type: bluetooth and Communication: WIRED
  • Shell material differs: Material: Metal in the text, a 3D-printed resin cavity in pictures and an alloy cavity in a claim
  • The pictures name the model FLAME; the series name POISE in the title appears in none of the pictures read
  • The pictures read give no cable length, and the box list carries a footnote that changes may not be notified separately

Questions before you buy

Which plugs does the FLAME come with?

HiFiGO lists two options at $152.10, Flame 3.5MM and Flame 4.4MM. A pictured table gives the plug type as 3.5 or 4.4 and marks it optional, and lists a 2pin (0.78mm) interface with a 6n OFC silver plating cable.

What drivers does the FLAME list?

The specification text and a pictured table give 1DD+4BA. A feature picture words it as single-side 1 dynamic coil 4 dynamic iron units, and an exploded view labels a PSC 10mm DD with a PU+ silk composite diaphragm and a Sonion 2300 unit; those labels are the pictures' own.

What frequency range does it list?

The specification text says 20 - 2000Hz, while a pictured table says 20Hz - 20kHz. The page text does not say which is right, and a frequency response graph in the pictures has no figures beyond its axes.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • The specification text gives a frequency response of 20 - 2000Hz while a pictured table gives 20Hz - 20kHz; the text says Wireless Type: bluetooth and Communication: WIRED; and it says Material: Metal while the pictures name a 3D-printed resin cavity.
  • The pictures read name the model FLAME and never the POISE series in the title. The exploded view names a Sonion 2300 unit and a customized BA unit, and a claim mentions an alloy cavity; none of this was checked for this review.
  • Claims made in the pictures, none independently checked: a stable mid frequency from a SONION 2300 unit, three frequency division with three sound holes, and a DENOISE value of 26dB (the specification text says Active Noise-Cancellation: No). Three pictures were not opened.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
