Our verdict

A fit for a buyer who wants a stone accent on a minimalist gold filled band and accepts a short listing. Look elsewhere if you need the stone's size or count, a stated band width, or a size above 10. The main caveat is the missing stone detail: the listing names cubic zirconia and says nothing about how big it is or how many there are.

Why 3.3/5: Nothing on the page earns extra credit; held back by almost no specifications on the page, a short product page and the store's no-returns, no-refunds policy (a damaged or defective item gets an exchange or repair).

Cubic zirconia is the one feature named on this ring, which the listing calls a dainty, minimalist, classic stacking ring and lists as 14K gold filled. Lola Ade prices it at $31.99 in five sizes, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, and one of the five variants was out of stock at the time of reading. Beyond the stone's name, the text gives no count, size, cut or setting for it.

Options and pricing

Five sizes can be picked, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, all at $31.99, and nothing else is selectable. One of the five variants was out of stock at the time of reading, so check availability for your size. The listing links a printable Ring Sizer Guide. It does not say how many stones the ring carries or how they are set, and it gives no band width or weight.

How it compares

The Classic Stacking Ring - 14K GF is $27.99 and its listing does not mention a stone, against $31.99 here. The Infinity Beaded Ring - 14K GF and the Heart Ring - 14K GF cost the same $31.99 as this ring, with beads and a heart, judging by their names, in place of a stone. The Gold Band Ring is $41.99, and the Benin Ring starts at $64.99 with 18K gold layered on stainless steel.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping: the Shipping & Returns page says US orders over $100 ship free and that Demi-Fine Collection orders are usually mailed by USPS First Class within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, excluding holidays, unless the product page says otherwise (USPS Priority Mail is available for a faster carrier service but does not shorten processing). International shipping is offered for the Demi-Fine Collection to select countries by USPS International, and the buyer is responsible for import taxes and duties. Returns: the Shipping & Returns page says the store cannot accept returns on these limited, handmade or made-to-order items; if an item arrives damaged or defective, contact the store within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or repair of the same item, which must be in its original packaging with no sign of wear. The FAQ says all fine jewelry sales are final and that returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted, with a repair offered for faulty items, and the sales terms add that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The refund policy page grants a 14-day cooling-off right to orders shipped into the European Union. Resizing: the FAQ says one complimentary resizing is offered within the first 6 months and certain ring styles can be resized up to 2 sizes up or down; after 6 months it costs $80 for gold and $100 for platinum. Warranty: the FAQ describes a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects for the store's fine jewelry; it does not say whether this demi-fine piece is covered, so ask the store before relying on it. Discount code: the sales terms say codes must be entered at checkout, only one code can be used per order and promotions exclude gift cards and custom orders unless stated otherwise; some products can also be excluded, so check that the FACESTORE code takes 10% off this item before you pay.

Before you buy

Lola Ade says it is a Black woman-owned fine jewelry brand based in Los Angeles that sells online only, founded by Pamela Adewoyin James, whom its About page calls a GIA-certified diamond professional and practicing attorney. The page says she has handcrafted jewelry since 2010 and launched an engagement ring collection in 2024. A July 2026 SHEEN Magazine interview tells a similar story, but it is a profile, not a product test, and searches on 20 October 2026 found no Trustpilot, BBB or Reddit page for the store. The store's own reviews page shows 40 reviews, 38 of them five-star and 2 four-star; that widget is the store's display and was not verified. Its giving program ("a portion of every fine jewelry purchase" supports clean water access in Africa, and a portion of each engagement ring sale per its community page) names no amount. There is no showroom, so you cannot see a piece in person, and the pages disagree on whether a damaged item gets an exchange or only a repair; ask for the remedy in writing before you order.

What we liked

  • The listing names the stone (cubic zirconia) and the material (14K gold filled)
  • One price, $31.99, covers all five sizes
  • Sizes run from 6 to 10, and a printable Ring Sizer Guide is linked

Worth noting

  • No stone size, count, shape or setting is given for the cubic zirconia
  • The listing gives no band width, weight or finish
  • One of the five variants was out of stock at the time of reading
  • The description is one short line plus a material list

Questions before you buy

What stone is on this ring?

The listing names cubic zirconia and nothing else about it: no size, shape, count, setting or grade.

What is the band made of?

The listing says 14K gold filled and adds a skin-comfort claim that we could not check.

Which sizes can be chosen?

Sizes 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, all at $31.99. One of the five variants was out of stock at the time of reading.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

No. The Shipping & Returns page says the store cannot accept returns on its handmade, limited or made-to-order items, and the FAQ says all fine jewelry sales are final with no returns, refunds or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact the store within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or repair.

How long until a demi-fine piece is mailed?

The Shipping & Returns page says Demi-Fine Collection orders usually go out by USPS First Class within 5 to 7 business days of purchase, excluding holidays; processing for some pieces takes longer and is noted on the product page or the announcement bar. Orders over $100 ship free.

Does Lola Ade resize rings?

The FAQ says certain ring styles can be resized up to 2 sizes up or down, with one complimentary resizing within the first 6 months. After 6 months resizing costs $80 for gold and $100 for platinum. Ask first whether this style qualifies.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The stone is named but not described: no size, count, cut, setting or grade is given.
  • A skin-comfort claim sits in the material list and we could not check it.
  • No band width, weight or finish is given.
  • Independent testing of this piece: none found; the only outside coverage located is an interview-style profile of the founder (SHEEN Magazine, July 2026).
  • The store's pages disagree on exchange versus repair for a damaged item.
  • The store's 40-review widget and its clean-water giving claim are its own statements and were not verified.
  • Whether the FACESTORE code applies to this item was not tested; the sales terms exclude custom orders and some products.
