Moondrop Armature Art 24 IEMs Review
An all balanced armature in-ear monitor with 24 drivers per side, per the page, listed at $1,499 with an interchangeable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plug system. It suits buyers who want a 16-driver bass module and a spec list with impedance, sensitivity and THD+N.

Our verdict
Makes sense for buyers who want an all balanced armature IEM with 24 drivers per side and a 3.5mm or 4.4mm plug on one interchangeable system. Not the pick if you want a dynamic driver in the mix, a stated weight or guidance for the 5.8Ω±15% impedance. The tonal and imaging words on the page are its claims, and this review checked no outside test.
- Best for
- Listeners who want an all balanced armature IEM with interchangeable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs.
- Skip if
- You want a dynamic driver or source guidance for the 5.8Ω impedance.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a list of specification figures in the page text; held back by the store's own terms, which contradict each other, and because no independent test was checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.
Moondrop's Armature Art 24, as HiFiGO's page describes it, is an all balanced armature in-ear monitor with 24 drivers on each side: a 16BA bass module, four mid-range drivers and four treble drivers. The page lists 5.8Ω±15%, 119dB/Vrms and 7Hz~35kHz, plus 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, and the price is $1,499.

Options and pricing
A single option, Armature Art 24, is listed at $1,499, and it could be ordered when the page was read. The page describes a hybrid cable of 19 cores of single-crystal copper and 19 cores of pure silver, with a screw-lock interchangeable plug system that includes 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced plugs, and 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. It also lists three types of ear tips, including ATF series sponge silicone tips.
How it compares
The FiiO FX17 is $1,499.99 against $1,499 here and lists 1DD+4BA+8EST on each side, a dynamic, balanced armature and EST mix instead of 24 balanced armatures. The AFUL DAWN-X is $1,299.99 with 1DD+8BA+4EST+1BCD, while the SeeAudio KAGUYA II is $1,599 with 1DD+4BA+2BCD+2EST. Choose the Armature Art 24 if an all-BA layout is the point; the other three suit buyers who want dynamic or EST drivers.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- 24 balanced armature drivers per side in an all-BA layout, per the page
- The spec lines cover impedance, sensitivity, THD+N, a frequency range and a separate effective range
- Interchangeable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs on a screw-lock system, per the page
- Three types of ear tips are listed, including ATF series sponge silicone tips
- The page names a cable of 19 cores of copper and 19 cores of silver with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors
Worth noting
- The page gives 7Hz~35kHz as the frequency response range and 20Hz~20kHz as the effective range, and the page text gives no method for either
- The page text gives no source or amplifier guidance for its 5.8Ω±15% impedance
- The page text gives no weight figure and names no case
- No independent test of the Armature Art 24 was checked for this review: every figure, including the 24-driver and bass-module claims, is the store's own

What impedance, sensitivity and frequency range does the page give?
5.8Ω±15% impedance, 119dB/Vrms sensitivity and THD+N of ≤0.7%, with a frequency response range of 7Hz~35kHz and an effective frequency response range of 20Hz~20kHz.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). What we couldn’t verify
- The page gives 7Hz~35kHz as the frequency response range and 20Hz~20kHz as the effective range, with no method stated in the page text for either.
- The page claims a patented bass module, natural spatial layering and a cohesive soundstage, and says the acoustic structure was designed in cooperation with HeyGears; the page text gives no data for any of it.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
