Our verdict

A fit for owners of Space Travel Series earbuds who want a Small Leather Case that the page lists in nubuck leather and microfiber, or the Magnetic Case option at $9.99. Look elsewhere if you need figures for the Magnetic Case, to know which size label is height, width or depth, or a case for earbuds outside that series, since the page text names only the series. The spec figures come from the page's pictures, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page that gives no specification list as text and keeps most claims in pictures, by the store's own terms contradicting each other, and by figures from the store's page alone, with no independent test of this model checked for this review.

This listing holds two Moondrop cases named for the Space Travel Series Bluetooth earbuds: a Small Leather Case at $11.99 and a Magnetic Case at $9.99. The page text says both are compatible with the entire Space Travel Series. The pictures describe a Small Case in Nubuck Leather + Microfiber, color Yellowish-Brown; one photo carries three size labels of 5cm, 3.6cm and 5.5cm, and a footnote says the earbuds in the photos are not included.

Options and pricing

The listing has two options, both orderable when the page was read: Space Travel Series Small Leather Case at $11.99 and Space Travel Serie Magnetic Case at $9.99. The pictured specification names a Small Case, and the pictures read for this review give no color or size for the Magnetic Case option and do not say how the two options relate. They also print no in-the-box list, and a printed footnote says the earbuds in the photos are not included.

How it compares

The Kinera Multifunction Equipment Case is $89 and its store title names an equipment case, where these Moondrop cases start at $9.99 and are named for Space Travel Series Bluetooth Earbuds. The Divinus Velvet Silicone Eartips start at $18.99 and are ear tips, not a case, so they answer a different need. Pick a Moondrop case for the earbuds the page names and the Kinera case if you want one named for equipment.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The page text names compatibility with the entire Space Travel Series for both the Leather case and the Magnetic case
  • Two options at $11.99 and $9.99, both orderable when the page was read
  • The pictured specification gives a material (Nubuck Leather + Microfiber) and a color (Yellowish-Brown) for the Small Case
  • Three size labels are printed on a photo: 5cm, 3.6cm and 5.5cm

Worth noting

  • The pictures do not say which size label is height, width or depth
  • The pictured specification covers a Small Case; the pictures read give no color or size for the Magnetic Case option
  • The specification is a picture, so no specification list is given as text, and the pictures read give no capacity or weight
  • The pictures read name no earbud models that fit; the page text names only the Space Travel Series

Questions before you buy

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.
