Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want a single dynamic driver IEM from $20.99 with a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable and a Type C version that includes an in-line microphone. Look elsewhere if you want a listed sensitivity or frequency response, or figures from someone other than the store. The main caveat is that the page text carries no specification list, so every figure comes from the sales copy.

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page text with no specification list (no sensitivity or frequency figure), by contradictions between the store's own terms, and by the lack of any independent test of this model checked for this review, so every figure is the store's own.

PULA's ARC is a single dynamic driver in-ear monitor, listed from $20.99 for the 3.5mm version. The page describes a 10mm driver with a 6μm PET diaphragm, an N52 dual-magnet system and a dual-chamber housing, and it ties a 32Ω figure to the voice coil. Faceplates are CNC-milled aluminum alloy and the shells are 3D-printed resin, per the page. The cable is detachable on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, in 3.5mm and Type C versions. No sensitivity or frequency figure appears in the page text.

Options and pricing

Two options are listed and both were orderable when the page was read: the ARC 3.5mm at $20.99 and the ARC Type C at $22.99. The page shows a crossed-out price of $21.99 next to $20.99, and $23.99 next to the Type C price. It names an in-line microphone only for the Type C option. The page gives standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors for easy cable swapping, with 3.5mm and Type-C as the termination options. The page text names no ear tips, cable length or other box contents.

How it compares

Side by side, the ARC starts at $20.99 while the Moondrop ChuII / Chu2 Dynamic Driver In-Ear Headphone is $22.99, the Moondrop CHU III / CHU 3 10mm Composite Diaphragm Dynamic Driver IEMs are $24.99 and the KEFINE Loric 10mm Dynamic Driver In-Ear Monitors start at $28.99. The CHU III name gives a composite diaphragm where the ARC page gives PET. The ARC suits a buyer who wants the lowest starting price of the four and a Type C version with a microphone; the sibling names do not say whether they have either, so check their pages.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Single 10mm dynamic driver with a 6μm PET diaphragm and an N52 dual-magnet system, per the page
  • Detachable cable on standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, so it can be swapped
  • 3.5mm and Type C versions, with an in-line microphone named for the Type C option
  • CNC-milled aluminum alloy faceplates and 3D-printed resin shells, per the page
  • Starts at $20.99 for the 3.5mm version

Worth noting

  • The page text gives no sensitivity, frequency response, THD or weight figures
  • The only impedance figure, 32Ω, is tied to the voice coil in the text rather than listed as the IEM's impedance
  • No cable length, ear tips or other box contents are named in the page text
  • The page text does not say whether the Type C cable carries a DAC, and gives no figure for its microphone

Questions before you buy

What driver does the ARC use?

The page lists a single 10mm dynamic driver with a 6μm PET diaphragm, an N52 dual-magnet system and a dual-chamber acoustic design. Its text gives 32Ω in connection with the voice coil and no sensitivity figure.

Which plugs and cables does it use?

The cable is detachable on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. The ARC 3.5mm is $20.99 and the ARC Type C is $22.99, and the page says the Type C option comes with an in-line microphone.

Is it easy to drive?

The page says the 32Ω high-sensitivity voice coil makes the ARC easy to drive with portable DAC/AMPs, smartphones and digital audio players. The page text gives no sensitivity figure or power requirement, so that is the page's claim only.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • The only impedance figure is 32Ω, given for the voice coil; the page text gives no sensitivity, frequency response, THD or weight figures.
  • Tuning and sound claims (smooth and versatile tuning, hard-hitting bass, treble from the front chamber and bass from the rear chamber, comfort for extended listening) are the page's wording; no measurement is on the page text.
  • The page text does not say whether the Type C version has a DAC, and names no certificate or standard for its medical-grade resin and aircraft-grade aluminum wording.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
