TANCHJIM Space Pro USB DAC/Amp Review
A portable USB DAC/amp with two CS43198 chips and two ES8262 amp chips, listed from $145.20, with a $171.60 Asano Tanch edition. The spec section lists 8Hz~80kHz, THD+N 0.000206% and 131dB SNR, and the page claims up to 618mW at 26Ω. It suits buyers who want listed figures and an app with PEQ.

Our verdict
A fit for buyers who want a dual-CS43198 unit with listed noise and distortion figures, high and low gain and an app with PEQ and game presets, from $145.20. Look elsewhere if you need a power figure at any load other than 26Ω, details of the Snowfall Edition or an outside measurement. The main caveat is that the 618mW claim is quoted at 26Ω and the spec section gives no load.
- Best for
- Users who want listed noise and distortion figures on a dual-CS43198 USB DAC/amp with an app that has PEQ.
- Skip if
- You want a power figure at any load other than 26Ω, details of the Snowfall Edition or an outside measurement.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a specification section with noise, distortion, SINAD and output-level figures. Held back by store terms that contradict each other and by every figure being the store's own, with no independent test checked for this review.
Listed from $145.20, the Tanchjim Space Pro is a portable DAC/amp that pairs two CS43198 DAC chips with two independent ES8262 amplification chips. The spec section gives a frequency response of 8Hz~80kHz, THD+N of 0.000206%, a 131dB SNR and output levels of 4Vrms balanced and 2Vrms single-ended, while the text adds up to 618mW at 26Ω. A Tanchjim app adds a 10-band PEQ and game-audio presets, per the page.

Options and pricing
The Space Pro comes in a Standard Version at $145.20 and an AsanoTanch version at $171.60, both orderable when the page was read. The text calls the second the Asano Tanch Snowfall Edition and describes the two as design variants. The page lists a silver-plated single-crystal copper Type-C cable and calls the cable design detachable; the text read here names no case and gives no cable length.
How it compares
The TANCHJIM Luna Dual CS43198 Portable USB DAC/AMP starts at $129.99 against $145.20 here, also names dual CS43198 chips and also comes as a Standard and an Asano Tanch version. The EarAcoustic Audio OSHUN DECO CS43198 Portable DAC & AMP is $145.90 and its line names dual SGM8262 amplifier chips, where the Space Pro names ES8262. The FiiO QX11 ES9069Q Portable DAC & Headphones AMP is $159.99 and lists native DSD512. The Space Pro suits buyers who want listed figures and an app; the Luna suits a lower starting price.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we couldn’t verify
- The 618mW figure is tied to a 26Ω load in the feature list and text, while the spec section says only 'Up to 618mW'. The store's vendor field names HiFiGo, although the title and tags name TANCHJIM.
- The page calls the ES8262 parts both amplification chips and op-amps, and the text read here describes the Snowfall Edition's difference only as design. The part of the page text about the app was not available in full.
- Sound descriptions such as an open soundstage, rich tone and dark background are the page's words; the text read here gives no measurement of any of them.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
