Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want a 13-driver BA and bone conduction set with a named cable, case and eartip list at $5,999. Look elsewhere if you need a stated plug type, a per-side driver count or more than a short text specification list. The main caveat: the page text is brief, its pictures were not read, and no independent test was checked for this review.

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page whose text is short, with most of its claims sitting in pictures not read for this review, by the store's own terms, which contradict each other, and by no independent test of this model being checked for this review.

At $5,999 on HiFiGO, the Mason FS (Fabled Sound) Special Edition is typed on its page as BA plus bone conduction, with 13 drivers from Unique Melody. The page's short specification list gives 19Ω, @1kHz-116dB, 20Hz-35kHz, a 5-way crossover and a 2-pin socket, and it names the UM Attila Custom Cable.

Options and pricing

Default Title is the only option listed, at $5,999, and it was orderable when the page was read. The page's accessory list names the UM Attila Custom Cable, a UM ESP double drawer black gift box, a Dignis turquoise leather case, a grey cleaning pad and AZLA SednaEarfit Xelastec and silicone eartips. The page text names no plug type.

How it compares

The Unique Melody Multiverse Mentor is the same brand at $4,499, and its spec line gives 12 balanced armature drivers per side, against $5,999 here for a page that lists 13 drivers without saying per side. The Lime Ears ANIMA V2 is $3,750 with 11 drivers, and the Elysian ANNIHILATOR 2026 is $3,299 as a 7-driver tribrid. Buyers watching the budget start with those two; the Mason FS suits buyers who want 13 drivers and its named accessory list.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Specification list in the page text gives impedance (19Ω), sensitivity (@1kHz-116dB), frequency range (20Hz-35kHz) and a 5-way crossover
  • Driver roles are listed: 4 bass, 4 mids, 2 mid-treble, 2 treble and a bone conduction driver
  • Accessory list names the cable, a gift box, a leather case, a cleaning pad and eartips by brand and size
  • Shell material is named: Prestige Stabilized material + Resin

Worth noting

  • The page text is short, a specification list and an accessory list, and the page's pictures were not read for this review, so anything they carry is not covered here
  • The page text names no plug or termination size, only a 2-pin socket and the UM Attila Custom Cable
  • Sensitivity is written @1kHz-116dB with no unit reference, and the page text does not say whether the 13 drivers are counted per side
  • The page text gives no weight figure for the shells and no length for the UM Attila Custom Cable

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page text is a specification list and an accessory list only; any claims made in its pictures were not read for this review, and the page text gives no description of the sound or the shell design.
  • The page text writes sensitivity as @1kHz-116dB without a unit reference, does not give the 13-driver count per side and names no plug type; the cable appears only as the UM Attila Custom Cable.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
