Our verdict

A possible fit for buyers who want a cable titled 7N OCC 8 Core in 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX at $99.90 and will confirm plug sizes and length with the seller. Look elsewhere if you need a page that states length, gauge and what is in the box: the pictures read for this review give none of those. The brand also appears as ELOIT in a picture, which the store title does not reflect.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text and most of its claims in pictures, by terms in the store's own pages that clash, and by no independent test checked for this review.

Listed at $99.90 in every option, the Divinus ARUM is an earphone cable whose store title gives 7N OCC 8 Core, 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX connectors and 2.5 / 3.5 / 4.4 at its end. The page text is only a note about the packaging logo, so the rest here comes from the pictures read for this review: one captions the copper version COPPER - 7N OCC * 8 core, and a banner reads DIVINUS, Reborn as ELOIT.

Options and pricing

Six options are listed at $99.90 each: HAN ARUM, EUN ARUM and DONG ARUM, each with 2Pin 0.78 or MMCX. EUN ARUM-2Pin 0.78 showed as sold out when the page was read; the other five were orderable. A picture captions the copper cable DONG ARUM, and the pictures read for this review do not say which color is HAN ARUM or EUN ARUM. No option names a plug size, and a picture of gift boxes shows a coiled cable and loose plug modules but prints no in-the-box list.

How it compares

Among the siblings, the HAKUGEI Pink Haze Moon costs $99.99 and its spec line names a 7N single-crystal copper core with silver plating, while the QoA RUM costs $89.10 and has Silver Plated OCC in its name with MMCX / 0.78mm to choose from. The NiceHCK DualGod starts at $109.99 and its spec lists About 1.2m, a length the pictures read for the Divinus do not give. The Divinus is $99.90 with a 7N OCC 8 Core title and suits buyers who want that label in three named versions.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

Cables and adapters get three months of warranty from the order date, against one year for DACs, amps and IEMs; a note on the same page also excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while the FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement and the buyer pays the shipping. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The store title gives a conductor label, 7N OCC 8 Core, and a picture caption repeats it for the copper version
  • Both 2Pin 0.78 and MMCX connector versions are offered at the same $99.90
  • Three named versions are listed: HAN ARUM, EUN ARUM and DONG ARUM

Worth noting

  • The pictures read for this review give no length, gauge, compatibility text or specification table
  • Nine of the page's 14 pictures could not be read for this review, so any figures sitting only in them are missing here
  • A picture banner says the brand is now ELOIT while the store title says Divinus
  • EUN ARUM-2Pin 0.78 showed as sold out when the page was read

What we couldn’t verify

  • CONFLICT: the store title says Divinus ARUM, while a picture banner reads 'DIVINUS, Reborn as ELOIT' and 'Same products, new identity'; a text note adds that the packaging logo is the old or the new one at random.
  • Three cable colors are pictured (copper, white/silver, copper-and-white mixed) but only the copper one carries a caption; the pictures read give no color for HAN ARUM or EUN ARUM.
  • Nine of the 14 pictures could not be read, and the pictures read give no length, gauge, compatibility text or in-the-box list; no picture text confirms the 2.5 / 3.5 / 4.4 in the store title.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's warranty page excludes cables from returns for hygiene reasons, while its FAQ says a cable can come back in its original condition.
  • 9 of the 14 description pictures on HiFiGO's page did not load when we checked on October 29, 2026 (their image host answered "not found"), so anything they showed is not covered here.
