Our verdict

A fit for owners of true wireless earphones with a nozzle in the stated 3mm-5mm range who want to check their model in the pictured fit chart and pick one of five sizes. Look elsewhere if you need a stated tip material, units on the size drawings or a settled answer on whether it is sold as Divinus or ELOIT. The page text is only a packaging note, and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by short page text, no specification list as text and most claims sitting in pictures, along with the store's own contradictory terms and no independent test checked for this review.

Velvet TWS is Divinus's ear tip set for true wireless earphones, listed from $19.99 with a 3mm-5mm nozzle range in the store title. The page text is only a packaging note, so everything else comes from its pictures: five sizes from S to L, each drawn with height and width numbers, and a fit chart naming models from Anker, Jabra, Sony and others. The pictures read give no tip material and no per-box count beyond the option names.

Options and pricing

Six options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: Velvet TWS-S, MS, M, ML and L at $19.99 each, each named 3 Pairs, and Velvet TWS-Full (5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair) at $25.99. The page text carries one note, that the packaging may show either the old or the new logo, at random. The pictures read give no in-the-box list beyond what the option names say.

How it compares

The DIVINUS Velvet Eartips For AirPods Pro Series-APP For 3mm-5mm Nozzle lists the same 3mm-5mm range from $22.99, against $19.99 here. The ELOIT Velvet Narrow Bore Eartips For 4-6mm Nozzle and the DIVINUS Velvet Wide Bore Silicone Eartips For 4-6mm Nozzle both start at $19.99 and name a 4-6mm range. Choose this listing for its stated 3mm-5mm nozzle range and a pictured TWS fit chart; the other two name 4-6mm nozzles, and the AirPods Pro listing is the one named for those earphones.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • A pictured fit chart names TWS models from Anker, audio-technica, B&O, Beats, Bose, Jabra, JBL, Marshall, Samsung, Sennheiser and Sony
  • Pictured size drawings give height and width numbers for all five sizes (S, MS, M, ML, L)
  • Option names state pair counts: 3 pairs per size at $19.99, or a Full option with one pair in each of 5 sizes at $25.99
  • The store title and the pictured size note agree on a 3mm-5mm nozzle range

Worth noting

  • The pictures read give no tip material or weight, and the size drawings print no unit
  • A pictured notice says the Divinus name is being reborn as ELOIT, while this listing's title and tags say Divinus
  • Seven of the page's pictures were not opened at full size for this review, so their text is not covered
  • The pictures read give no measurement for wording such as 'smoothest ever'

Questions before you buy

Which nozzle size is the Velvet TWS tip listed for?

The store title gives 3mm-5mm, and a picture says the tips are compatible with earphones that have a nozzle size 3~5mm, with a note that some errors depend on the measurement method.

Does the page name compatible earphones?

A pictured fit chart names models from Anker, audio-technica, B&O, Beats, Bose, Jabra, JBL, Marshall, Samsung, Sennheiser and Sony, for example Anker Soundcore Liberty 4, Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 and Sony WF-C500 (names as printed). It is the page's own chart.

What does the Full option contain?

Velvet TWS-Full is named 5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair and costs $25.99; the S, MS, M, ML and L options are each named 3 Pairs at $19.99.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

Is there a warranty on accessories like this?

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify

  • CONFLICT: the store title and tags say DIVINUS, a pictured notice says DIVINUS is reborn as ELOIT, and a pictured SVHC 224 test report excerpt (PASS) names a sample 'LYPERTEK Velvet Eartips' with trademark LYPERTEK. The pictures do not say how the names relate.
  • The size drawings print height x width and three section numbers per size with no unit; the pictures read give no tip material and no box count beyond the option names. Seven of the page's pictures were not opened at full size.
  • No independent test of this model was checked for this review, so the 3mm-5mm range and the fit chart are the page's own statements.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
