Our verdict

A fit for owners of earphones with a nozzle in the stated 4 to 6mm range who want the matte velvet-texture finish the page describes, in five sizes at one price per 3-pair set. Look elsewhere if you need tip dimensions, a material named in the page text or a measurement behind the sound and pressure wording. The 3-pair versus Full option mismatch is the main loose end, and an independent test of this model was not part of what this review checked.

Why 3.4/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures that are the store's own.

The wide-bore version of Divinus's Velvet line is an ear tip set listed from $19.99. The store title calls it silicone and gives a 4 to 6mm nozzle diameter, which the page text also gives. The page text lists five sizes (S, MS, M, ML and L), a matte velvet-texture finish, a deeper center design and what it calls a Wide Stem Mouth, and says each set holds three pairs. No tip dimensions, weight or named earphones appear in the page text.

Six options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: Velvet Wide Bore in S, MS, M, ML and L at $19.99 each, each named 3 Pairs, and Velvet Wide Bore-Full (5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair) at $25.99. The page text says each set comes as three pairs; the Full option is named 5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair. A page warning says the packaging may show either the old or the new logo, at random.

How it compares

The ELOIT Velvet Narrow Bore Eartips For 4-6mm Nozzle starts at the same $19.99 with the same 4-6mm range in its name; the two differ by bore design in their names, narrow versus wide. The DIVINUS Velvet Eartips For TWS For 3mm-5mm Nozzle is also from $19.99 but is named for TWS earphones and a lower 3mm-5mm range. The JUZEAR x Z Reviews Render Pro Eartips For 4.6-5.5mm Nozzle is $14.99 for 4.6-5.5mm. The Wide Bore suits owners with a nozzle in its stated 4 to 6mm range; the TWS listing names a lower 3mm-5mm range.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The page text gives the nozzle range as 4 to 6mm, matching the store title
  • Five sizes (S, MS, M, ML, L) are listed at one price per 3-pair set
  • The page text describes the finish and structure: matte coating, micro-embossed surface and a deeper center design
  • A Full option with one pair in each of 5 sizes is offered at $25.99, per its option name

Worth noting

  • The page text gives no tip dimensions, weight or named earphones
  • The page text gives no measurement for its sound claims (proper bass and treble) or its pressure-release claim
  • The page text says each set is three pairs, but the Full option is named 5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair
  • The page text never names a material; only the store title says silicone

Questions before you buy

What nozzle size does the Velvet Wide Bore list?

The page text says the five sizes have a nozzle diameter of 4 to 6mm for the in-ear monitor side, and the store title gives 4-6mm. The page text names no earphone models.

How many pairs come in each option?

The S, MS, M, ML and L options are each named 3 Pairs at $19.99, and the page text says each set is three pairs. The Full option is named 5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair at $25.99.

What does the page say about the finish?

It describes a soft velvet texture with a matte coating and a micro-embossed surface, and claims the gaps between the embossing form a vent that releases air pressure slowly. Those are the page's claims; the page text gives no measurement for them.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

Is there a warranty on accessories like this?

No. HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and its return page excludes ear tips and holsters for hygiene reasons.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page text claims enhanced sound delivery with proper bass and treble from the nozzle opening, a slow release of air pressure through the micro-embossed vents and protection from dust and ear wax; no measurement or test is given.
  • The page text says each set is three pairs while the Full option is named 5 Sizes-Per Size 1 Pair; it names silicone nowhere (only the store title does) and gives no tip dimensions.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
