The ELOIT Velvet Narrow Bore, listed under the vendor name Divinus, is an ear tip set from $19.99 for 3 pairs in S, MS, M, ML or L, with a 4-6mm nozzle range. Everything beyond the options comes from pictures. It suits owners of nozzles in the store title's 4-6mm range who want five sizes.

Our verdict
A fit for owners of earphones with a nozzle in the pictured 4~6mm range who want five sizes and a 3-pair option per size. Look elsewhere if you need a stated tip material or a pack list. Most of the page's claims sit in pictures, and an independent test of this model was not among the sources checked.

- Skip if

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a description that is pictures only and gives no specification list as text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and by figures with no independent test checked for this review.

Options and pricing
Six options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: Velvet Narrow Bore S, MS, M, ML and L at $19.99 each, each named 3 Pairs, and Velvet Narrow Bore Full (5 Pairs) at $20.99. The pictures read for this review give no in-the-box list and do not say which sizes the Full option holds, so the pair counts come from the option names alone.
How it compares

Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty excludes carrying cases, ear tips and other accessories, and a note on its return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, so treat these as final sales once opened. Questions go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The pictures print a nozzle note of 4~6mm and the store title gives 4-6mm, so the two agree
- Pictured size drawings give two numbers for each of the five sizes, S to L
- Option names give 3 pairs per size at $19.99 and a 5-pair Full option at $20.99
- The pictures show how to tell sizes apart: bottom views with differently segmented green inner rings
Worth noting
- The pictures read give no tip material, no weight and no in-the-box list
- The size drawings print no unit next to their numbers
- The pictures read give no measurement for their sound statements (clarity, focus, concentrated sound)
- Nine of the page's 15 pictures were not opened at full size for this review, so their text is not covered

What we couldn’t verify
- CONFLICT: a pictured SVHC 224 test report excerpt (PASS; 0.1% (w/w) or less in the submitted sample; July 2022) names the sample 'LYPERTEK Velvet Eartips' with trademark LYPERTEK, not ELOIT, Divinus or Narrow Bore; the picture does not say how they relate.
- The store title says ELOIT while the vendor field and tags say Divinus. The pictures read give no measurement for their claims (smoothest ever, a cone core for clarity, sound concentrated with precision) and print no tip material.
- Nine of the page's 15 pictures were not opened at full size for this review, so their text is not covered here.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
- HiFiGO's return page excludes ear tips (earplugs) and holsters from returns for hygiene reasons, and its warranty excludes cases, ear tips and other accessories.
