Nobsound G2 PRO 300W Mono Digital Amplifier Review
A 300W mono class-D amp on the TPA3255D2 with a subwoofer/full-range switch and adjustable 40-300Hz cutoff; the base option has no power supply.

Our verdict
The G2 PRO is the most powerful mono amp in Nobsound's mini class-D line: 300W from a TPA3255D2 chip, a sub/full-range switch, an adjustable 40-300Hz bass cutoff and a two-step gain switch, with the 32V/5A supply in the box. At $64.99 it is a serious option for upgrading a passive subwoofer or running a single speaker channel. Remember it is mono by design and the listed voltage range goes higher than the included supply.
- Best for
- Powering a demanding passive subwoofer or a single speaker channel with up to 300W of class-D power.
- Skip if
- You need stereo from one box, or you want Bluetooth and digital inputs built in.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a 300W maximum on a TPA3255D2, a SUB output for active subwoofers, an adjustable 40-300Hz cutoff and a two-step gain switch. Held back by the $64.99 option shipping without a power supply ($79.99 with the 32V/5A one), a 300W figure with no load, and no input connector listed.
The Nobsound G2 PRO is a mono digital power amplifier priced at $64.99. It is a compact class-D design that can do double duty as a full-frequency amplifier or a dedicated subwoofer amplifier, depending on how you set it up.
The PBTL/SUB switch is the heart of that flexibility. In subwoofer mode, a dedicated SUB output is provided for an active subwoofer, and the amp can connect to both passive and active subwoofers. Two G2 PRO units can also be used to drive left and right channels independently to avoid mutual interference. Output power reaches a maximum of 300W from a TPA3255D2 amplifier chip, and Douk Audio says its 32V/5A supply (sold as the With 32V5A Power Adapter option) provides enough power to drive 320W passive speakers or subwoofers, with good matches from outdoor and bookshelf speakers through to computer, desktop, ceiling and floor-standing models.
Tuning options include a gain switch with two output level settings, 32dB or 36dB, and a sub frequency adjustment spanning 40-300Hz with a -12dB slope for blending a subwoofer into a system. A built-in speaker protection circuit and low-pass filter are there to keep noise inaudible even at high output, and the SUB signal and amplified output can run at the same time. The quoted specs are a full-frequency response of 20Hz-20kHz (±3dB), THD of 0.03% at 1W output, SNR of at least 106dB, input sensitivity of 0.775V and matching speaker impedance of 4-8Ω. It works on DC 24-48V, measures 127 x 118 x 35mm, weighs 0.5kg, and comes with the 32V/5A power supply in the box.

How it compares
At $64.99 (the option without a power adapter) the G2 PRO lists 300W max on a TPA3255D2 with no load stated, a PBTL/SUB switch, a SUB output for active subwoofers, a 40-300Hz cutoff and a two-step 32/36dB gain switch. The Nobsound G2 Mini is the smaller sibling at $36.99, which is $28.00 less (also without an adapter): a TPA3116 chip, 100W listed at 2Ω, a four-step gain switch (20/26/32/36dB) and a 2-8Ω match against the G2 PRO's 4-8Ω. The Douk Audio G4 costs $44.99, which is $20.00 less, with 100W rated and a 300W peak, no adjustable cutoff listed and a DC 12-24V supply range against the G2 PRO's DC 24-48V.
Who it suits: the G2 PRO fits a demanding passive subwoofer, or one channel of a stereo pair, where headroom matters, and its SUB output can feed an active sub at the same time. Check the supply before you buy: the 32V/5A adapter is in the $79.99 option, $15.00 more, and the base price leaves you to find a DC 24-48V supply. The Douk Audio G100 at $72.99 ($8.00 more) is the alternative if the load is a shaker: it lists 50W x 2 or 100W x 1, Bluetooth 5.3 and a 24V adapter in the box. Skip the G2 PRO if you need a stated input connector: its page lists only an input sensitivity.
Shipping, returns and warranty
- Shipping: Douk Audio's current shipping page says orders are generally processed no later than the next business day and arrive in 2-8 business days, with duties, taxes and customs fees included in the checkout price unless noted otherwise.
- Older shipping terms are still online: airmail at 10-25 days for parcels under 2 kg, DHL, UPS or FedEx at 5-8 days above that, and a line saying the store is not responsible for import duties. Check the delivery estimate and any duties at checkout.
- Returns: ask within 30 days of delivery and wait for approval before sending anything; an approved return has to ship within 7 days. Items need all packaging and accessories and no excessive wear, or the store can refuse them or refund part of the price. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection.
- Not refunded: original and expedited shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges, unless the law requires it or the store made the error. The return page does not say who pays return postage, and the older refund page excludes mistaken orders and change-of-mind returns from free after-sale service.
- Warranty: 24 months from purchase for manufacturing defects, with free repair, a replacement unit and free shipping both ways for covered repairs. Drops, liquid, DIY repairs, lightning, extreme temperatures and misuse are excluded (partial fees may apply), and damage from weak packing on the way back may not be covered. The older refund page still says 1 year.
- Seller: the site is run by Shenzhen Anba Technology Co., Ltd (Shenzhen, China) and HONGKONG LONGSHENG Import and Export Trading Co., Limited (Hong Kong); support is by email at [email protected]. These terms cover orders placed on doukaudio.com; other sellers apply their own.
For this product, the page lists shipping to US, UK, EU, AU and Other and shows Free Shipping, 2-8 Days Arrival, 30-Day Return and 2-Year Warranty badges near the price.
What we liked
- 300W on tap from a TPA3255D2 chip, described as enough for 320W passive speakers or subwoofers
- One switch moves it between full-frequency and subwoofer duty, and it can serve a passive sub or feed an active one through the SUB output
- Bass cutoff adjustable from 40-300Hz with a -12dB slope for matching the sub to the main speakers
- Two-level gain switch (32/36dB) plus built-in speaker protection and a low-pass filter to keep noise down at high output
- A matching 32V/5A power supply is sold as an option: $79.99 with it, $64.99 without (Oct 25, 2026)
Worth noting
- Mono, so a stereo pair means buying two units
- The base price buys the amp alone: the 32V/5A supply is the $79.99 option, and the top of its DC 24-48V range needs a 48V supply sold separately
- The store listing's spec table does not state the input connector type, so it is worth confirming before ordering
Questions before you buy
Can one G2 PRO power both left and right channels?
No, it is a mono amplifier. Two units can be used to drive left and right channels independently, or one unit per subwoofer.
Can it drive both passive and active subwoofers?
Yes. It has a SUB output designed for active subwoofers and can also drive passive subwoofers directly.
How do I match the subwoofer to my speakers?
Use the sub frequency adjustment, which covers 40-300Hz with a -12dB slope, and the two-level gain switch (32/36dB) to set the output level.
What power supply does it use?
It runs on DC 24-48V. The $64.99 option comes without a power supply; the With 32V5A Power Adapter option is $79.99 (prices on Oct 25, 2026). The packing list still shows a 32V/5A supply, so confirm the option at checkout.

What we couldn’t verify
- $64.99 is the Without Power Adapter option, the one the page opens on; With 32V5A Power Adapter is $79.99. At $64.99 the 32V/5A supply is not included: the option name says so, while the packing list shows a 32V/5A supply without naming an option.
- 'Max 300W' has no load or distortion level, and the Features say the 32V/5A supply is 'enough to drive 320W' speakers, more than the 300W maximum; THD 0.03% is given at 1W only.
- 'Best design and HiFi sound' and 'no audible noise even at high power output' are page claims; SNR ≥106dB comes with no conditions.
- The page lists no input connector type, only an input sensitivity of 0.775V.
- Power: the page lists DC24-48V; without the adapter you supply a supply in that range, and the page names no plug type for the 32V/5A adapter by region.
- Warranty: the 2-Year Warranty badge is all this product page says about cover; exclusions are on the store's warranty page (see the shared section).
