Our verdict

The DaVinci is for buyers who want a six-driver hybrid with the layout stated per side, the page's swappable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs and a stated 35Ω@1kHz impedance at $290.99. Look elsewhere if you want a stated cable length or a curve measured by a named tester. The tuning and sound wording is the page's own, and the store's page is the only source for every spec figure here; no independent test was checked for this review.

Why 3.5/5: Two things hold it back: the store's own terms contradict each other, and no independent test was checked for this review, so every spec figure is the store's own.

DUNU teamed with Gizaudio on the DaVinci, an in-ear monitor the page lists with a 2DD+4BA setup per side: an 8mm and a 10mm dynamic driver plus four balanced armature drivers. The page gives 35Ω@1kHz impedance, 109dB/mW sensitivity and a 5Hz-40kHz frequency response. It is $290.99 with a crossed-out price of $299.99, and the cable has 0.78mm 2-pin connectors with swappable 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs, per the page.

Options and pricing

One option is listed, DaVinci, at $290.99 with a crossed-out price of $299.99 on the page, and it was orderable when the page was read. The page says the 3.5mm and 4.4mm plugs come in the package as part of a swappable termination design, and it lists an interchangeable cable with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. It also says the faceplate texture is irregular, so each pair differs. The option name gives no color or plug choice.

How it compares

The Binary EP321 MEMS 2DD + 3BA + 1 MEMS Driver IEMs cost $304.99 and name 2DD + 3BA + 1 MEMS drivers, against $290.99 here for 2DD+4BA per side. The Softears VolumeS 2DD +2BA Hybrid Drivers IEMs cost $309, with a spec line reading 1 DD+1 Passive DD+2 BA Driver Architecture. The SIVGA Nightingale Pro 14.5mm Planar Driver In-Ear Earphone is $296 and is named for a 14.5mm planar driver, a different driver type from the DaVinci's dynamic and balanced armature drivers. The DaVinci suits buyers who want a hybrid with a stated per-side layout; the SIVGA suits those who prefer a planar driver.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • The page states the layout per side: 2DD+4BA, with an 8mm and a 10mm dynamic driver plus four balanced armature drivers.
  • The page lists impedance (35Ω@1kHz), sensitivity (109dB/mW), THD+N (below 0.5%@1kHz), frequency response (5Hz-40kHz) and 6.6g per earpiece.
  • The page calls the termination plugs swappable (3.5mm and 4.4mm) and the cable interchangeable, with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors.
  • The page names the cable (Leo): four strands of high-purity single-crystal copper with silver plating, Litz braided.

Worth noting

  • No cable length is given in the page text.
  • The page text mentions a curve measured by a third party, for reference only, without naming who measured it.
  • Only one option is offered, and the page says the faceplate texture is irregular, so each pair differs.
  • The tuning and sound statements are the page's wording, with no figures behind them in the page text.

Questions before you buy

What drivers does the DUNU x Gizaudio DaVinci use?

Which plugs and cable does the DaVinci have?

The page lists swappable 3.5mm and 4.4mm termination plugs and says both come in the package. It lists an interchangeable cable with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, and describes the cable as four strands of high-purity single-crystal copper with silver plating in a Litz braided structure.

What impedance and sensitivity does the page list?

The page lists 35Ω@1kHz and 109dB/mW, with THD+N below 0.5%@1kHz and a 5Hz-40kHz frequency response. No output power figure or amplifier requirement appears in the page text.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • A page line says the curve is measured by a third party and is for reference only; the page text does not name the third party or the measurement method.
  • The tuning (finalized after CanJam SG with Timmy from Gizaudio) and the sound wording are the page's claims with no measurements behind them in the page text. THD+N is given as below 0.5%@1kHz with no stated level or load.
  • The Q-Lock Mini plug design is called patented and the shells are said to be made with Higetech; both are the page's claims with no proof given, and the page text gives no cable length.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
