Our verdict
EBO Air 2 Plus sits in the middle of Enabot's lineup: a 3K two-way video companion robot with an interactive AI assistant, expressive dual-screen eyes, and scheduled smart patrol. It's the step up from EBO Air 2S specifically for AI chat and more color choices, and the step down from EBO Max if you don't need face/voice-recognition memory. A good fit for buyers who want a chatty, expressive home companion robot rather than a plain monitoring camera.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a companion robot that chats and shows emotion through its eyes, with two-way video calling.
- Skip if
- You just need straightforward recording and motion alerts -- EBO Air 2S or EBO Mini cost less for similar core monitoring.
Why 3.7/5: Lifted by a 3K camera with two-way video, a 5000mAh battery, scheduled patrol and a 32GB card in the box. Held back by an AI assistant described only in general terms, no laser pointer, and no night-vision or water-resistance figures.
Weighing it up? Enabot EBO Robots Compared: X, Max, Air 2 Plus, Air 2S and SE 2
EBO Air 2 Plus lists at $399 ($359.00 on sale when checked on Oct 29, 2026) and sits across Enabot's AI Companion, Communication, and Home Security groupings, available in three colors (Lunar White, Orbit Grey, Nebula Purple) with a US-plug version shown at checkout.
Enabot markets it around an interactive AI assistant that can "chat and interact with you and your family," paired with dual-screen expressive eyes that can be customized or set to display the time or your own pictures. Its own FAQ is explicit that this AI assistant, and the extra color options, are what separate it from the cheaper EBO Air 2S.
The camera records at 3K (2880x1620) across a 137-degree angle, with two-way video and audio calling -- new compared with Enabot's older EBO Air 2, which Enabot's FAQ says offers two-way audio only, at 2K resolution and without scheduled smart patrol. Smart Patrol on EBO Air 2 Plus can be scheduled in advance, and AI Tracking keeps the camera oriented on a moving subject.
Battery capacity is 5000mAh, rated for 9-10 hours of standby or recording, or up to 4 hours of continuous movement, with a 3-4 hour charge time and 55dB of operating noise; the robot measures 116x116x111mm and weighs about 560g. Video can be stored locally on an SD card without a subscription, or on Enabot's optional paid cloud plan.
Shipping and policy terms match the rest of the Enabot storefront: free shipping with duties/VAT included to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Europe and Asia; a 14-day free-reason return or 7-day DOA replacement/refund; and a 1-year warranty (2 years in the EU).

How it compares
The EBO Air 2S is the closest sibling: its page lists the same 5000mAh battery, 9-10 hours of standby or recording, 116 x 116 x 111 mm body, 560g weight, ≤10mm obstacles and ≤15° slopes. The differences on the pages are the camera (2.5K at 2560 x 1440 against 3K here), the AI assistant (the Air 2S page says it has none) and colors (one against three). On Oct 25, 2026 the Air 2 Plus was $359.00 and the Air 2S $269.00, a $90.00 gap. The EBO Mini Sport was $229.99 that day, $129.01 below this robot, with a smaller 95 x 95 x 89mm body, a 2K camera (2304 × 1296), a 2450mAh battery rated 4-7 hours, a laser pointer and 48.5 dB of noise against 55dB here; its page lists two-way audio, not video calls.
Above it, the EBO Max review lists $599.99 with a 4K camera (3840x2160) and up to 10 face profiles, and the EBO X review lists $999.00; no page of theirs was saved for this check, so read those reviews for their details. Who it suits: the Air 2 Plus for a household that wants video calls, a chat assistant and a long battery at $359.00; the Air 2S if the assistant and extra colors are not worth $90.00; the Mini Sport for a smaller, quieter robot with a laser for a pet and no video calls. Skip the Air 2 Plus if a laser pointer matters, because it has none.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy (which also holds the warranty terms) and terms of service, with its home page checked for conflicts. Where they say nothing, the point says so.
- Where it ships: "most countries worldwide". If your country can be selected at checkout and no delivery restriction is shown, the store says it can ship there. Some countries are unavailable because of carrier restrictions; the policy points to [email protected] for alternatives.
- Shipping fee: free for main units and bundles to Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; $19.9 for accessories to those regions. "Other available regions" pay $49.9 for either.
- Delivery time: estimates of 5-15 days to the United States, around 10 days to Canada, 7-15 days to Europe and 7-10 days to Asia Pacific (a list that includes Australia and New Zealand), given in days rather than business days. Actual delivery "may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services". For a faster option the policy says to email [email protected] before ordering; extra charges may apply.
- Carriers and tracking: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS are named, along with Yanwen Express, SF Express and "other freight forwarder channels as needed"; the store picks one by location and order details. Tracking comes by email and on the carrier's website. Signature and curbside delivery are not mentioned. An order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking email.
- Taxes and duties: VAT and import tax are included for Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ("No extra fees upon delivery"). Elsewhere, local customs may charge duties, VAT or customs fees that the store says are "not within our control".
- Address changes and cancellations: before the order ships, email [email protected] with the order number and correct address. After it ships, the address "cannot be changed"; rerouting through [email protected] may bring carrier fees. You can ask to cancel before you receive the shipment notification email, and the store "will try to cancel the order for you"; once shipping information is provided, "cancellations are no longer supported".
- Missing, wrong or damaged items: email [email protected] with the order number, a photo of the package showing the shipping label, a photo of everything inside and a description. The store says that "depending on the situation" it will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund. If no shipping update arrives within 7 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
- Two return routes: a 14-day return lets you apply for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package "for any reason"; for returns not related to quality, "the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer". A 7-day return for items that arrive damaged, different or nonfunctional allows an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by Enabot; email pictures or video plus a picture of the entire package.
- Condition: returned items must be in original condition, "without any installation marks or signs of use", and sealed in the original packaging. That sentence sits under the 7-day damaged-item heading; the 14-day return names no condition of its own.
- Not returnable: all accessories, including "chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items", are non-refundable.
- How a return runs: email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and shipping address; the store says it will get back to you within 48 hours. You need an RMA number from support before sending anything, and the parcel must go to the return address the store confirms: a US warehouse in DeSoto, Texas or a Germany warehouse in Düsseldorf. A parcel sent to an unapproved address "may result in the refund being denied".
- Refunds: after the parcel arrives, inspection takes "a few days"; the refund then "will be processed within 5 business days" and the store emails a notice. How soon it reaches you "depends on the processing speed of the bank". The page does not say which payment method the refund goes to, and it mentions no restocking fee.
- Warranty length: the warranty section covers Enabot products "purchased from authorized platforms" and does not list those platforms. It gives 1 year worldwide except European countries and 2 years for purchases within European countries, counted from the date you receive the package, and it applies only in the country of purchase.
- Warranty coverage: if "performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use", the store says it will provide warranty service; it does not say whether that means repair, replacement or refund. Claims go to [email protected]. The page also recommends backing up and emptying the SD card before returning or exchanging the product.
- Warranty exclusions: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents (collision, fire, flood, earthquake, spills), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, unauthorized repair or installation, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software or services; use not following the documentation; damage from third-party equipment; commercial use or resale; and used or resold products. Enabot "reserves the right to make the final interpretation" of the terms.
- Seller and contact: the terms of service name WeHome Technology Company Limited and [email protected]; the home page gives [email protected] for questions. No page gives a postal address for the company; the two warehouse addresses are for approved returns.
Where the pages disagree
- Banner against the policy: the home page says "14 days return" and "1-year warranty". The refund policy makes accessories non-refundable, puts return shipping on you for returns not related to quality, and gives 2 years for purchases within European countries.
- Refund speed: the return steps say the store will "start to refund you immediately" once it has inspected the parcel. The refund section says inspection takes "a few days" and the refund is processed "within 5 business days".
- Contact address: the 7-day clause sends damaged or nonfunctional items to [email protected], while the shipping policy sends damaged items to [email protected], and the refund policy sends return requests and warranty claims to [email protected].
For this product, shipping to the US is free (the policy's free tier covers main units and bundles, with a 5 to 15 day estimate and no import fees); the page shows $359.00 with $399.00 crossed out and the refund policy names no sale-price exclusion; and all 3 colors were available in the store data on Oct 25, 2026.
What we liked
- Interactive AI assistant that chats and interacts with the family, not just a passive camera feed
- Dual-screen expressive eyes can be customized or set to show the time or your own photos
- 3K video with two-way audio and video calling, a step up from the cheaper EBO Air 2's audio-only communication
- 9-10 hour standby/recording battery life with auto-recharge
Worth noting
- No face/voice-recognition adaptive memory the way EBO Max has -- Enabot's own comparison says Air 2 Plus's AI doesn't remember routines
- Comes in only 3 colors with a single plug option (US) shown at checkout
- About $100 more than EBO Air 2S, mainly for the AI assistant, extra colors, and a resolution bump
- Continuous movement tops out around 4 hours before it needs to return to its dock
Questions before you buy
What's different between EBO Air 2 Plus and EBO Air 2S?
Enabot's FAQ lists three differences: EBO Air 2 Plus includes an AI assistant that EBO Air 2S lacks, offers 3 color choices versus one, and records at 3K versus EBO Air 2S's 2.5K.
What's different between EBO Air 2 Plus and EBO Air 2?
EBO Air 2 Plus has a 3K camera versus EBO Air 2's 2K, adds two-way video (EBO Air 2 is audio-only), and supports scheduled smart patrol, which EBO Air 2 does not.
Can I customize the eye display?
Yes. The eyes can be customized with different styles and can also display the time or your own pictures.
Do I need a subscription to store video?
The Air 2 Plus page doesn't say. Enabot's EBO Air 2S page says video can go on an SD card and a paid cloud plan is optional; confirm with Enabot that the same holds for this model.
Can I control it from another country?
Yes, as long as both your phone and the robot have a stable internet connection, though Enabot notes there may be some lag over long-distance connections.

What we couldn’t verify
- On Oct 25, 2026 the store listed this at $359.00 in all 3 colors, with $399.00 crossed out and a "Sale 10% off" banner; it still showed $359.00 on Oct 29, 2026.
- Stock: the page's comparison block shows a $359.00 "Add to cart" button beside an "Out of stock" label, while the store data lists all 3 colors as available on Oct 25, 2026. The page gives no restock date or lead time.
- The FAQ says the AI assistant "supports ChatGPT and additional AI models" and does not name the others, the languages, how chat data is handled, or whether any AI feature needs a fee.
- Storage and subscription terms are not in this page's text; the EBO Air 2S page says video can go on an SD card and a paid cloud plan is optional. This page says only that a 32GB SD card is included and memory goes up to 256G.
- The review's note that Enabot's comparison says this model's AI does not remember routines, unlike the EBO Max, is not in the page text saved on Oct 25, 2026.
- Not on the page: night-vision range, frame rate, an IP or water-resistance rating, microphone and speaker details, and a box list in the saved page text. The "1,500,000+" users line sits beside "Over 1,000,000 Users Worldwide"; "98.5%" satisfaction shows no source.
- Warranty: the page badge says "1 Year Warranty"; the store's refund policy gives 1 year worldwide except Europe (2 years there), valid in the country of purchase. The store's separate warranty and FAQ pages were not found on Oct 25, 2026.
