Our verdict
EBO Mini is Enabot's entry point into the 2K/Wi-Fi 6 tier of its pet-and-home camera robots: two-way audio, a built-in laser pointer for pet play, voice messaging, and combined infrared/route-memory auto-recharge, all without the AI recognition or brushless quiet motor of EBO Mini Sport. It's the value pick for buyers who want 2K monitoring and pet interaction without paying for AI-sorted recordings.
- Best for
- Buyers who want 2K pet monitoring, two-way audio, and a laser pointer for pet play at a lower price than EBO Mini Sport.
- Skip if
- You want AI that automatically separates pet from human footage, or quieter operation -- EBO Mini Sport adds both for about $50 more.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a 2K camera with Wi-Fi 6, a built-in laser, two-way audio with typed voice messages and a pre-inserted 32GB card. Held back by 61dB of motor noise, a 2450mAh battery rated 4-7 hours, no AI recognition, and performance percentages the page gives no basis for.
EBO Mini lists at $199.99 ($179.99 on sale when checked on Oct 29, 2026) and occupies the entry tier of Enabot's current 2K/Wi-Fi 6 camera robots, sized the same as EBO Mini Sport and EBO SE 2 at 95x95x89mm and about 290g.
It records at 2K (2304x1296) over a 137-degree angle and connects over Wi-Fi 6, which Enabot's FAQ contrasts with the older EBO SE's 1080p camera and non-Wi-Fi-6 connection. Communication runs through two-way audio, plus EBO Mini's own EBO Voice Message feature: type a message in the app and EBO Mini plays it aloud at home, useful when calling isn't convenient. If a call goes unanswered, you can drive EBO Mini around remotely to see what's happening.
For pets, EBO Mini has a built-in interactive laser pointer, a feature Enabot's FAQ says EBO SE lacks entirely. Auto-recharge combines infrared guidance with route memory, which Enabot describes as smoother and more accurate than EBO SE's infrared-only docking.
What EBO Mini doesn't have is specific and documented on Enabot's own comparison: no AI recognition that sorts people from pets in recordings, no brushless quiet motor (it runs at 61dB versus EBO Mini Sport's 48.5dB), and a single eye-lighting color rather than Mini Sport's 12. Battery capacity is 2450mAh, rated for 4-7 hours of use with a 2-3 hour charge time, and it can cross obstacles up to 6mm high. The box includes EBO Mini, its charging dock, a power adapter, a pre-inserted 32GB SD card, a pin tool, the packaging box, and a user manual.
Shipping and after-sales policies follow Enabot's storefront standard: free shipping with duties/VAT included to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and the rest of Europe and Asia; a 14-day free-reason return or 7-day DOA replacement/refund; and a 1-year warranty (2 years in the EU).

How it compares
The EBO SE 2 lists the same 95 x 95 x 89mm body, 290±10g weight, 2K camera (2304 × 1296), Wi-Fi 6, 2450mAh battery, 61dB noise and ≤6mm obstacle and ≤4° slope limits as the Mini. On Oct 25, 2026 the SE 2 was $152.99 against $179.99 for the Mini, $27.00 less. The SE 2 page adds a feather-toy attachment; both pages list a built-in laser pointer and a patrol mode for pet play (the SE 2 page calls it Pet Fun Patrol). The Mini page lists real-world coding, which the SE 2 page does not mention. The EBO Mini Sport was $229.99, $50.00 above the Mini, for a brushless motor (48.5 dB against 61dB), AI recognition of people and pets, and 12 eye colors against one.
Who it suits: the Mini for a household that wants a laser, two-way audio and block coding at $179.99; the SE 2 if you want the same listed hardware for $27.00 less; the Mini Sport for a quieter motor and clip sorting. The EBO Air 2S was $269.00 with a 2.5K camera, video and audio calls and a 5000mAh battery, the step up for video calls. Skip the Mini if quiet matters (61dB, against 48.5 dB on the Mini Sport) or you need a two-way video call: its page lists two-way audio.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Read on Oct 25, 2026 from the store's shipping policy, refund policy (which also holds the warranty terms) and terms of service, with its home page checked for conflicts. Where they say nothing, the point says so.
- Where it ships: "most countries worldwide". If your country can be selected at checkout and no delivery restriction is shown, the store says it can ship there. Some countries are unavailable because of carrier restrictions; the policy points to [email protected] for alternatives.
- Shipping fee: free for main units and bundles to Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; $19.9 for accessories to those regions. "Other available regions" pay $49.9 for either.
- Delivery time: estimates of 5-15 days to the United States, around 10 days to Canada, 7-15 days to Europe and 7-10 days to Asia Pacific (a list that includes Australia and New Zealand), given in days rather than business days. Actual delivery "may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier services". For a faster option the policy says to email [email protected] before ordering; extra charges may apply.
- Carriers and tracking: DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS are named, along with Yanwen Express, SF Express and "other freight forwarder channels as needed"; the store picks one by location and order details. Tracking comes by email and on the carrier's website. Signature and curbside delivery are not mentioned. An order may be split into several parcels, each with its own tracking email.
- Taxes and duties: VAT and import tax are included for Asia, Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ("No extra fees upon delivery"). Elsewhere, local customs may charge duties, VAT or customs fees that the store says are "not within our control".
- Address changes and cancellations: before the order ships, email [email protected] with the order number and correct address. After it ships, the address "cannot be changed"; rerouting through [email protected] may bring carrier fees. You can ask to cancel before you receive the shipment notification email, and the store "will try to cancel the order for you"; once shipping information is provided, "cancellations are no longer supported".
- Missing, wrong or damaged items: email [email protected] with the order number, a photo of the package showing the shipping label, a photo of everything inside and a description. The store says that "depending on the situation" it will arrange a replacement, refund or partial refund. If no shipping update arrives within 7 business days of ordering, email [email protected].
- Two return routes: a 14-day return lets you apply for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the package "for any reason"; for returns not related to quality, "the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer". A 7-day return for items that arrive damaged, different or nonfunctional allows an exchange or full refund within 7 days of receipt, with return shipping paid by Enabot; email pictures or video plus a picture of the entire package.
- Condition: returned items must be in original condition, "without any installation marks or signs of use", and sealed in the original packaging. That sentence sits under the 7-day damaged-item heading; the 14-day return names no condition of its own.
- Not returnable: all accessories, including "chargers, replacement parts, and any other accessory items", are non-refundable.
- How a return runs: email [email protected] with the reason, your order number and shipping address; the store says it will get back to you within 48 hours. You need an RMA number from support before sending anything, and the parcel must go to the return address the store confirms: a US warehouse in DeSoto, Texas or a Germany warehouse in Düsseldorf. A parcel sent to an unapproved address "may result in the refund being denied".
- Refunds: after the parcel arrives, inspection takes "a few days"; the refund then "will be processed within 5 business days" and the store emails a notice. How soon it reaches you "depends on the processing speed of the bank". The page does not say which payment method the refund goes to, and it mentions no restocking fee.
- Warranty length: the warranty section covers Enabot products "purchased from authorized platforms" and does not list those platforms. It gives 1 year worldwide except European countries and 2 years for purchases within European countries, counted from the date you receive the package, and it applies only in the country of purchase.
- Warranty coverage: if "performance failure occurs during the warranty period, under conditions of proper use", the store says it will provide warranty service; it does not say whether that means repair, replacement or refund. Claims go to [email protected]. The page also recommends backing up and emptying the SD card before returning or exchanging the product.
- Warranty exclusions: normal wear and tear; damage from misuse, accidents (collision, fire, flood, earthquake, spills), neglect, abuse, alteration, modification, unusual stress, unauthorized repair or installation, improper storage, or use with unsuitable devices, software or services; use not following the documentation; damage from third-party equipment; commercial use or resale; and used or resold products. Enabot "reserves the right to make the final interpretation" of the terms.
- Seller and contact: the terms of service name WeHome Technology Company Limited and [email protected]; the home page gives [email protected] for questions. No page gives a postal address for the company; the two warehouse addresses are for approved returns.
Where the pages disagree
- Banner against the policy: the home page says "14 days return" and "1-year warranty". The refund policy makes accessories non-refundable, puts return shipping on you for returns not related to quality, and gives 2 years for purchases within European countries.
- Refund speed: the return steps say the store will "start to refund you immediately" once it has inspected the parcel. The refund section says inspection takes "a few days" and the refund is processed "within 5 business days".
- Contact address: the 7-day clause sends damaged or nonfunctional items to [email protected], while the shipping policy sends damaged items to [email protected], and the refund policy sends return requests and warranty claims to [email protected].
For this product, shipping to the US is free (the policy's free tier covers main units and bundles, with a 5 to 15 day estimate and no import fees); the page shows $179.99 with $199.99 crossed out and the refund policy names no sale-price exclusion; and its one option (US plug) was available in the store data on Oct 25, 2026.
What we liked
- 2K camera and Wi-Fi 6 for a more stable connection than the older EBO SE's 1080p, non-Wi-Fi-6 setup
- Interactive laser pointer built in for pet play, which EBO SE doesn't have
- EBO Voice Message lets you type a message in the app and have EBO Mini read it aloud at home
- Combines infrared and route memory for a more accurate auto-return to its charging dock than EBO SE's infrared-only docking
Worth noting
- No AI recognition or quieter brushless motor -- both reserved for EBO Mini Sport, about $50 more
- 61dB operating noise, noticeably louder than Mini Sport's 48.5dB
- Single eye-lighting color versus Mini Sport's 12
- ≤6mm obstacle clearance means thick carpet can still cause trouble
Questions before you buy
How is EBO Mini different from EBO SE?
Per Enabot's FAQ: EBO Mini has a 2K camera versus EBO SE's 1080p, adds Wi-Fi 6 on top of 5GHz/2.4GHz, combines infrared and route memory for auto-recharge versus EBO SE's infrared-only, supports EBO Voice Message (EBO SE doesn't), and includes an interactive laser pointer for pet play that EBO SE lacks.
What's the difference between EBO Mini and EBO Mini Sport?
EBO Mini Sport adds 12 customizable eye colors (versus EBO Mini's one), a brushless motor for quieter movement, and AI recognition that sorts people from pets in recordings -- EBO Mini has none of these three.
Can EBO Mini work on carpets?
Yes, it can cross obstacles up to 6mm high, though thick-pile carpet may be difficult.
Can I control it while traveling abroad?
Yes, as long as your phone has a stable internet connection and the robot stays connected, though there may be some lag over long distances.
What's in the box?
EBO Mini, its charging dock, a power adapter, a pre-inserted 32GB SD card, a pin tool, the packaging box, and a user manual.

What we couldn’t verify
- On Oct 25, 2026 the store listed this at $179.99, with $199.99 crossed out and a "Sale 10% off" label; it still showed $179.99 on Oct 29, 2026.
- The review says the Mini shares the Mini Sport's and SE 2's size and weight (about 290g). The pages agree on 95 x 95 x 89mm, but the Mini Sport page lists 325±10g, against 290±10g for the Mini and the SE 2.
- The page's performance bars (120% IMU, 100% CPU, 100% video encoding and decoding, 80% memory bandwidth, 100% ISP) give no baseline, test method or units. Its FAQ calls the eyes both "single-color eye lighting" and "more expressive and interactive eye animations".
- Not on the page: night-vision range, frame rate, an IP or water-resistance rating, microphone and speaker details, recording hours on the 32GB card, and any cloud storage or subscription terms. "98.5%" satisfaction shows no source.
- Warranty: the page badge says "1 Year Warranty"; the store's refund policy gives 1 year worldwide except Europe (2 years there), valid in the country of purchase. The store's separate warranty and FAQ pages were not found on Oct 25, 2026.
