Our verdict
Suits riders who want a 27.5 x 2.6-inch commuter with a torque sensor and a choice of S, M or L. Look elsewhere if you need a clear gear count, a size-specific chart or an independent test of this exact 2.0 version. The main caveat is that the page gives its gear count two ways, 7-speed on the shifter row and 9-speed on the freewheel row.
- Best for
- Commuters who want a 27.5-inch bike with a torque sensor and a choice of three sizes.
- Skip if
- You need a confirmed gear count or an independent test of this exact 2.0 version.
Why 3.8/5: Lifted by a specification table with controller, charger, box size and weight and by an independent write-up of an earlier Meta275. Held back because that write-up is older than the page and measured nothing, and by the company's F grade on its BBB profile.
Torque-sensor pedal assist is in the title of the META275 2.0, a 27.5-inch commuter listed at $1,699. The page lists a 500W rear hub motor with max 55 N.m torque, a 48V 15Ah battery, 27.5 x 2.6-inch tires and 68.4 lbs, and its header strip tags the bike Class 2, speed limited and unlockable, with up to 100 Miles of range for the 15Ah battery plus an optional second one. Sizes S, M and L are offered.

Options and pricing
The main extra on this page is a second battery: the accessory list shows a Universal 48V15Ah Secondary Battery and a Meta/Defender/HS Bike Battery 48V 15AH at $499.00 each, beside a $159.00 suspension seatpost and a $49.00 C8 saddle. The bike itself is $1,699 in sizes S, M and L and in Deep Crimson, Steel Blue, Alpine White, Pastel Pink or Dark Charcoal, with every variant in stock when read; the table gives one set of rider heights, 5'6" to 6'1", without mapping them to a size.
How it compares
The Eunorau META275 1.0 City Cruiser E-Bike shares the 27.5 x 2.6 tires and the $1,699 price, with a 48V13Ah battery and up to 35 Miles (65 Dual Battery) in its header strip against this page's 48V15Ah and up to 100 Miles. An Electrek article from 2023 covers an earlier Meta275, not this 2.0 page: it lists the specifications but nothing is measured or timed, it names the torque sensor as a positive ('the moment you step on the pedals, you start getting motor assist') and it calls the bike 'pretty much a dream' for bike-lane commuters. The Eunorau META26 1.0 Commuter E-Bike uses 26 x 3.0 tires at $1,699.
Shipping, returns and warranty
Shipping: the shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from warehouses in Las Vegas, with 1 to 3 business days of processing and an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit; Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 shipping option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days), and carriers can add a charge for remote areas. Returns: an order can be cancelled for a full refund before it ships or is produced, but not after it ships; the page asks buyers not to refuse a delivered e-bike and to contact the store instead. A return must be applied for within 7 calendar days of receipt, the product must be new and re-sellable (not assembled, ridden, used or damaged) and complete with its manuals, accessories and original packaging, and the buyer ships it back within 7 days at their own cost to Eunorau's warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or the UK. The store inspects it within 5 days and refunds in full when the fault is Eunorau's (wrong, damaged or defective item) or minus the shipping cost when the reason is the customer's. The terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee, which does not match the return page's wording. Warranty: the 24-Month+ Limited Warranty on bikes bought in the US or Canada from 1 August 2023 covers manufacturing defects only: the frame for 10 years and the battery, motor and electrical components for 24 months, without labor or normal wear (brake pads, rotors, spokes, grips, shifters, cables, tires, chains, chainrings, cassettes). It is for the original purchaser, needs product registration right after purchase and an inspection by an authorized specialist or dealer after the first year, is cut by 50% for commercial use, does not cover free gifts or pre-installed racks and fenders, and excludes shipping damage (report it at once with photos or video). Disputes under the warranty go to binding individual arbitration (AAA rules, Nevada law) unless the buyer emails an opt-out within 30 days of purchase.
Before you buy
The page shows 108 customer reviews with 94% of them five-star in the store's own widget, which we could not verify; several product pages show the same review counts or lists, so the figure may not belong to this item alone. Reputation: Eunorau E-Mobility USA Corp has an F grade on the Better Business Bureau, is not BBB accredited and has 2 complaints on file, both marked unanswered: a December 2025 request for proof that a bike sold as new was new, and a May 2025 report of a battery cover that would not latch, which the buyer attributes to a frame defect. A web search on 21 October 2026 found no Trustpilot page for Eunorau. The store says it has specialised in e-bikes since 2009 and designs its bikes in the US and manufactures them in Shanghai, while the BBB lists a business start date of 12 December 2019; the eunorau-ebike.com domain was registered on 27 July 2016. The page marks a 'Free Gift Included' item in its accessories list and does not say whether the offer ends. The store's FAQ defines Class 1, 2 and 3 e-bikes by assist or throttle and a 20 or 28 mph limit and says laws vary by state and country, so check local rules; many bike pages list a speed limit as 'Unlockable'.
What we liked
- Torque sensor named in the title and the Sensor row, with the 500W motor listed at max 55 N.m torque
- Battery listed as LG Lithium-ion at 48V 15Ah, with a second 15Ah/17Ah pack optional
- Sizes S, M and L in five colors at one price
- 180mm hydraulic disc brakes with motor cutoff levers and an integrated brake tail light
- BC182 LCD display with Bluetooth phone connection and EUNORAU GO app support, per the page
Worth noting
- Electrek's 2023 negatives for the earlier Meta275 were a motor 'not exactly the most powerful', a battery 'not the largest' and the 20 mph limit, which this page also lists as 20MPH
- One set of rider heights and one weight are given for three sizes
- The page text gives no geometry table, so frame size and reach cannot be checked against the S, M and L options
- The 100 Miles range is given only for the 15Ah battery plus a second pack, with no figure for one battery
Questions before you buy
How many gears does the META275 2.0 list?
The page is inconsistent: the shifter row names a SHIMANO ASLM3157RC 7-speed while the freewheel row names a SHIMANO derailleur 9-speed freewheel, and the page does not say which count applies.
Which battery does the page list for the META275 2.0?
The table lists 48V 15Ah, LG Lithium-ion, with an optional second battery of 15Ah/17Ah and a charging time of 5 - 7 hours. The 100 Miles range is given for the 15Ah battery plus a 17Ah second battery.
What does the page say about the torque sensor?
The page says the motor responds with greater power as you pedal with more force, and the table lists a torque sensor alongside a 500W hub motor with max 55 N.m torque.
How is a Eunorau e-bike shipped and how long does it take?
The shipping page says e-bikes ship free by FedEx or UPS to the lower 48 states from Las Vegas warehouses after 1 to 3 business days of processing, with an estimated 5 to 7 days in transit. Hawaii, Alaska and other countries need the +$500 option at checkout (estimated 7 to 15 days).
What is the return window?
The return page gives 7 calendar days from receipt to apply. The item must be new, unused and complete in its original packaging, and the buyer pays the return shipping to Eunorau's warehouse; the refund is full only when the fault is Eunorau's. Orders can be cancelled for free before they ship.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty page lists 10 years on the frame and 24 months on the battery, motor and electrical components for bikes bought in the US or Canada after 1 August 2023. It covers manufacturing defects only, needs registration, and excludes wear items, labor and shipping damage.
Does Eunorau offer financing?
Every product page says 'Pay in interest-free installments' under Flexible Payment but names no provider, terms or limits, and we found no payment page, so ask the store before relying on it.

What we couldn’t verify
- The shifter row says SHIMANO 7-speed while the freewheel row says 9-speed, and the page does not say which gear count is right.
- The Electrek article covers an earlier version of the Meta275, carries affiliate links and a coupon, and does not say who supplied the bike.
- The 100 Miles range assumes a 17Ah second battery, while the header strip names a 2nd 15Ah pack and the accessory list shows 15Ah packs but no 17Ah one; no test conditions are given.
- The page's header strip says 'UL CERTIFIED: Yes' without naming a standard, test lab or certificate number; we found none.
- The return page says the buyer pays return shipping, while the terms page says customers are charged shipping only once, returns included, with no restocking fee.
