Our verdict

A fit for a buyer who wants a $14.99 USB Type-C dongle listed with a 3.5mm jack and power figures at 16Ω and 32Ω. Look elsewhere if you need to know whether this listing is the 3.5mm or the 4.4mm version, want a DAC chip named (none appears in the pictures read), or drive headphones that need power above 32Ω, for which no figure was read. Every figure here is the store's own, taken from pictures.

Best for

Skip if
Your headphones have a 4.4mm plug (both options say 3.5mm) or need power at loads above 32Ω, for which no figure was read.

Why 3.3/5: Held back by a page with no specification list as text, by claims that sit mostly in pictures rather than text, by the store's own terms that contradict each other, and because no independent test was checked for this review: every figure is the store's own.

At $14.99 the FiiO JIEZI is a USB Type-C dongle that combines a DAC with a headphone amplifier, which HiFiGO lists in two colors. The page has no text description, only 16 pictures, and those give a weight of about 6g, output power of at least 49mW+49mW at 16Ω and 34mW+34mW at 32Ω, and decoding up to PCM 32bit/384kHz and DSD256. Eight of the 16 pictures were not read for this review.

Options and pricing

Two options are listed at $14.99 each, JIEZI 3.5mm Red and JIEZI 3.5mm Gold, and both were orderable when the page was read. Both names say 3.5mm, yet the pictures present two versions, JIEZI A with a 3.5mm jack and JIEZI B with a 4.4mm jack, and never say which one is sold. A pictured table names the colors Black gold and Black red. The pictured box list names one unit, one quick start guide and a card.

How it compares

The FiiO SNOWSKY Tiny A / Tiny B Portable Headphone Power Amplifier is $21.99 against $14.99 here, and its title names two models, A and B. The Softears S01 CS46L41 Portable USB DAC Type-C to 3.5mm is $25 and its title says Type-C to 3.5mm. The Moondrop FreeDSP Mini 2-Gen CS43198 USB-C DAC & AMP is $39.99 and its title names a CS43198 chip. At $14.99 the JIEZI costs less than each of the three, so it suits a buyer watching the price; the Moondrop suits one who wants a named chip in the title.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

FiiO's own notice "A letter to FiiO fans" (undated) lists HiFiGo among sellers it has not authorized and recommends buying FiiO products from local agents. FiiO says it still services genuine products bought from such sellers if the buyer emails [email protected], but the buyer pays the freight and duties if a unit must go back to China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • Priced at $14.99 for either color
  • A pictured table gives output power at two loads: at least 49mW+49mW at 16Ω and 34mW+34mW at 32Ω, both with THD+N below 1%
  • The same table lists SNR 104dBr, THD+N 0.0034% and a weight of about 6g
  • Decoding up to PCM 32bit/384kHz and DSD256 is listed in the pictured table
  • The hero picture names 10-band PEQ, and a picture says it works with the FIIO Control app on Android and a web interface on computers

Worth noting

  • The title and both options say 3.5mm, but the pictures show a 3.5mm and a 4.4mm version and never say which one is sold
  • One set of power figures is printed for both versions, so the 3.5mm and 4.4mm outputs are not told apart
  • The pictured table prints a second THD+N row as 5.3uV and a noise floor in ohm, units as printed
  • No DAC chip is named in the pictures read; eight of the 16 pictures, mostly feature banners, were not read
  • Picture notes say iOS devices cannot connect to the FIIO Control app and that in-line controls and calls may not work on iOS or a few Android devices

Questions before you buy

Is the JIEZI a 3.5mm or a 4.4mm model?

HiFiGO's title and both option names say 3.5mm. The pictures, however, show two versions, JIEZI A with a 3.5mm jack and JIEZI B with a 4.4mm jack, and do not say which one this listing sells. The pictured output-power figures are one set that is not split by version.

What output power does the JIEZI list?

A pictured table gives at least 49mW+49mW at 16Ω and at least 34mW+34mW at 32Ω, both with THD+N below 1%. It lists no figure for other loads, and it prints one set of figures for both versions.

Which formats and systems does it list?

The pictured table gives decoding up to PCM 32bit/384kHz and DSD256. A picture claims plug-and-play use on Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, Windows, MacOS and Linux, and support for UAC2.0 and UAC1.0 so that consoles such as Switch and PS5 work; this review has not checked these claims.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • CONFLICT: the title and both options say 3.5mm, but the pictures show JIEZI A (3.5mm) and JIEZI B (4.4mm) and never say which one is sold; the power figures are one set that is not split by version.
  • Unproven claims in the pictures: in-line controls and calls on the 3.5mm version, 4.4mm power that rivals balanced-drive devices, console support through UAC2.0 and UAC1.0 and the Hi-Res Audio logo. Eight of the 16 pictures were not read.
  • SERVICE CLAIM: a picture says JadeAudio is a FiiO subsidiary brand and that products get quality control and reliability checks plus after-sales support; this review has not checked any of it.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
  • FiiO's undated seller notice lists HiFiGo as an unauthorized seller; FiiO says it still services genuine units, with freight and duties paid by the buyer.
