KEFINE Klean SV IEMs Review
A single 10mm dynamic driver IEM with a DLC diaphragm, three interchangeable tuning nozzles and 3.5mm, 4.4mm or USB-C cable versions, listed from $52. It suits buyers who want a 4.4mm balanced option and listed impedance, sensitivity and weight.

Our verdict
Aimed at buyers who want a single DLC-diaphragm dynamic driver IEM with a listed spec set, three nozzle options and a choice of 3.5mm, 4.4mm or Type-C cables from $52. Look elsewhere if you want a stated accessory list, a cable length or a measurement from outside the store. The main caveat is that the tuning descriptions for each nozzle are the page's own words with no measurement in the page text.

Why 3.6/5: Lifted by impedance, sensitivity, frequency range, connector, terminations and weight in the spec section; held back by terms in the store's own pages that contradict each other, and by no independent test of this model checked for this review.
The Klean SV is KEFINE's Silver Version of the Klean, per the page: a 10mm DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm dynamic driver in a metallic alloy shell, listed from $52 for the 3.5mm cable. The spec section gives 32Ω ±15% impedance, 107dB±3dB sensitivity, 20Hz~20kHz and 10g each side, with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. The page describes three tuning nozzles, silver, gold and black, and a silver-plated copper cable of 108 wires in total.

Options and pricing
Three options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: Klean SV 3.5mm at $52, Klean SV 4.4mm at $54 and Klean SV TypeC at $54. The page shows a crossed-out price of $54 next to $52, with crossed-out $56 prices on the 4.4mm and TypeC options. The spec section names 3.5mm, 4.4mm and Type-C terminations on a 0.78mm 2-pin connector, and the page calls the 4.4mm cable balanced. It says the SV is packed with accessories but its text lists none, so ear tips and box contents are not given.
How it compares
The KEFINE Klean 10mm DLC Diaphragm Dynamic Driver IEM is listed from $45 against $52 here, with a spec line naming a single dynamic driver. The JUZEAR POISE Series Nimbus Warm-Balanced Single Dynamic Driver IEMs start at $54.99 and their spec line names a self-developed 10mm MACCD driver, and the Moondrop LAN II / LAN 2 10mm Dynamic Driver IEMs are $59.99 with a glass dome composite diaphragm in the spec line. The Klean SV suits a buyer who wants three nozzle options and a 4.4mm balanced cable choice.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- The spec section lists impedance (32Ω ±15%), sensitivity (107dB±3dB), a 20Hz~20kHz range and weight (10g each side)
- Three interchangeable tuning nozzles (silver, gold, black) described by the page
- 3.5mm, 4.4mm balanced and Type-C versions, all on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors
- Cable construction is described: 2 cores, 3 strands of 18 wires each, 108 wires in total
Worth noting
- Sensitivity is given as 107dB±3dB with no reference level, and no THD figure is listed in the page text
- The page says it is packed with accessories but its text lists none, so ear tips and box contents are not stated
- The page text gives no cable length
- The 4.4mm and TypeC versions are $54 against $52 for 3.5mm, and the page text does not describe what the Type-C cable adds
Questions before you buy
What impedance and sensitivity does the Klean SV list?
The spec section lists 32Ω ±15% impedance and 107dB±3dB sensitivity, with a 20Hz~20kHz frequency range and 10g each side. The page text gives the sensitivity with no reference level.
Which nozzles and tunings does it have?
Three interchangeable nozzles: silver (described as a balanced profile), gold (described as transparent and more neutral, with more details) and black (described as warm, with more bass punch and smoother treble). These are the page's descriptions, not measurements.
Which plugs are listed?
3.5mm single-ended at $52, 4.4mm balanced at $54 and USB Type-C at $54, each on a 0.78mm 2-pin detachable cable, per the page.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The nozzle tunings (balanced, transparent and neutral, warm with more bass punch) and the claim of a faster, tighter, more resolving sound than the original Klean are the page's wording, with no measurement in the page text.
- The page says the SV is packed with accessories but its text lists none, and gives sensitivity as 107dB±3dB without a reference level or a load.
- The DLC hardness and lightness claims are the page's wording, with no source or figure in the page text.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
