Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want a single DLC-diaphragm dynamic driver IEM with swappable tuning nozzles and a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable from $45. Look elsewhere if you want a listed impedance, sensitivity or frequency range, or any outside check of the figures. The caveat is that the page text has no specification list, and its description of a 3.5mm stock cable does not cover the Type C with Mic option.

Best for
Buyers who want a DLC-diaphragm dynamic IEM with swappable tuning nozzles and a detachable cable.
Skip if
You need impedance, sensitivity or frequency figures, or a measurement from outside the store.

Why 3.4/5: Held back because the page text gives no specification list, so frequency range and power needs cannot be checked; also by terms in the store's own pages that contradict each other, and by no independent test of this model being checked here.

KEFINE's Klean is a single dynamic driver IEM built around a 10mm driver whose diaphragm is made of DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon), with N52 neodymium magnets, a Daikoku CCAW voice coil and a dual-cavity structure, per the page. It is listed from $45 for the 3.5mm version without a microphone. The cable is high-purity silver-plated copper on detachable 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, and the page says swapping the nozzle filter changes between two sound profiles. The page text carries no specification list, so it gives no impedance, sensitivity or frequency range.

Options and pricing

Two options are listed, both orderable when the page was read. Klean-3.5mm without Mic is $45 and Klean-Type C with Mic is $47, and the page shows a crossed-out $49 next to $45 and a crossed-out $51 next to $47. The text describes the stock cable with a 3.5mm single-ended termination plug and does not describe the Type C cable, its microphone or any DAC. It names silver and black tuning nozzles, and the page text lists no ear tips or other box contents.

How it compares

The KEFINE Klean SV 10mm Dynamic Driver In-Ear Earphone is listed from $52 against $45 here, and its spec line names a new-generation 10mm DLC diaphragm, so the two share a maker and a diaphragm material. The JUZEAR POISE Series Nimbus Warm-Balanced Single Dynamic Driver IEMs start at $54.99, and the Moondrop Marigold 10mm Dynamic Driver USB-C IEMs are $39.99. The Klean suits a buyer who wants a DLC diaphragm and swappable nozzles from $45.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • 10mm DLC diaphragm dynamic driver with a dual-cavity structure and N52 magnets, per the page
  • Interchangeable tuning nozzles, with silver and black nozzles named by the page
  • Detachable cable on standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors
  • A 3.5mm version without a microphone and a Type C version with a microphone are both listed
  • Starts at $45 for the 3.5mm version

Worth noting

  • No impedance, sensitivity, frequency response, THD or weight figure appears in the page text
  • The text describes a 3.5mm single-ended stock cable, while one option is Klean-Type C with Mic and the Type C cable is not described
  • No ear tips, cable length or box contents are listed in the page text
  • The nozzle tunings (more treble excitement, warmer) are the page's wording, with no measurement in the page text

Questions before you buy

What driver does the Klean use?

A single 10mm dynamic driver with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) diaphragm, a dual-cavity structure, N52 neodymium magnets and an ultra-thin Daikoku CCAW voice coil, per the page.

How do the two nozzles differ?

The page says the sound profile changes by swapping the tuning nozzle filter: the silver nozzle has more excitement in the treble region and the black nozzle a warmer profile. Those are descriptions from the page, with no measurement in the page text.

Which plugs and cable does it use?

The text describes a high-purity silver-plated copper stock cable with a 3.5mm single-ended plug on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. The options are Klean-3.5mm without Mic at $45 and Klean-Type C with Mic at $47.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • No impedance, sensitivity, frequency range, THD or weight is listed anywhere in the page text, so power needs cannot be checked.
  • The text describes a 3.5mm single-ended stock cable, while one option is Klean-Type C with Mic; the Type C cable and its microphone are not described.
  • Claims of high-clarity sound, extensions at both ends of the range, two sound profiles by nozzle and an imported Daikoku voice coil are the page's wording, with no measurement in the page text.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
