ROSESELSA Aurora Ultra IEMs Review
A hybrid IEM with a 10mm dynamic and a 6mm dual-magnetic planar driver on each side, listed at $40.99 in Silver, Iron Grey or Blue, with an RZ200M dongle and SC eartips named in each option. It suits buyers who want a dynamic and planar pairing with a 3.5mm to Type C dongle.

Our verdict
Makes sense for buyers who want a dynamic-plus-planar hybrid with a dongle named in the option, from a page that lists impedance, sensitivity, weight and distortion. Look elsewhere if you want the price of the IEM alone, a stated cable length or numbers confirmed by anyone outside the store. The main caveat is that the page text prints separate dongle and eartip prices without saying how they relate to $40.99.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a dynamic and planar hybrid IEM with an RZ200M dongle named in the option.
- Skip if
- You want the IEM's price on its own, a stated cable length or an outside measurement.
Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a spec section covering drivers, impedance, sensitivity, weight and distortion, plus printed dongle figures; held back because the store's own terms contradict each other and no independent test of this model was checked for this review.
ROSESELSA's Aurora Ultra is a dual-driver hybrid IEM with a 10mm dynamic driver and a 6mm dual-magnetic planar driver in each earpiece, listed at $40.99. The spec section gives 30Ω±15% impedance, 115dB sensitivity, 3.0g±10% per earpiece and THD of ≤0.1%@1kHz. The page also prints figures for an RZ200m dongle, including an ALC5686 decoder chip, 32bits/384KHz PCM and 22.5mW @ 32Ω, and says the pair comes with that dongle. The cable is 5N OCC with 0.78mm 2-pin connectors and a 3.5mm plug.

Options and pricing
Three options are listed at $40.99 each, Aurora Ultra Silver, Iron Grey and Blue, all orderable when the page was read, and the page shows a crossed-out price of $43.99 next to $40.99. Each option name ends with RZ200M + SC Eartips By Default. The description also prints $12.99 beside the RZ200m dongle and $15.99 beside the Soundcocoon/SC liquid silicone eartips; the page text does not say whether those are standalone prices or part of the $40.99.
How it compares
The Moondrop Marigold 10mm Dynamic Driver USB-C IEMs are $39.99 and named as USB-C IEMs, where the Aurora Ultra's options name an RZ200M dongle alongside its 3.5mm cable. The EarAcoustic Audio STA-Pro / STA-Pro Ultra / STA-Pro Max 2 Dynamic Driver IEMs start at $39.90 and name two dynamic drivers, against one dynamic and one planar driver here at $40.99. The KEFINE Klean 10mm DLC Diaphragm Dynamic Driver IEM is listed from $45 as a single dynamic driver IEM per its spec line. The Aurora Ultra suits buyers who want a dynamic and planar pairing with a dongle named in the option.
Shipping, returns and warranty
HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.
Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.
HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.
On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.
What we liked
- 10mm dynamic plus 6mm dual-magnetic planar driver on each side, per the page
- The spec section gives impedance (30Ω±15%), sensitivity (115dB), weight (3.0g±10% per earpiece) and THD (≤0.1%@1kHz)
- Option names include an RZ200M dongle, with ALC5686 chip, 22.5mW @ 32Ω and 32bits/384KHz figures printed on the page
- Detachable 5N OCC cable on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors with a 3.5mm plug
- Silver, Iron Grey or Blue at the same $40.99
Worth noting
- The dongle block lists Output Load as 3.0V - 5.5V, a voltage range under a load label
- Sensitivity is 115dB with no reference level, and the page text gives no cable length
- Separate prices for the dongle and eartips are printed in the page text without saying whether they are inside $40.99
- The dongle figures follow the dongle price line but are not headed as the dongle's own specification
Questions before you buy
What drivers does the Aurora Ultra use?
One 10mm dynamic driver and one 6mm dual-magnetic planar driver per earpiece, per the page and the store title. The page lists 30Ω±15% impedance and 115dB sensitivity with no reference level in the text.
What does the RZ200M dongle list?
Figures printed on the page: 3.5mm to Type C plug, ALC5686 decoder chip, 124dB SNR, -95dB THD, 32bits/384KHz PCM, 113dB dynamic range and 22.5mW @ 32Ω output power. The block is not headed as the dongle's own specification.
Which colors and cable does it come in?
Silver, Iron Grey and Blue, all $40.99, with a detachable 5N OCC cable on 0.78mm 2-pin connectors and a 3.5mm termination plug.
Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?
From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.
Can I send it back if I change my mind?
HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.
What warranty does HiFiGO give?
One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify
- The dongle block lists Output Load as 3.0V - 5.5V, a voltage range, and frequency response appears as 20Hz - 20000Hz there and 20~20kHz in the spec section; THD is -95dB in the dongle block and ≤0.1%@1kHz in the IEM's spec section.
- The page text does not say whether the $12.99 dongle and $15.99 eartip prices are inside the $40.99; the option names say they come by default.
- The tuning collaboration with Mr. Xie of ROSESELSA Acoustics and Mr. Takahashi of Tokyo Sound, and the master-reference and accurate-tone claims, are the page's wording, with no measurement in the page text.
- HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
- HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
