Our verdict

A fit for buyers who want two dynamic drivers per side and a choice of three diaphragm materials and impedances, from $39.90. Look elsewhere if you need a stated plug type, weight or cable length, or a figure confirmed outside the store. The caveat is that the page text names no plug type and covers three differently priced models in one block of figures.

Why 3.6/5: Lifted by a spec section that gives drivers, impedance, sensitivity and frequency range for each of the three models; held back by contradictions in the store's own terms and by no independent test of this model being checked here.

TFZ's STA-Pro series puts a 10mm and a 6mm dynamic driver in each earpiece, and the page covers three models, STA-Pro, STA-Pro Ultra and STA-Pro Max, from $39.90. It says the main difference between them is the diaphragm material, while the spec section also gives each its own impedance and sensitivity. All three are quoted at 10~30kHz. The page calls the series a Year of the Snake Limited Edition, with a snake on the face covers, and gives the codename Silver Angel.

Options and pricing

Three options are listed, all orderable when the page was read: STA-Pro at $39.90, STA-Pro Ultra at $49.90 and STA-Pro Max at $79.90. They are separate models rather than colors. Per the spec section, the STA-Pro uses composite diaphragms and 22Ω, the Ultra a graphene 10mm diaphragm and 18Ω, and the Max an LCP 10mm diaphragm and 30Ω. The page says the face covers come in different color combinations without naming them, and the page text does not state a plug type.

How it compares

The ROSESELSA Aurora Ultra 1DD + 1 Planar Driver IEMs are $40.99 and name one dynamic and one planar driver, where the STA-Pro names two dynamic drivers and starts at $39.90. The KEFINE Klean 10mm DLC Diaphragm Dynamic Driver IEM starts at $45; its spec line calls it a single dynamic driver IEM. The Moondrop Marigold 10mm Dynamic Driver USB-C IEMs are $39.99 and carry USB-C in the name. The STA-Pro suits buyers who want two dynamic drivers per side and a choice of three diaphragm materials; the Marigold suits a buyer who wants a USB-C connection.

Shipping, returns and warranty

HiFiGO sells from hifigo.com and says every order leaves its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after it is placed, and says its delivery times are estimates, not promises. Its shipping policy gives the United States 1-2 weeks (about 10 days on average) by Priority and 6-10 days by Premium, both with duties and taxes prepaid by the store; Canada 2-3 weeks; the United Kingdom 1-2 weeks; and Australia 10-15 days. Express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) take 3-7 days, but then the buyer pays any duties and taxes. No shipping page names New Zealand, PO boxes are not accepted, and the free-shipping thresholds differ between the store's own pages, so check the cart. One of its two shipping pages adds that a lost parcel on an order above $50 gets only a 50% refund. A US buyer reported a $40 tariff charge in August 2025, after which HiFiGO said it had added a customs notice at checkout.

Read the return terms before you order. The homepage advertises 7-day returns. Both of HiFiGO's policy pages offer a 7-day dead-on-arrival cover (a replacement or a full refund, with the return postage refunded) and also describe 30-day returns, but a request made 7 to 30 days after delivery loses 30% of the MSRP as a restocking fee (10% more if the packaging is incomplete), plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same pages says there is no refund or exchange once 7 days have passed. One version recommends reselling an opened product locally. Custom IEMs and custom cables cannot be returned, no return address is published, and buyers describe sending items back to China.

HiFiGO's warranty runs one year from the order date for parts and labor; its policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles at one year and gives cables and adapters three months. HiFiGO decides between repair and replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and faulty items go back for service, not for a refund. Claims go to [email protected], the only contact the store lists: its pages name no company, street address or phone, and its terms are governed by the laws of China.

On Trustpilot, HiFiGO had 4.6 out of 5 from 378 reviews when we checked on 2026-10-28 (91% five-star, 5% one-star), and it had replied to about 75% of negative reviews; Trustpilot notes the store has not invited customers to review recently. The one-star reviews mostly concern the short return window and the deductions on returns, items listed in stock that turned out back-ordered, slow email support and a tariff charge on a US delivery in 2025. HiFiGO says its products are genuine and come in the brands' retail packaging; it does not claim to be an authorized dealer.

What we liked

  • 10mm and 6mm dynamic drivers on each side, per the page
  • The spec section gives drivers, impedance, sensitivity and frequency range for each of the three models
  • Three diaphragm choices across three models: composite, LCP and graphene 10mm drivers
  • Detachable cable on standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors, a hybrid of copper and silver-plated copper
  • Lowest-priced of the three models, at $39.90

Worth noting

  • The page text names no plug type, cable length, weight or box contents
  • Sensitivity is given in dB with no reference level or unit such as dB/Vrms in the page text
  • The store title names EarAcoustic Audio while the vendor field and the text say TFZ
  • The text calls the diaphragm material the primary difference, yet impedance and sensitivity also differ by model

Questions before you buy

What drivers does the STA-Pro series use?

Each side has a 10mm and a 6mm dynamic driver, per the page. The STA-Pro uses composite diaphragms, the STA-Pro Max a 10mm LCP and a titanium-plated 6mm diaphragm, and the STA-Pro Ultra a 10mm graphene and a titanium-plated 6mm diaphragm.

What impedance and sensitivity does each model list?

STA-Pro: 22Ω and 108dB. STA-Pro Max: 30Ω and 110dB. STA-Pro Ultra: 18Ω and 113dB. All three list 10~30kHz, and the sensitivity figures come with no reference level in the page text.

What cable does it use?

The page describes a hybrid of oxygen-free copper and silver-plated oxygen-free copper cores on standard 0.78mm 2-pin connectors. The page text does not name a plug type.

Where does HiFiGO ship from, and how long does it take?

From its warehouse in China, usually 1-3 business days after the order. The shipping policy gives 1-2 weeks to the US by Priority (6-10 days by Premium), both with duties and taxes prepaid, 2-3 weeks to Canada, 1-2 weeks to the UK and 10-15 days to Australia. Express couriers take 3-7 days, but the buyer pays any duties.

Can I send it back if I change my mind?

HiFiGO gives 7 days to report an item that arrives dead, damaged or wrong. Its policy also describes 30-day returns, but requests 7 to 30 days after delivery lose 30% of the MSRP plus shipping both ways and duties, and the FAQ on the same page says no refund or exchange after 7 days. Ask [email protected] before you open the box.

What warranty does HiFiGO give?

One year from the order date for parts and labor, for faults in build or materials (the policy names desktop DACs and amps, IEMs and dongles; cables and adapters get three months). HiFiGO chooses repair or replacement, the buyer pays the shipping, and a faulty item is serviced rather than refunded. Claims go to [email protected].

What we couldn’t verify

  • Sensitivity is given as 108dB, 110dB and 113dB with no reference level, and the page text names no plug, cable length, weight or box contents.
  • The text says the primary difference between the models is the diaphragm material, while the spec section also gives each its own impedance and sensitivity; the 10mm driver is called dual-cavity in the text and dual-magnetic in the spec.
  • The store title reads EarAcoustic Audio while the vendor field and text say TFZ; Tesla-level magnetics, ultra-low distortion and clean, fast sound claims come with no figures in the page text.
  • HiFiGO's policy pages contradict each other: 30-day returns with a 30% restocking fee in one place, no refund or exchange after 7 days in the FAQ.
  • HiFiGO's pages name no company, street address or phone number; the only contact given is [email protected].
