RELAXONCHAIR Massage Chairs Compared: YUKON-4D vs MK-V Plus vs Jasper
The $1,599 Jasper covers the basics and arrives assembled; the $2,499 MK-V Plus adds rollers and doubles the airbags; the $6,499 YUKON-4D adds 4D rollers, 76 airbags and heat. All three share the same terms.
RELAXONCHAIR sells three massage chairs on its own store, from $1,599 to $6,499. They come with the same terms: free curbside delivery in the continental US, a 3-year warranty that covers parts and labor only in the first year, and 30-day returns with a 15% restocking fee. So the choice comes down to how much massage you want and whether you fit the chair.
Paying more buys coverage and depth. The MK-V Plus has more than twice the Jasper's airbags, including the hands and thighs, and heel shiatsu in the foot rollers; the YUKON-4D adds 4D rollers with four depth settings, 76 airbags, heated back rollers and foot heat. Saving money costs you airbags and size range: the Jasper is rated for users up to 6'2" and 264.5 lb.
One thing to settle before you order: the refund policy says the store can't accept returns on sale items, and all three chairs are shown marked down from a higher list price. Ask the store in writing whether the 30-day return applies to the chair you buy.

1. Most massage: 4D rollers, heat, 76 airbags
RELAXONCHAIR YUKON-4D Massage Chair
The only 4D chair in the range: the rollers have four depth settings, 76 airbags reach from the shoulders to the feet, and the back rollers and the foot section are heated. It costs $4,000 more than the MK-V Plus, weighs 344 lb and ships in three boxes, and you attach the armrests and the footrest unless you pay $500 for White Glove. A return would cost about $975 in restocking alone. The product page calls its track a J-track; the 2021 manual describes an SL-track.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a 4D chair with 76 airbags, heated rollers and foot heat, and who are sure they won't need to return it.
- Skip if
- You have a condition the manual lists, such as a spine or heart problem, or you want easy returns and a longer full warranty.

2. Middle ground: more airbags for $2,499
RELAXONCHAIR MK-V Plus Massage Chair
More than twice the Jasper's airbags, hand and thigh airbags, dual foot rollers with heel shiatsu and a taller size range, for $900 more. Heat reaches the lower back only, the recline has one zero-gravity position, and it's the oldest design of the three: the manual linked from its page is the 2018–2019 MK-V edition, which lists five auto programs where the page lists nine.
- Best for
- Buyers who want a full-body L-track chair with 38 airbags and lower-back heat at a mid-range price.
- Skip if
- You want heat beyond the lower back, a newer design, or easy returns and a longer full warranty.

3. Lowest price; arrives fully assembled
RELAXONCHAIR Jasper Massage Chair
$1,599 buys an SL-track chair with an automatic body scan, two zero-gravity positions, Bluetooth speakers and USB charging, delivered fully assembled. The trade-offs are 18 airbags, none for the hands or thighs, and the tightest size limits in the range: 6'2" and 264.5 lb. The product page lists lower-back heat; the 2024 manual describes heat in the backrest pad and the calves.
- Best for
- Buyers who want an SL-track chair with zero gravity and Bluetooth at the lowest price in the range, delivered ready to use.
- Skip if
- You're taller than 6'2" or over 264.5 lb, want lots of airbags, or want easy returns and a longer full warranty.
How we compared
We compared the three chairs RELAXONCHAIR sells on its own store using each product page and user manual and the store's shipping, warranty and refund policies, all read on October 17, 2026. We haven't sat in these chairs: the table gives the maker's published specifications.
Where a product page and its manual disagree — the YUKON-4D's track, the MK-V Plus's program count, the Jasper's heat — the table gives the product page's figure and notes the manual's. The YUKON-4D's and the MK-V Plus's pages give a 300 lb limit in the spec table and 320 lb in the feature list; the table uses the lower figure.

Questions before you buy
Can I return a RELAXONCHAIR chair?
Within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging, with a 15% restocking fee, and you pay the return freight. The refund policy also says the store can't accept returns on sale items, and all three chairs show a marked-down price, so ask in writing before you order.
Is delivery included?
Curbside freight is free in the continental US, usually in 5–7 business days, with a 2–4 hour window and a signature. White Glove costs $400 for the MK-V Plus or the Jasper and $500 for the YUKON-4D; Alaska and Hawaii cost extra.
What does the warranty cover?
All three carry the same 3-year limited warranty: parts, labor and transport in year one, parts only in year two (you pay labor and shipping), and the frame only in year three. It covers the original buyer and residential use, and isn't transferable.
How much room do they need?
Upright, the Jasper is 56 in long, the MK-V Plus 60 in and the YUKON-4D 65 in; reclined they reach about 68, 69 and 79 in. Behind them: 3 in for the Jasper, 3.5 in for the MK-V Plus (its feature list says 3) and 2 in for the YUKON-4D.
Is there anyone who shouldn't use one?
The manuals list people who shouldn't use the chairs or should ask a doctor first, for example with a pacemaker, during pregnancy or with a spine problem. Read the list for your chair before you buy, since a return is costly.
