Our verdict
Works for three viewers who want independent controls in a 92 in row and may want a loveseat section on the left or right. Look elsewhere if the wall is shorter than 92 in or you cannot leave about 9 in behind the row. The main gap is that the page never explains what the left and right loveseat layouts change; no independent test was found either.
- Best for
- Three viewers who want independent recline controls in one 92 in row, with a loveseat section on the left or right if wanted.
- Skip if
- You cannot spare a 92 in run of wall, or about 9 in of clearance behind the row.
Why 3.5/5: A full dimension line and a stated 350 lb limit per seat support the rating; the absence of an independent test and store wording on leather surfaces and cushion life that does not line up hold it down.
ComfiRoom lists its Classic Series 3-Seat row at $2,499, or $833 a seat on the page's own total, for a run 92 in wide and 42.5 in tall that measures 40 in front to back upright and 68 in fully reclined. The collection reclines up to 150° with Zero Gravity positioning, needs about 9 in of wall clearance and allows 350 lb per seat. The page says it comes as a standard three-seat row or with a loveseat section on the left or right, with independent power reclining, USB and Type-C charging, tray tables and ambient lighting.

Options and pricing
Five colors, Black, Brown, Blue, Red and Grey, combine with three layouts, Row of 3, Row of 3 Loveseat Right and Row of 3 Loveseat Left, to make 15 variants at one price, all in stock when the page was read. Its Regular Price is $2,499 and its Final Price After 30% OFF is $1,749.30. Dividing those two totals by 3 gives the per-seat numbers in the listing, $833 and $583.10. The price covers three seats, each with a swivel tray table kept in the armrest compartment.
How it compares
The ComfiRoom Simple Style 3-Seat Recliner Row has the same $2,499 price and 92 in width, but its page lists 135° as the maximum recline and its panels are the cleaner style rather than diamond-quilted. Inside the Classic Series, the ComfiRoom Classic Series 2-Seat Recliner Row is priced at $1,699 and is 63 in wide, while the ComfiRoom Classic Series 4-Seat Recliner Row is priced at $3,199 and is 120 in wide, all three with a 150° maximum.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery: free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states; the store does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm with a photo as proof of delivery and no signature: the shipping page says to the ground level or the first dry area, while the FAQ says the boxes may be left at the curb, driveway, front door or garage. The shipping page says room-of-choice delivery is not offered at every location, and the FAQ adds that drivers usually do not carry furniture upstairs, into basements or through tight hallways. The same shipping page also says delivery fees are calculated at checkout, so check the shipping line before paying. Each seat ships as its own large package with its own tracking number, so a multi-seat order can arrive on different days. The store says it ships from 7 US warehouses, that most orders arrive within 7 days, and that each product page shows an estimated date range. Seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated (its fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches), and assembly is two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. Check the boxes for damage when they arrive (no signature is required, but if the driver is present the shipping page asks you to have damage noted on the delivery proof): the shipping page says to report damage or missing items within 3 business days, the refund page and the terms say 48 hours, and the refund page gives 72 hours for a wrong item. Returns and cancellations: a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must come back in its original condition and packaging, and the refund page says unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee; after that a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees apply, while the shipping page says a cancellation is free before shipment and costs $149 after it. For a defective item the store says it pays return shipping and repairs or replaces it. Warranty: a 1-year limited warranty from delivery covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor home use; leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents and spills, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are not covered. An extended plan (comfiroom-Care) has to be bought with the furniture; its page lists seam slippage and breakage, frames, springs and mechanisms and structural and operational defects as covered and rips, tears, burns and punctures as not covered, and shows no price or term.
Before you buy
The store's page shows two prices for every seat configuration, a Regular Price and a Final Price After 30% OFF, and advertises a code of its own (COMFIROOMOFF30) for the same 30% on every product page, so the discounted figure is the working price and the regular price is the store's own reference. The page's Buy Now button applies that code only when the page address has no referral parameter; a page opened through this site's buy button has one, so Buy Now goes to checkout without the code: enter FACE4STORE (30% off, shown on this page) at checkout and check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay. The store's own review widget repeats the same pool of reviews on every page of a collection (the Classic pages show 154 or 155, 147 of them five-star and 8 four-star on the 1-seat page); none of it was verified, and its five-star reviews carry caveats, such as a buyer who found the seat smaller than expected and better for gaming than lounging, and one who warned that in the Classic Series zero-gravity position the feet may block the view of a TV that sits low. We found no Trustpilot page for comfiroom.com (it returned 404 on 21 October 2026) and no independent hands-on test; the only outside mentions were roundup articles, which we did not rely on. The domain was registered on 17 April 2024. The About page says support can send leather samples to eligible US addresses, which is worth asking for before choosing a color.
What we liked
- Three layouts are offered at one price: a plain row, or a loveseat section on the right or on the left.
- Each of the three seats can store a favorite recline and headrest position with its memory button.
- The page publishes the 92 in width, the 40 in and 68 in depths and the 9 in clearance.
- The 15 color and layout variants were all in stock when the page was read.
- Each seat has armrest storage that holds its swivel tray table.
Worth noting
- At 92 in wide it needs a clear wall of that length, plus about 9 in of clearance to recline fully.
- The page does not say what the left or right loveseat section changes.
- No independent test was found, and the store words the leather and the cushion life in ways that do not line up.
Questions before you buy
Where can the loveseat section go on the 3-seat row?
On the left or the right: the layouts are Row of 3 Loveseat Right and Row of 3 Loveseat Left, next to the standard Row of 3, all at $2,499. The page does not say which seats form the loveseat section or what it changes.
What colors does the 3-seat row come in?
Five: Black, Brown, Blue, Red and Grey (the page's FAQ spells it gray). Each color is offered with each of the three layouts, 15 variants in all, and all 15 were in stock when the page was read.
How much clearance does the row need to recline?
The page says the Classic Series needs about 9 in of wall clearance for full reclining use. The row is 92 in wide and 40 in deep upright, and reaches 68 in deep fully reclined at a maximum of 150°.
Does ComfiRoom deliver outside the contiguous US?
The shipping policy says free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states and that it does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm to the ground level or the first dry area, with a photo as proof and no signature.
Will the seat fit through my door, and does it need assembly?
The store's fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches, and seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated. The FAQ describes assembly as two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. It adds that freight drivers do not usually carry furniture upstairs or through tight hallways.
What is the return window?
The refund policy says a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must be in its original condition and packaging; unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee, and later cancellations carry a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
The warranty page covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery under normal indoor home use. Leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are excluded. Claims go to [email protected] or 1-888-970-5199 with photos.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page does not say what Loveseat Right or Loveseat Left changes: which seats join, whether the 92 in width differs, or how many armrests and armrest storage compartments remain.
- The power section describes one supplied adapter (100-240V AC input, 29.0V DC output) without saying how many come with a three-seat row.
- Independent testing: none found. The reviews on the store's own pages (for example 155 on a Classic 1-seat page) sit on its own widget and were not verified.
- The store describes leather as 'top-grain leather on all contact surfaces', 'on the seating surface' (FAQ) and 'natural leather'; no page says what covers the back, sides or base.
- The FAQ says cushions keep their bounce and support for up to 15 years under normal use, while the warranty covers foam for one year and excludes foam compression.
- Damage-report windows differ (48 hours on the refund page and in the terms, 3 business days on the shipping page), and cancellation costs differ (7% or 30% on the refund page, none before shipment and $149 after on the shipping page).
