Our verdict

Works for a household of three that wants separate recline controls and the option of a loveseat section on one side, in a room with 92 in of wall and space to recline 68 in deep. Look elsewhere if you want the 150° Classic Series recline or a clear answer on how much of the seat is leather. The main caveat is that the loveseat sections are listed with no description of what they change.

Why 3.5/5: Lifted by a complete set of stated figures, from the 92 in width to the 350 lb per-seat limit. Held back by the absence of an independent test, with only the store's own widget carrying reviews, and by leather wording that differs between the intro and the series FAQ.

Three seats and 92 in of width: the Simple Style 3-Seat lists at $2,499, which works out to $833 a seat when the page's total is divided by 3. The page aims it at family media rooms and shared spaces. Upright it measures 39 in deep and 42 in tall; fully reclined it reaches 68 in deep at the 135° maximum, and it needs about 5 in of wall clearance. Each seat is rated at 350 lb.

Options and pricing

Three layouts are listed, Row of 3, Row of 3 Loveseat Right and Row of 3 Loveseat Left, each in Black, Grey or Orange, which makes 9 variants at one price. The page shows a Regular Price of $2,499 and a Final Price After 30% OFF of $1,749.30. The per-seat numbers, $833 and $583.10, are those totals divided by 3. The page adds that every seat comes with a swivel tray table, three in all.

How it compares

Along the Simple Style line the listed prices step up from $1,699 for the ComfiRoom Simple Style Home Theater Seating, 2-Seat at 63 in, to $2,499 here at 92 in, to $3,199 for the ComfiRoom Simple Style Home Theater Seating, 4-Seat at 120 in. The ComfiRoom Classic Series Home Theater Seating, 3-Seat keeps the $2,499 and 92 in but, per the Classic Series pages, adds diamond-quilted stitching and a Zero Gravity recline up to 150°, and needs about 9 inches of wall clearance against about 5 here.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery: free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states; the store does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm with a photo as proof of delivery and no signature: the shipping page says to the ground level or the first dry area, while the FAQ says the boxes may be left at the curb, driveway, front door or garage. The shipping page says room-of-choice delivery is not offered at every location, and the FAQ adds that drivers usually do not carry furniture upstairs, into basements or through tight hallways. The same shipping page also says delivery fees are calculated at checkout, so check the shipping line before paying. Each seat ships as its own large package with its own tracking number, so a multi-seat order can arrive on different days. The store says it ships from 7 US warehouses, that most orders arrive within 7 days, and that each product page shows an estimated date range. Seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated (its fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches), and assembly is two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. Check the boxes for damage when they arrive (no signature is required, but if the driver is present the shipping page asks you to have damage noted on the delivery proof): the shipping page says to report damage or missing items within 3 business days, the refund page and the terms say 48 hours, and the refund page gives 72 hours for a wrong item. Returns and cancellations: a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must come back in its original condition and packaging, and the refund page says unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee; after that a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees apply, while the shipping page says a cancellation is free before shipment and costs $149 after it. For a defective item the store says it pays return shipping and repairs or replaces it. Warranty: a 1-year limited warranty from delivery covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor home use; leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents and spills, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are not covered. An extended plan (comfiroom-Care) has to be bought with the furniture; its page lists seam slippage and breakage, frames, springs and mechanisms and structural and operational defects as covered and rips, tears, burns and punctures as not covered, and shows no price or term.

Before you buy

The store's page shows two prices for every seat configuration, a Regular Price and a Final Price After 30% OFF, and advertises a code of its own (COMFIROOMOFF30) for the same 30% on every product page, so the discounted figure is the working price and the regular price is the store's own reference. The page's Buy Now button applies that code only when the page address has no referral parameter; a page opened through this site's buy button has one, so Buy Now goes to checkout without the code: enter FACE4STORE (30% off, shown on this page) at checkout and check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay. The store's own review widget repeats the same pool of reviews on every page of a collection (the Classic pages show 154 or 155, 147 of them five-star and 8 four-star on the 1-seat page); none of it was verified, and its five-star reviews carry caveats, such as a buyer who found the seat smaller than expected and better for gaming than lounging, and one who warned that in the Classic Series zero-gravity position the feet may block the view of a TV that sits low. We found no Trustpilot page for comfiroom.com (it returned 404 on 21 October 2026) and no independent hands-on test; the only outside mentions were roundup articles, which we did not rely on. The domain was registered on 17 April 2024. The About page says support can send leather samples to eligible US addresses, which is worth asking for before choosing a color.

What we liked

  • The row comes as a plain row of three or with a loveseat section on the left or the right.
  • The page states 92 in width, 39 in upright depth and 68 in fully reclined depth for the row.
  • Each seat has its own control panel, and the page describes a memory button that saves a recline and headrest position.
  • The page gives the power adapter's 100-240V AC input range and says it suits standard U.S. household voltage.
  • All 9 variants are listed at $2,499, with no extra price shown for a loveseat layout or a color.

Worth noting

  • The page does not say what the left or right loveseat section changes in seat spacing, controls or the 92 in width.
  • At 135° the recline stops short of the 150° listed for the Classic Series 3-seat, which is also $2,499.
  • The intro says top-grain leather on all contact surfaces while the series FAQ says the seating surface, so how much of the seat is leather is unclear.
  • The page describes the supplied power adapter in the singular and does not say how many a three-seat row includes.

Questions before you buy

Where can the loveseat section go on the 3-Seat?

The page lists Row of 3 Loveseat Right and Row of 3 Loveseat Left alongside the plain Row of 3. All 9 variants carry the same $2,499 price, and the page does not say how a loveseat section differs from separate seats.

What power adapter does the 3-Seat use?

The page says the supplied adapter takes 100-240V AC at 50-60Hz, 1.6A, and outputs 29.0V DC at 2.0A, a rated 58W. It says the wide input range suits standard U.S. household voltage and recommends using the adapter supplied with the chair. It does not say how many adapters a three-seat row includes.

How far does the 3-Seat recline?

The page lists a 135° maximum recline, and the row is 68 in deep when fully reclined with about 5 in of minimum wall clearance. A feature photo labels the headrest 90-120 degrees, and the page does not say how that range relates to the recline angle.

Does ComfiRoom deliver outside the contiguous US?

The shipping policy says free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states and that it does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm to the ground level or the first dry area, with a photo as proof and no signature.

Will the seat fit through my door, and does it need assembly?

The store's fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches, and seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated. The FAQ describes assembly as two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. It adds that freight drivers do not usually carry furniture upstairs or through tight hallways.

What is the return window?

The refund policy says a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must be in its original condition and packaging; unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee, and later cancellations carry a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees.

What does the one-year warranty cover?

The warranty page covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery under normal indoor home use. Leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are excluded. Claims go to [email protected] or 1-888-970-5199 with photos.

What we couldn’t verify

  • The page offers left and right loveseat layouts but does not say what a loveseat section changes in seat spacing, controls or overall width.
  • The intro says top-grain leather on all contact surfaces; the series FAQ says top grain leather on the seating surface. The page does not reconcile the two or say what covers the back and sides.
  • Independent testing: none found. The reviews on the store's own pages (for example 155 on a Classic 1-seat page) sit on its own widget and were not verified.
  • The FAQ says cushions keep their bounce and support for up to 15 years under normal use, while the warranty covers foam for one year and excludes foam compression.
  • Damage-report windows differ (48 hours on the refund page and in the terms, 3 business days on the shipping page), and cancellation costs differ (7% or 30% on the refund page, none before shipment and $149 after on the shipping page).
