Our verdict
For a larger household or a dedicated media room with a clear 149 in wall, this is a plain five-seat row at one price. Look elsewhere if you want a loveseat section or a shorter row; the page also gives no room-size guidance beyond the clearance figure. The page's mixed wording on leather and the absence of any independent test are the main caveats.
- Best for
- A larger household or media room with a clear 149 in wall that wants five powered seats in one plain row.
- Skip if
- You want a loveseat section, a row shorter than 149 in or room-size guidance beyond the clearance figures.
Why 3.5/5: Every space-planning figure and a 350 lb per-seat limit are on the page, which lifts it; no independent test and store statements on leather and cushion life that disagree hold it back.
This five-seat row is listed at $3,899 with no loveseat variant, 149 in wide and 42.5 in high, with a 40 in upright depth that grows to 68 in fully reclined. The Classic Series pairs diamond-quilted upholstery with a 150° maximum recline, and the page says each of the five seats has an independently adjustable powered headrest and top-grain leather on all contact surfaces. Each seat can hold 350 lb, and the page's total comes to $779.80 a seat.

Options and pricing
The 5-seat page lists five colors, Black, Brown, Blue, Red and Grey, as five variants at the same price, with no row or loveseat layout to choose. The page gives a Regular Price of $3,899 and a Final Price After 30% OFF of $2,729.30. The listing's per-seat numbers, $779.80 and $545.86, are the same two totals divided by 5. The page showed all five variants in stock when it was read. The price covers five seats, and the page says each comes with its own swivel tray table.
How it compares
Compared with the ComfiRoom Classic Series 4-Seat Recliner Row at $3,199 and 120 in, whose title adds loveseat options, this row is $3,899 at 149 in with none, and the ComfiRoom Classic Series 6-Seat Recliner Row is $4,599 at 178 in. The ComfiRoom Simple Style 5-Seat Recliner Row matches the $3,899 and 149 in but lists a 135° maximum recline, with cleaner panels replacing the diamond-quilted stitching.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery: free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states; the store does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm with a photo as proof of delivery and no signature: the shipping page says to the ground level or the first dry area, while the FAQ says the boxes may be left at the curb, driveway, front door or garage. The shipping page says room-of-choice delivery is not offered at every location, and the FAQ adds that drivers usually do not carry furniture upstairs, into basements or through tight hallways. The same shipping page also says delivery fees are calculated at checkout, so check the shipping line before paying. Each seat ships as its own large package with its own tracking number, so a multi-seat order can arrive on different days. The store says it ships from 7 US warehouses, that most orders arrive within 7 days, and that each product page shows an estimated date range. Seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated (its fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches), and assembly is two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. Check the boxes for damage when they arrive (no signature is required, but if the driver is present the shipping page asks you to have damage noted on the delivery proof): the shipping page says to report damage or missing items within 3 business days, the refund page and the terms say 48 hours, and the refund page gives 72 hours for a wrong item. Returns and cancellations: a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must come back in its original condition and packaging, and the refund page says unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee; after that a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees apply, while the shipping page says a cancellation is free before shipment and costs $149 after it. For a defective item the store says it pays return shipping and repairs or replaces it. Warranty: a 1-year limited warranty from delivery covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship under normal indoor home use; leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents and spills, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are not covered. An extended plan (comfiroom-Care) has to be bought with the furniture; its page lists seam slippage and breakage, frames, springs and mechanisms and structural and operational defects as covered and rips, tears, burns and punctures as not covered, and shows no price or term.
Before you buy
The store's page shows two prices for every seat configuration, a Regular Price and a Final Price After 30% OFF, and advertises a code of its own (COMFIROOMOFF30) for the same 30% on every product page, so the discounted figure is the working price and the regular price is the store's own reference. The page's Buy Now button applies that code only when the page address has no referral parameter; a page opened through this site's buy button has one, so Buy Now goes to checkout without the code: enter FACE4STORE (30% off, shown on this page) at checkout and check that the discount appears in the order summary before you pay. The store's own review widget repeats the same pool of reviews on every page of a collection (the Classic pages show 154 or 155, 147 of them five-star and 8 four-star on the 1-seat page); none of it was verified, and its five-star reviews carry caveats, such as a buyer who found the seat smaller than expected and better for gaming than lounging, and one who warned that in the Classic Series zero-gravity position the feet may block the view of a TV that sits low. We found no Trustpilot page for comfiroom.com (it returned 404 on 21 October 2026) and no independent hands-on test; the only outside mentions were roundup articles, which we did not rely on. The domain was registered on 17 April 2024. The About page says support can send leather samples to eligible US addresses, which is worth asking for before choosing a color.
What we liked
- The page says each of the five seats has an independently adjustable powered headrest and its own controls.
- One page price covers the whole five-seat row, the only choice is color, and every variant was in stock when read.
- Dimensions, clearance and the 350 lb per-seat limit are all given for the 149 in row.
- Reinforced steel framing and two motors per seat are named in the page copy.
Worth noting
- The page gives no room-size advice for a 149 in row beyond the clearance figure and the dimensions.
- No loveseat or other layout option, while the titles of the 3- and 4-seat pages list loveseat options.
- Needs about 9 in of wall clearance and reaches 68 in deep fully reclined.
- Nothing independent was located; the store's own widget shows the same Classic Series reviews on every seat count.
Questions before you buy
Does the 5-seat row come in loveseat layouts?
The page lists none. It has five variants, one per color, and no row-layout option, whereas the titles of the 3-seat and 4-seat pages carry loveseat options.
How are the headrests adjusted on the 5-seat row?
The page says each of the five seats has an independently adjustable powered headrest, and its series FAQ says one of the two motors per seat controls the headrest angle. A headrest photo on the page is labeled 90-120 degrees, but the page text gives no headrest range.
What does the page say about room size?
Only the dimensions and the clearance: 149 in across, 40 in upright, 68 in fully reclined and about 9 in from the wall. It calls the row suited to larger families and dedicated entertainment spaces but gives no seating-distance or room-size guidance.
Does ComfiRoom deliver outside the contiguous US?
The shipping policy says free standard delivery covers the contiguous 48 states and that it does not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, military addresses or P.O. boxes. Freight carriers deliver Monday to Saturday between 7 am and 7 pm to the ground level or the first dry area, with a photo as proof and no signature.
Will the seat fit through my door, and does it need assembly?
The store's fit guide lists a minimum doorway width of 25.8 inches, and seats arrive with the backrest and the seat base separated. The FAQ describes assembly as two steps: attach the backrest to the seat base, then connect the wiring. It adds that freight drivers do not usually carry furniture upstairs or through tight hallways.
What is the return window?
The refund policy says a return must be started within 30 days of receipt, needs an RMA number from support and must be in its original condition and packaging; unapproved returns are not accepted. Cancelling within 48 hours of ordering avoids a 7% processing fee, and later cancellations carry a 30% restocking fee plus shipping fees.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
The warranty page covers materials, foam, frame parts and mechanisms, including motors and USB ports, against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from delivery under normal indoor home use. Leather markings, foam compression, normal wear, accidents, unauthorized repairs and commercial or outdoor use are excluded. Claims go to [email protected] or 1-888-970-5199 with photos.

What we couldn’t verify
- The page gives no weight for the five-seat row as a whole, only a 350 lb limit per seat and about 133 lbs for a single seat.
- Independent testing: none found. The reviews on the store's own pages (for example 155 on a Classic 1-seat page) sit on its own widget and were not verified.
- The store describes leather as 'top-grain leather on all contact surfaces', 'on the seating surface' (FAQ) and 'natural leather'; no page says what covers the back, sides or base.
- The FAQ says cushions keep their bounce and support for up to 15 years under normal use, while the warranty covers foam for one year and excludes foam compression.
- Damage-report windows differ (48 hours on the refund page and in the terms, 3 business days on the shipping page), and cancellation costs differ (7% or 30% on the refund page, none before shipment and $149 after on the shipping page).
